Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to a washing machine that solves the above and other potential problems of the prior art.
The invention provides a washing machine, which comprises a box body, wherein an outer barrel and a washing barrel positioned in the outer barrel are arranged in the box body, a throwing opening which is communicated with the outer barrel and the washing barrel and is sealed with the outer barrel and a machine door which can open and seal the throwing opening are arranged on the box body, and the washing machine comprises a box body, a washing machine body and a washing machine handle, wherein the washing machine handle is arranged in the box body, the machine door is provided with a machine door:
further comprising: the induction device is electrically connected with a main control board arranged in the box body, and when the machine door is closed, the induction device is positioned at a position where the machine door and the putting-in opening are sealed, and the induction device is used for detecting whether clothes are clamped between the machine door and the putting-in opening when the machine door is closed;
the main control panel is used for controlling the washing machine to pause when the sensing device detects that clothes exist between the machine door and the input port, and controlling the washing machine to start when the sensing device detects that clothes do not exist between the machine door and the input port.
In a preferred embodiment of the above washing machine, the sensing device is a photoelectric sensing device.
In a preferred embodiment of the above washing machine, the photoelectric sensing device includes: the photoelectric transmitter and the photoelectric receiver are electrically connected with the main control board, wherein one of the photoelectric transmitter and the photoelectric receiver is arranged along the position where the gate is in sealing contact with the input port, and the other one of the photoelectric transmitter and the photoelectric receiver is arranged at the position where the input port is in sealing contact with the gate.
The photoelectric emitter is used for emitting signals when the machine door is closed, the main control panel controls the washing machine to start and operate when the photoelectric receiver receives all the signals, and the main control panel controls the washing machine to pause when the photoelectric receiver receives partial signals.
In the preferable technical scheme of the washing machine, the photoelectric emitter is an annular photoelectric emitter, and the annular photoelectric emitter is arranged around the position where the machine door is in sealing contact with the putting-in opening.
The photoelectric receiver is an annular photoelectric receiver, and the annular photoelectric receiver is arranged in a circle along the position of the putting-in opening opposite to the annular photoelectric transmitter.
In the preferable technical scheme of the washing machine, a window gasket is arranged at the throwing opening, one end of the window gasket is connected with the edge of the opening of the outer cylinder in a sealing mode, and the other end of the window gasket extends to one end, facing the machine door, of the throwing opening, so that the window gasket is in sealing contact with the machine door when the machine door is closed;
and the photoelectric receiver is arranged at the position where the window gasket is in sealing contact with the machine door.
In a preferred embodiment of the above washing machine, the door includes: the door body and be located visual window on the door body, just visual window orientation the window pad is interior protruding, so that when the door was closed, visual window with the window pad sealing contact.
And the photoelectric emitter is arranged on one surface of the visual window facing the throwing opening.
In a preferred embodiment of the above washing machine, the washing machine further includes: the door lock assembly comprises a lock catch, a buckling position clamped with the lock catch and a detection piece electrically connected with the main control board, wherein one of the lock catch and the buckling position is arranged on the machine door body, and the other is arranged on the box body;

In a preferred embodiment of the above washing machine, the washing machine further includes: the prompting device is connected with the main control board, and the main control board is used for controlling the prompting device to send out prompting information when the induction device detects that the machine door and clothes are clamped between the putting-in openings.
In the preferable technical scheme of the washing machine, the prompting device is an alarm device, or the prompting device is a prompting lamp, or the prompting device comprises an alarm device and a prompting lamp.
In a preferred embodiment of the washing machine, the input port is formed in a side surface of the cabinet.
It can be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention provides a washing machine, which can detect whether clothes are clamped between a door and a loading port by adding a sensing device between the door and the loading port, and controls the washing machine to pause when detecting that clothes exist between the machine door and the input port, controlling the washing machine to be started when detecting that no clothes exist between the machine door and the input port, therefore, the washing machine can not operate under the condition that clothes are clamped between the machine door and the input port, and the problem that the clothes are easily clamped by mistake in the closing process of the machine door of the existing washing machine to cause damage in the clothes washing process is avoided, therefore, the washing machine provided by the embodiment, under the scene that the structure of the existing washing machine is not changed, the aim of preventing clothes from being clamped by the washing machine is achieved, and the problem that the existing drum washing machine is damaged in the clothes washing process due to the fact that the clothes are mistakenly clamped when the door is closed is solved.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In the description of the embodiments of the present invention, the terms "first" and "second" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implying any number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defined as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include at least one such feature. The embodiment provides a washing machine, which can be a drum washing machine and a pulsator washing machine.
