It can be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the invention provides the washing machine, by adding the sensing device between the machine door and the throwing port, whether clothes are clamped between the machine door and the throwing port can be detected, and when the existence of the clothes between the machine door and the throwing port is detected, the washing machine is controlled to be started in a pause mode, and when the existence of the clothes between the machine door and the throwing port is detected, the washing machine is controlled to be started, so that the operation of the washing machine under the condition that the clothes are clamped between the machine door and the throwing port is not ensured, and the problem that the existing washing machine is easy to clamp the clothes by mistake in the closing process of the machine door and damage to the clothes in the washing process is avoided.

The embodiment provides a washing machine, which can be specifically a drum washing machine or a pulsator washing machine.
The following description will be made with reference to the drum type washing machine as an example, but it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the following structural modifications can be directly or simply applied to the pulsator type washing machine or other suitable type washing machine.

Among them, in the prior art, when the user drops the clothing into the washing tub 20 from the drop-in opening 30, if the clothing is not completely dropped into the washing tub 20 during the closing process, the situation that the clothing is mistakenly clamped between the machine door 50 and the drop-in opening 30 is easy to occur, and thus the clothing may be damaged during the washing process, thereby causing great inconvenience to the user and poor user experience.

Further, based on the above embodiment, in this embodiment, the sensing device 40 is specifically a photoelectric sensing device 40, that is, whether the door 50 and the input port 30 are clamped with clothes is sensed by the photoelectric sensing device 40, specifically, the photoelectric sensing device 40 may be a photoelectric sensor, when the door 50 and the input port 30 are clamped with clothes, the photoelectric sensing device 40 is shielded, the photoelectric sensing device 40 may determine that the door 50 and the input port 30 are clamped with clothes according to the received signal change, and when the door 50 and the input port 30 are not clamped with clothes, the signal received by the photoelectric sensing device 40 is unchanged, so that it may be determined that the door 50 and the input port 30 are not clamped with clothes.
In this embodiment, the sensing device 40 includes, but is not limited to, a photoelectric sensing device 40, and specifically, the sensing device 40 may also be a distance sensor, for example, when no laundry is clamped between the gate 50 and the input opening 30, the interval between the positions where the gate 50 contacts the input opening 30 is approximately zero, when laundry is clamped between the gate 50 and the input opening 30, at this time, a certain interval is provided between the gate 50 and the input opening 30 due to the laundry, for example, it may be determined that the laundry is clamped between the gate 50 and the input opening 30 according to the interval change.
Further, on the basis of the above embodiment, in this embodiment, the photo-sensing device 40 may include: a photoelectric transmitter 41 and a photoelectric receiver 42 electrically connected with the main control board 70. One of the photoelectric emitter 41 and the photoelectric receiver 42 is arranged along the position where the gate 50 is in sealing contact with the dispensing opening 30, and the other is arranged at the position where the dispensing opening 30 is in sealing contact with the gate 50, wherein the photoelectric emitter 41 is used for emitting signals when the gate 50 is closed, the main control board 70 controls the washing machine to start up when the photoelectric receiver 42 receives all signals, and the main control board 70 controls the washing machine to stop starting up when the photoelectric receiver 42 receives part of signals. For example, the photo-emitter 41 may be disposed on the door 50, the photo-receiver 42 is disposed at the dispensing opening 30, when the door 50 is closed, the photo-emitter 41 and the light-emitting receiver may be disposed opposite to each other, when no laundry is clamped between the door 50 and the dispensing opening 30, the photo-receiver 42 may receive all signals emitted by the photo-emitter 41, when laundry is clamped between the door 50 and the dispensing opening 30, the clamped laundry is blocked on the photo-receiver 42, and the signals emitted by the photo-emitter 41 cannot be transmitted to the photo-receiver 42 under the blocking of the clamped laundry, so that the photo-receiver 42 cannot receive the signals of the portion, thereby determining that the laundry is clamped between the door 50 and the dispensing opening 30.
It should be understood that when the photoelectric receiver 42 receives the signal, the photoelectric receiver 42 processes the signal through the detection circuit, and the processed signal is sent to the main control board 70. The signals can be transmitted between the photoelectric receiver 42 and the main control board 70 in a wired manner, or can also be transmitted in a wireless manner, when the signals are transmitted in a wireless manner, the photoelectric receiver 42 comprises a wireless transmitting module, and a wireless receiving module is arranged in the main control board 70.
In this embodiment, the photo emitter 41 may be a semiconductor light source, a Light Emitting Diode (LED), a laser diode, an infrared emitting diode, and the photo receiver 42 may include an optical element (e.g. a lens or an aperture), a photodiode, a phototriode, a photocell, a detection circuit, and the like. The above-described photoemitter 41 and the photoreceiver 42 include, but are not limited to, the above-described compositions.
