the thixotropic agent is at least one selected from thixotropic calcium sulfonate, fumed silica, organic bentonite, attapulgite, polyvinyl alcohol, metal soap, modified hydrogenated castor oil, modified polydiene, aluminum distearate or polyamide wax;
the auxiliary agent is selected from epoxy resin adhesive or a mixture of epoxy resin adhesive and at least one selected from polyoxyethylene ether, pentaerythritol oleate, span 80, oleic acid, benzotriazole derivatives, phenolic antioxidants, isooctyl palmitate, benzotriazole, alkenyl succinic acid, imidazoline derivatives or alkenyl succinate.

In the above technical solution, preferably, the modified hydrogenated castor oil is at least one selected from PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil or PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the epoxy resin adhesive is at least one selected from hydrogenated bisphenol a epoxy resin and bisphenol F epoxy resin.
To solve the second technical problem, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the preparation method of the environment-friendly thixotropic antirust oil composition comprises the following steps: adding the base oil into a reaction kettle with a stirrer, heating to 70-80 ℃, and starting stirring; and sequentially adding an oil-soluble sulfonate antirust agent, an auxiliary agent and a thixotropic agent, stirring for 3-4 hours at a constant temperature of 60-70 ℃, cooling to below 40 ℃, and filtering in a 10-micron bag to obtain the environment-friendly thixotropic antirust oil composition.
In order to solve the third technical problem, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the environment-friendly thixotropic antirust oil composition is applied to occasions with limited use of barium salt antirust agents or in flow inhibition of solidified antirust oil.
The environment-friendly thixotropic antirust oil composition has the characteristic that the thixotropic agent and the epoxy resin adhesive are well compatible and are mixed to form a blending structure, so that the product curing performance is improved, and after multiple tests, the prepared antirust oil does not generate the condition of oil product flowing, has better antirust salt spray resistance (3 times higher than the performance prepared by the CN200910213280.3 method), has excellent humidity and heat resistance, and obtains better technical effects.

Detailed Description
[ examples 1 to 6 ]
Adding base oil into a blending kettle according to the weight parts in the table 1, heating and stirring at 70-80 ℃, then sequentially adding an oil-soluble sulfonate antirust agent, an auxiliary agent and a thixotropic agent, stirring at a constant temperature of 60-70 ℃ for 3-4 hours at a high speed, cooling to below 40 ℃, and filtering in a 10-micron bag to obtain the environment-friendly thixotropic antirust oil composition, wherein the performance detection data are shown in table 2.
Comparative example 1
According to the method disclosed in the document CN200910213280.3, 73-96 parts of base oil is added into a reaction kettle, the mixture is heated and stirred, 2-20 parts of barium-free antirust agent is added, the mixture is heated and stirred to 100-120 ℃ for dehydration, 0.5-5 parts of thixotropic agent, 0.5-5 parts of auxiliary agent and 0.1-5 parts of antioxidant are added when the temperature is cooled to be below 80 ℃, the mixture is stirred and fully dissolved, and the mixture is filtered by 1 mu m, so that the environment-friendly thixotropic antirust oil is obtained, wherein the performance detection data of the environment-friendly thixotropic antirust oil is shown in Table 2.
Wherein the base oil is 87% neutral mineral oil. 5 percent of petroleum sodium sulfonate and 5 percent of calcium dinonylnaphthalenesulfonate as antirust agents, 0.5 percent of aluminum distearate as thixotropic agents, 2 percent of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether as auxiliary agents and 0.5 percent of 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol as antioxidant.