The technical solution of the present embodiment will be described below by taking a drum washing machine as an example, but those skilled in the art will understand that the structural improvement in the following can be directly or simply changed and applied to a pulsator washing machine or other suitable type washing machines.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a washing machine provided in the present application, and fig. 2 is a block diagram of a main control board, a photoelectric emitter, a photoelectric receiver, and a prompting device in the washing machine provided in the present application.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides a washing machine including: an outer cylinder and a washing barrel 20 positioned in the outer cylinder (not shown) are arranged in the box body 10, the outer cylinder is arranged in the box body 10, the washing barrel 20 is arranged in the outer cylinder, a putting-in opening 30 which is communicated with the outer cylinder and the washing barrel 20 and sealed with the outer cylinder is arranged on the box body 10, namely, an putting-in opening 30 is arranged on the box body 10, openings are also arranged on the outer cylinder and the washing barrel 20, the putting-in opening 30 is communicated with the openings of the outer cylinder and the washing barrel 20, so that clothes are put into the washing barrel 20 from the putting-in opening 30, meanwhile, a machine door 50 capable of opening and sealing the putting-in opening 30 is arranged on the box body 10, namely, the machine door 50 and the putting-in opening 30 are closed during washing, the machine door 50 is sealed between the machine door 50 and the putting-in opening 30, and when washing is finished, the machine door 50.
Among them, in the prior art, when the user puts the laundry into the washing tub 20 from the input port 30, in the door closing process, if the laundry is not completely put into the washing tub 20, the laundry is easily clamped between the door 50 and the input port 30 by mistake, and the laundry may be damaged in the washing process, thereby causing great inconvenience to the user and providing poor user experience.
For this reason, in this embodiment, the method further includes: a sensing device 40 electrically connected to a main control board 70 disposed in the box 10, that is, in this embodiment, the sensing device 40 is electrically connected to the main control board 70 disposed in the box 10, wherein when the door 50 is closed, the sensing device 40 is located at a position where the door 50 and the input port 30 are sealed, that is, when the door 50 is closed, the sensing device 40 is disposed at a position where the door 50 and the input port 30 are sealed, the sensing device 40 is used for detecting whether clothes are sandwiched between the door 50 and the input port 30 when the door 50 is closed, that is, the sensing device 40 can sense whether clothes are sandwiched between the door 50 and the input port 30, so that when clothes are sandwiched between the door 50 and the input port 30, the sensing device 40 can sense the clothes to detect that the clothes are sandwiched between the door 50 and the input port 30, so that the sensing device 40 can report a signal to the main control board 70, the main control board 70 controls the washing machine to pause when the sensing device 40 detects that clothes exist between the door 50 and the input opening 30, that is, when the door 50 and the input opening 30 sandwich the clothes, the main control board 70 controls the washing machine to pause, and simultaneously the main control board 70 can prompt a user to detect between the door 50 and the input opening 30 through light or buzzer or the like, and controls the washing machine to start when the sensing device 40 detects that the clothes do not exist between the door 50 and the input opening 30, that is, in the embodiment, the washing machine is controlled to start washing when the sensing device 40 detects that the clothes do not sandwich between the door 50 and the input opening 30.
Therefore, the washing machine provided by the embodiment can detect whether clothes are clamped between the machine door 50 and the input port 30 by adding the sensing device 40 between the machine door 50 and the input port 30 under the condition that the structure of the existing washing machine is not changed, and controls the washing machine to pause when it is detected that laundry exists between the door 50 and the input port 30, when detecting that no clothes exist between the machine door 50 and the input opening 30, the washing machine is controlled to start, so that the washing machine is ensured not to run under the condition that the clothes are clamped between the machine door 50 and the input opening 30, the problem that the clothes are easily clamped by mistake in the closing process of the machine door 50 of the existing washing machine to cause damage in the clothes washing process is avoided, therefore, the washing machine provided by the embodiment solves the problem that the existing drum washing machine is damaged in the washing process due to the fact that clothes are mistakenly clamped when the machine door 50 is closed.
