s2: preparing antibacterial powder, weighing the silver zeolite powder, the tourmaline powder, the imidazolium salt and the coupling agent according to the weight ratio, uniformly mixing, stirring and heating at the temperature of 300-;
s3: and weighing the polyester chips and the antibacterial powder according to the weight ratio, respectively adding the polyester chips and the antibacterial powder into a medium-speed mixer, stirring the polyester chips and the antibacterial powder together for 3-15 minutes, uniformly mixing, discharging, adding the mixture into a double-screw extruder, extruding, blending and melting the mixture by a screw machine, and spinning to obtain the silver zeolite antibacterial fiber.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the melting temperature of the silver zeolite antibacterial fiber in step S3 is 220-280 ℃.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein in step S3, the winding speed is controlled to 1000-3000 m/min, the heat setting temperature is 80-150 ℃, and the draft ratio is controlled to 2-6.

The silver zeolite antibacterial composite fabric is characterized by comprising an inner layer, a silver zeolite fiber layer and a waterproof layer from inside to outside in sequence, wherein the silver zeolite fiber layer is woven by yarns spun by the silver zeolite antibacterial fibers according to any one of claims 1 to 3 and is connected with the inner layer and the silver zeolite fiber layer through a rib weave structure; the waterproof layer is a weft plain stitch structure woven by expansion fiber yarns, and the silver zeolite antibacterial composite fabric is woven by the silver zeolite antibacterial fiber yarns, the expansion fiber yarns and blended yarns through a weaving process.
8. The silver zeolite antibacterial composite fabric according to claim 7, wherein the maximum length of gaps between the warp and weft directions of the weft plain stitch structure is less than 20% of the diameter of the yarn.
9. The silver zeolite antibacterial composite fabric according to claim 8, wherein the expanded fiber yarn is formed by twisting the expanded fibers.
10. The silver zeolite antibacterial composite fabric according to claim 7, characterized in that the inner layer is woven from the blended yarn comprising cotton-flax fibers and modal fibers, wherein the cotton content is 50-60%, and the flax fibers content is 20-30%.