For example, as shown in fig. 1, the gate 50 and the dispensing opening 30 may have a circular structure, or the gate 50 and the dispensing opening 30 may have other shapes, such as a square shape or an oval shape, and since the area where the gate 50 and the dispensing opening 30 are in sealing contact is often a circular structure, the photo-emitter 41 may be a circular photo-emitter 41, and the circular photo-emitter 41 is disposed along the position where the gate 50 is in sealing contact with the dispensing opening 30, that is, a circle of the photo-emitter 41 is disposed on the gate 50, the photo-receiver 42 may be a circular photo-receiver 42, and the circular photo-receiver 42 is disposed along the position where the dispensing opening 30 is opposite to the circular photo-emitter 41, so that when the gate 50 is closed, the entire circle where the gate 50 is in contact with the dispensing opening 30 has the photo-emitter 41 and the photo-receiver 42, and thus when clothes are clamped between the gate 50 and any position of the dispensing opening 30, the photo-sensing device 40 may detect, thereby further preventing the clothes from being clamped when the gate 50 is closed.
It should be understood that when the photoemitter 41 is a ring-shaped photoemitter 41, the ring-shaped photoemitter may be formed by connecting a plurality of photoemitters 41 one by one, or the photoemitter 41 may be formed by one ring-shaped photoemitter 41. When the photoelectric receiver 42 is a ring-shaped photoelectric receiver, the ring-shaped photoelectric receiver may be formed by connecting a plurality of photoelectric receivers 42 one by one, or the photoelectric receiver 42 may be formed by one ring-shaped photoelectric receiver.
In this embodiment, the window pad 31 is disposed at the dispensing opening 30, one end of the window pad 31 is connected with the edge of the opening of the outer cylinder in a sealing manner, and the other end of the window pad 31 extends to the end of the dispensing opening 30 facing the door 50, so that when the door 50 is closed, the window pad 31 is in sealing contact with the door 50, and sealing contact between the door 50 and the dispensing opening 30 can be realized through the window pad 31, and sealing between the opening of the outer cylinder and the dispensing opening 30 can also be realized, so that water in the outer cylinder is prevented from entering the inner wall of the box 10.
In this embodiment, when the door 50 is in sealing contact with the window pad 31, the photo receiver 42 may be disposed at a position where the window pad 31 is in sealing contact with the door 50, so that when the door 50 is closed, the photo transmitter 41 on the door 50 may be opposite to the photo receiver 42 on the window pad 31.
Illustratively, the gate 50 includes: the door body 52 and the visual window 51 that is located on the door body 52, and visual window 51 is protruding towards window pad 31 in to make when door 50 closes, visual window 51 and window pad 31 sealing contact, wherein, visual window 51 can be made for transparent plastic material, and when the user uses, can observe the washing condition in the washing bucket 20 through visual window 51, and door body 52 can be the metalwork, also can be made for plastic material, and when door 50 and box 10 are connected, specifically, rotate between one end of door body 52 and box 10 and link to each other, wherein, in this embodiment, specifically can be through fastener (for example screw) sealing connection between visual window 51 and the door body 52.
In this embodiment, since the window 51 is in sealing contact with the window pad 31 when the door 50 is closed, the photo-emitter 41 may be disposed on a side of the window 51 facing the dispensing opening 30, so that the photo-emitter 41 on the window 51 may be opposite to the photo-receiver 42 on the window pad 31 when the door 50 is closed.
Exemplary, further comprising: the door lock assembly comprises a lock catch 61, a buckling position 62 clamped with the lock catch 61 and a detection member (not shown) electrically connected with a main control board 70, wherein one of the lock catch 61 and the buckling position 62 is arranged on a machine door body 52, and the other is arranged on a box body 10.
Illustratively, in order to alert the user when the door 50 is closed and the laundry is detected to be clamped, the present embodiment further includes: the prompting device 80, the prompting device 80 is connected with the main control board 70, the main control board 70 is used for controlling the prompting device 80 to send prompting information when the sensing device 40 detects that clothes are clamped between the machine door 50 and the throwing port 30, and a user can throw the machine door 50 into the machine door again according to the prompting information. In this embodiment, the prompting device 40 may be disposed at an operation area of the washing machine, or the prompting device 40 may be disposed near a door lock assembly.
In one possible implementation manner, the prompting device 80 may be an alarm device, and the user may view that the door 50 is opened again according to the alarm information.
In another alternative implementation, the prompting device 80 may also be a prompting light, where the prompting light may prompt according to brightness of the light, or the prompting light may prompt through being always on, or the prompting light may also prompt through flashing. Or the alert device 80 may also include an alarm device and an alert light. In this embodiment, the prompting modes of the prompting lamp include, but are not limited to, the two prompting modes.
Illustratively, the delivery opening 30 is formed on a side surface of the casing 10, in this embodiment, the casing 10 may specifically include a front plate 13, opposite left and right side plates 1 and (not shown), a rear plate (not shown), and a top plate 11, and the delivery opening 30 is formed on the front plate 13, where the washing machine provided in this embodiment is specifically a drum washing machine.