Further, on the basis of the above embodiment, in this embodiment, the sensing device 40 is specifically the photoelectric sensing device 40, that is, whether clothes are clamped between the door 50 and the input opening 30 is sensed by the photoelectric sensing device 40, specifically, the photoelectric sensing device 40 can be a photoelectric sensor, clothes are clamped between the door 50 and the input opening 30, the photoelectric sensing device 40 is shielded, the photoelectric sensing device 40 can judge that clothes are clamped between the door 50 and the input opening 30 according to the received signal change, when clothes are not clamped between the door 50 and the input opening 30, the signal received by the photoelectric sensing device 40 does not change, so that it can be judged that clothes are not clamped between the door 50 and the input opening 30.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the sensing device 40 includes, but is not limited to, the photoelectric sensing device 40, specifically, the sensing device 40 may also be a distance sensor, for example, when no clothes are clamped between the door 50 and the input opening 30, an interval between positions where the door 50 and the input opening 30 are contacted is approximately zero, when clothes are clamped between the door 50 and the input opening 30, a certain interval exists between the door 50 and the input opening 30 due to the clothes, and for example, the clothes clamped between the door 50 and the input opening 30 may be judged according to a change in the interval.
Further, on the basis of the above embodiment, in this embodiment, the photoelectric sensing apparatus 40 may include: a photoelectric emitter 41 and a photoelectric receiver 42 electrically connected to the main control board 70. One of the photoelectric emitter 41 and the photoelectric receiver 42 is disposed along a position where the door 50 is in sealing contact with the input port 30, and the other one is disposed at a position where the input port 30 is in sealing contact with the door 50, wherein the photoelectric emitter 41 is configured to emit a signal when the door 50 is closed, when the photoelectric receiver 42 receives all signals, the main control board 70 controls the washing machine to start, and when the photoelectric receiver 42 receives some signals, the main control board 70 controls the washing machine to pause. For example, the photoelectric emitter 41 may be disposed on the door 50, the photoelectric receiver 42 may be disposed at the input port 30, when the door 50 is closed, the photoelectric emitter 41 and the light-emitting receiver may be disposed opposite to each other, when there is no clothes between the door 50 and the input port 30, the photoelectric receiver 42 may receive all signals emitted by the photoelectric emitter 41, when there is clothes between the door 50 and the input port 30, the clothes clamped at this time are blocked on the photoelectric receiver 42, and the signals emitted by the photoelectric emitter 41 cannot be transmitted to the photoelectric receiver 42 under the blocking of the clamped clothes, so that the photoelectric receiver 42 cannot receive the signals of the part, and thus it may be determined that the clothes are clamped between the door 50 and the input port 30.
It should be understood that when the photo receiver 42 receives the signal, the photo receiver 42 processes the signal through the detection circuit, and the processed signal is sent to the main control board 70. The photoelectric receiver 42 and the main control board 70 may transmit signals in a wired manner, or may transmit signals in a wireless manner, when signals are transmitted in a wireless manner, the photoelectric receiver 42 includes a wireless transmitting module, and the main control board 70 is provided with a wireless receiving module.
In this embodiment, the photo-emitter 41 may be a semiconductor light source, a Light Emitting Diode (LED), a laser diode, and an infrared emitting diode, and the photo-receiver 42 may include an optical element (such as a lens or an aperture), a photo-diode, a photo-triode, a photo-cell, and a detection circuit. It should be noted that the photoemitter 41 and the photoreceiver 42 include, but are not limited to, the above-mentioned components.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 1, the door 50 and the delivery opening 30 may be circular, or the door 50 and the delivery opening 30 may be other shapes, such as square or oval, because the area where the door 50 and the delivery opening 30 are in sealing contact tends to be circular, the photo emitter 41 may be a circular photo emitter 41, and the circular photo emitter 41 is disposed along a position where the door 50 and the delivery opening 30 are in sealing contact, i.e. a circle of photo emitters 41 is disposed on the door 50, the photo receiver 42 may be a circular photo receiver 42, and the circular photo receiver 42 is disposed along a position where the delivery opening 30 and the circular photo emitter 41 are opposite, so that when the door 50 is closed, the entire circle where the door 50 and the delivery opening 30 are in contact has the photo emitter 41 and the photo receiver 42, so that when there is clothes between them and any position of the delivery opening 30, the photoelectric sensing device 40 can detect the clothes, thereby further preventing the clothes from being caught when the door 50 is closed.
It should be understood that when the photo-emitter 41 is a ring-shaped photo-emitter 41, a plurality of photo-emitters 41 may be connected one to another to form a ring-shaped photo-emitter, or the photo-emitter 41 may be composed of one ring-shaped photo-emitter 41. When the photo-electric receiver 42 is a ring-shaped photo-electric receiver, a plurality of photo-electric receivers 42 may be connected one by one to form a ring-shaped photo-electric receiver, or the photo-electric receiver 42 may be composed of a ring-shaped photo-electric receiver.