As can be seen from the above table, the rust-proof effects of examples 1-6 adopted in this patent are 3 times of the salt spray resistance of comparative example 1, and the damp-heat resistance is also better than that of comparative example 1, so that this patent achieves better technical effects.
Claims (10)
1. The environment-friendly thixotropic antirust oil composition comprises the following components in parts by weight:
a) 70-89 parts of base oil;
b) 10-20 parts of an oil-soluble sulfonate antirust agent;
c) 0.5-5 parts of a thixotropic agent;
d) 0.1-5 parts of an adjuvant;
wherein the base oil is selected from at least one of mineral base oil or synthetic base oil;
the oil-soluble sulfonate antirust agent is selected from at least one of calcium sulfonate, calcium carboxylate, sodium sulfonate or magnesium sulfonate, and barium salt is not included in the oil-soluble sulfonate antirust agent;
the thixotropic agent is at least one selected from thixotropic calcium sulfonate, fumed silica, organic bentonite, attapulgite, polyvinyl alcohol, metal soap, modified hydrogenated castor oil, modified polydiene, aluminum distearate or polyamide wax;
the auxiliary agent is selected from epoxy resin adhesive or a mixture of epoxy resin adhesive and at least one selected from polyoxyethylene ether, pentaerythritol oleate, span 80, oleic acid, benzotriazole derivatives, phenolic antioxidants, isooctyl palmitate, benzotriazole, alkenyl succinic acid, imidazoline derivatives or alkenyl succinate.
2. The environment-friendly thixotropic antirust oil composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the composition comprises, by weight, 75 to 85 parts of base oil, 12 to 18 parts of oil-soluble sulfonate antirust agent, 0.5 to 4 parts of thixotropic agent and 1 to 4 parts of auxiliary agent.

The environment-friendly thixotropic rust preventative oil composition according to claim 1, wherein the mineral base oil is selected from at least one of MVI/HVI 60, 70, 75, 100, 125, 150, 250, 350, 400, 500, 650, 750, 90BS, 120BS or 150 BS; the synthetic base oil is selected from at least one of alkylbenzene, polyether or poly alpha-olefin.
4. The environment-friendly thixotropic rust preventive oil composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the oil-soluble sulfonate rust preventive agent is at least one selected from the group consisting of medium-base-number calcium petroleum sulfonate, magnesium petroleum sulfonate, sodium petroleum sulfonate, medium-base-number synthetic calcium sulfonate, neutral calcium dinonylnaphthalenesulfonate, calcium dinonylnaphthalenesulfonate complex, calcium dinonylnaphthalenesulfonate-carboxylate complex, and calcium sulfonate-carboxylate complex.
5. The environment-friendly thixotropic rust preventive oil composition according to claim 1, wherein the thixotropic agent is at least one selected from thixotropic calcium sulfonate, fumed silica, modified hydrogenated castor oil, modified polydiene and polyamide wax.
6. The environment-friendly thixotropic rust preventive oil composition according to claim 1, wherein the adjuvant is selected from the group consisting of epoxy resin binders and mixtures of at least one selected from the group consisting of pentaerythritol oleate, span 80, oleic acid, benzotriazole derivatives, alkenyl succinic acids, imidazoline derivatives and alkenyl succinic acid esters.
7. The environment-friendly thixotropic rust preventive oil composition according to claims 1 and 5, wherein the modified hydrogenated castor oil is at least one selected from the group consisting of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil and PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil.
8. The environment-friendly thixotropic rust preventive oil composition according to claims 1 and 6, wherein the epoxy resin binder is at least one selected from a hydrogenated bisphenol A type epoxy resin or a bisphenol F type epoxy resin.
9. A method for preparing the environment-friendly thixotropic antirust oil composition as set forth in claim 1, which comprises the following steps: adding the base oil into a reaction kettle with a stirrer, heating to 70-80 ℃, and starting stirring; and sequentially adding an oil-soluble sulfonate antirust agent, an auxiliary agent and a thixotropic agent, stirring for 3-4 hours at a constant temperature of 60-70 ℃, cooling to below 40 ℃, and filtering in a 10-micron bag to obtain the environment-friendly thixotropic antirust oil composition.
10. An application of the environment-friendly thixotropic antirust oil composition as defined in claim 1 in the places with limited use of barium salt antirust agents or in the flow inhibition of solidified antirust oil.