In this embodiment, a window gasket 31 is disposed at the input port 30, one end of the window gasket 31 is connected to the edge of the opening of the outer cylinder in a sealing manner, and the other end of the window gasket 31 extends to one end of the input port 30 facing the door 50, so that the window gasket 31 is in sealing contact with the door 50 when the door 50 is closed, the door 50 can be in sealing contact with the input port 30 through the window gasket 31, and the opening of the outer cylinder can also be sealed with the input port 30, thereby preventing water in the outer cylinder from entering the inner wall of the box 10.
In this embodiment, when the door 50 is in sealing contact with the window gasket 31, the photoelectric receiver 42 may be disposed at a position where the window gasket 31 is in sealing contact with the door 50, so that the photoelectric emitter 41 on the door 50 may be opposite to the photoelectric receiver 42 on the window gasket 31 when the door 50 is closed.
Illustratively, the gate 50 includes: the door body 52 and the visible window 51 located on the door body 52, and the visible window 51 protrudes toward the interior of the window gasket 31, so that when the door 50 is closed, the visible window 51 is in sealing contact with the window gasket 31, wherein the visible window 51 may be made of transparent plastic material, when a user uses the door, the user can observe the washing condition in the washing tub 20 through the visible window 51, the door body 52 may be made of metal or plastic material, when the door 50 is connected with the box body 10, specifically, one end of the door body 52 is rotatably connected with the box body 10, wherein, in this embodiment, the visible window 51 is specifically connected with the door body 52 through a fastener (e.g., a screw) in a sealing manner.
In this embodiment, since the visible window 51 is in sealing contact with the window gasket 31 when the door 50 is closed, the photo-emitter 41 may be disposed on a surface of the visible window 51 facing the input opening 30, so that when the door 50 is closed, the photo-emitter 41 on the visible window 51 may be opposite to the photo-receiver 42 on the window gasket 31.
Exemplary, also include: the door lock assembly, the door lock assembly includes the lock catch 61, the position 62 of the lock catch engaged with 61 and the detecting element (not shown) electrically connected with the main control board 70, wherein, one of the lock catch 61 and the position 62 is set on the door body 52, and the other is set on the box 10, in this embodiment, because the optoelectronic emitter 41 and the optoelectronic receiver 42 are staggered when the door 50 is opened, the optoelectronic receiver 42 cannot receive the signal emitted by the optoelectronic emitter 41 or receive part of the signal emitted by the optoelectronic emitter 41, and at this moment, it is easy to cause misjudgment, for this reason, the detecting element is used to detect whether the lock catch 61 is engaged with the position 62, and when the lock catch 61 is engaged with the position 62, the detecting element sends a detection signal to the main control board 70, so that the main control board 70 controls the optoelectronic emitter 41 to emit a signal according to the signal sent by the detecting element, for example, the position 62 can be set on the side of the box 10 close to the input opening, the buckle is arranged on the machine door body 52 of the machine door 50, the detection piece is arranged at the buckle position 62, when the machine door 50 is closed, the buckle is clamped into the buckle position 62, the detection piece detects that the buckle is clamped into the buckle position 62 at the moment, the main control board 70 controls the photoelectric emitter 41 to emit signals, when clothes are clamped between the machine door 50 and the input opening 30, the photoelectric receiver 42 receives partial signals, and the main control board 70 judges that the clothes are clamped between the input opening 30 and the machine door 50 according to the signals received by the photoelectric receiver 42.
For example, in order to remind the user when the clothes are detected to be clipped when the door 50 is closed, in this embodiment, the method further includes: the prompting device 80, the prompting device 80 is connected with the main control board 70, the main control board 70 is used for controlling the prompting device 80 to send out prompting information when the sensing device 40 detects that clothes are clamped between the machine door 50 and the input port 30, and a user inputs the clothes again when opening the machine door 50 according to the prompting information. In this embodiment, the prompting device 40 may be disposed at the operation region of the washing machine, or the prompting device 40 may be disposed near the door lock assembly.
The prompting device 80 provided in this embodiment may have a plurality of implementation manners, and in one possible implementation manner, the prompting device 80 may be an alarm device, and the user may reopen the door 50 according to the alarm information.
In another alternative implementation, the prompting device 80 can also be a prompting lamp, which can prompt according to the brightness of the lamp, or the prompting lamp can prompt by being always on, or the prompting lamp can also prompt by flashing. Or the prompting device 80 can also comprise an alarm device and a prompting lamp. In this embodiment, the prompting modes of the prompting lamp include, but are not limited to, the two prompting modes.
In the present embodiment, the box 10 may specifically include a front plate 13, opposite left and right side plates 1 and (not shown), a rear plate (not shown), and a top plate 11, and the input port 30 is specifically opened on the front plate 13, and the washing machine provided in the present embodiment is specifically a drum washing machine.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
