Abstract
The invention provides a leaking stoppage agent and leaking stoppage slurry for oil-based drilling fluid and a preparation method thereof, wherein the leaking stoppage agent comprises a mixture which is composed of 5-30 parts by mass of a curing agent, 25-45 parts by mass of a filter aid, 0.5-2 parts by mass of a reinforcing agent and the balance of a filling agent and is 100 parts by mass, and an activator which is 0.05-0.4 time of the addition amount of the curing agent; the preparation method of the plugging agent comprises the steps of measuring all components, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture; the preparation method of the leakage-stopping slurry comprises the steps of adding the mixture into base oil for preparing the oil-based drilling fluid, adding the activator, and uniformly mixing to obtain the leakage-stopping slurry. The plugging slurry formed by the invention can realize good plugging effect under the condition of the oil-based drilling fluid, provides an effective technical means for the oil-based drilling fluid well leakage treatment, has simple preparation process and is beneficial to industrial production.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of leakage prevention and leakage stoppage of oil and gas drilling, in particular to a leakage stoppage agent and leakage stoppage slurry for oil-based drilling fluid and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Along with the continuous deepening of exploration and development of unconventional oil and gas resources such as shale gas and the like and the continuous expansion of drilling scales of risk exploratory wells, development wells and the like in complex areas, the demand on the oil-based drilling fluid is more and more extensive. However, as a matching technology of the oil-based drilling fluid, the development and application of a leakage stoppage technology of the oil-based drilling fluid are not mature, and particularly, a special leakage stoppage agent for the oil-based drilling fluid is lacked, so that a technical means for effectively treating the oil-based drilling fluid leakage on site is lacked.
At present, the material used for on-site oil-based drilling fluid plugging is still the conventional bridge plug plugging material used for water-based drilling fluid. The plugging material has low success rate of plugging the oil-based drilling fluid, and once the oil-based drilling fluid is lost and is difficult to effectively solve, the oil-based drilling fluid is expensive, so that more serious loss is caused compared with the water-based drilling fluid.
The high-fluid loss solidified plugging agent is a plugging agent which relies on rapid water loss to enable solid-phase materials to be accumulated and solidified in a leakage channel. The high-fluid-loss curing plugging agent has higher strength after curing a solid slug formed in a leakage passage, is not easily damaged by the rotation, collision or pressure fluctuation of an underground drilling tool, has stable plugging effect and long validity period, shows good plugging effect in the process of coping with pore type, crack type or even small-size fracture-cavity type leakage, and is widely applied to plugging of water-based drilling fluid. However, the high-fluid-loss curing plugging agent can only be used for water-based drilling fluid, and if the high-fluid-loss curing plugging agent is introduced into oil-based drilling fluid for plugging, the problems of no curing, low strength of a fluid-loss slug, easiness in damage of the plugging slug due to underground pressure fluctuation, short plugging effective period and the like exist. In addition, if the clear water is used for preparing the plugging slurry, the plugging construction is carried out by pumping the plugging slug, the slurry mixing problem in the shaft can be caused, the oil-based drilling fluid in the shaft is further polluted, the performance of the oil-based drilling fluid is influenced, and the treatment cost of the oil-based drilling fluid is increased.
Therefore, a high-fluid-loss curing plugging agent suitable for the oil-based drilling fluid needs to be invented to meet the plugging requirement of the current oil-based drilling fluid.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention aims to address at least one of the above-mentioned deficiencies of the prior art. For example, one of the objects of the present invention is to provide a plugging agent and a plugging slurry which can achieve a good plugging effect under the condition of an oil-based drilling fluid, and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the above object, an aspect of the present invention provides a plugging agent for an oil-based drilling fluid, the plugging agent comprising, by mass, 5 to 30 parts of a curing agent, 25 to 45 parts of a filter aid, 0.5 to 2 parts of a reinforcing agent, and the balance of a filler, the mixture being 100 parts in total, and an activator in an amount of 0.05 to 0.4 times the amount of the curing agent added; wherein the curing agent is one or two of epoxy resin and phenolic resin; the filter aid is one or more of diatomite, perlite powder, gypsum, graphite powder and activated carbon powder; the filler is one or more of calcite powder, quartz sand powder, silicon powder and cement; the reinforcing agent is one or more of wood fiber, paper fiber, polypropylene fiber, polyacrylonitrile fiber and polyester fiber; the activator is one of a liquid activator and a solid activator, the liquid activator is one of aromatic polyamine, aliphatic polyamine, polyamide, polythiol, tertiary amine and imidazole, and the solid activator is one of acid anhydride and solid amine.
In an exemplary embodiment of the plugging agent for an oil-based drilling fluid of the present invention, the curing agent may be contained in an amount of 10 to 25 parts.
In an exemplary embodiment of the plugging agent for an oil-based drilling fluid of the present invention, the content of the filter aid may be 29 to 42 parts.
In an exemplary embodiment of the plugging agent for an oil-based drilling fluid of the present invention, the content of the filler may be 31 to 60 parts.
In an exemplary embodiment of the plugging agent for an oil-based drilling fluid of the present invention, the content of the reinforcing agent may be 1 to 2 parts.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the plugging agent for the oil-based drilling fluid, which comprises the following steps: weighing 5-30 parts by mass of a curing agent, 25-45 parts by mass of a filter aid, 0.5-2 parts by mass of a reinforcing agent and the balance of a filler, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture; then adding a solid activator with the mass being 0.05-0.4 time of the addition of the curing agent into the mixture, and uniformly mixing to obtain the plugging agent; or weighing 5-30 parts by mass of a curing agent, 25-45 parts by mass of a filter aid, 0.5-2 parts by mass of a reinforcing agent and the balance of a filling agent, and uniformly mixing to obtain the mixture; then, a liquid activator with the mass being 0.05-0.4 time of the addition of the curing agent is measured, and the mixture and the liquid activator are independently stored.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the leakage-stopping slurry for the oil-based drilling fluid, which comprises the following steps: the plugging agent is obtained by the preparation method of the plugging agent, and the plugging agent is added into base oil for preparing the oil-based drilling fluid and is uniformly mixed to obtain the plugging slurry; or the mixture is obtained by the preparation method of the plugging agent, the mixture is added into base oil for preparing oil-based drilling fluid, the liquid activator is added, and the mixture is uniformly mixed to obtain the plugging slurry.
In an exemplary embodiment of the method for preparing the plugging slurry for the oil-based drilling fluid of the present invention, the base oil is one of diesel oil, white oil and crude oil.
The invention further provides a plugging slurry for the oil-based drilling fluid, which is characterized by being prepared by the preparation method of the plugging slurry.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages and beneficial effects that at least one of the following contents is included:
(1) the plugging agent can be well dispersed and stably suspended in base oil (such as diesel oil or white oil) for the oil-based drilling fluid, the fluid is quickly lost under the action of pressure difference, and a formed filter cake can be solidified, has higher strength and can effectively plug a leaking layer;
(2) the prepared plugging slurry has good compatibility with the oil-based drilling fluid in the shaft, and the drilling fluid is not polluted in the plugging construction process;
(3) the formed plugging slurry can realize a good plugging effect under the condition of the oil-based drilling fluid, and an effective technical means is provided for the oil-based drilling fluid leakage treatment;
(4) the preparation process of the plugging agent and the plugging slurry is simple and is beneficial to industrial production.
Detailed Description
Hereinafter, the plugging agent and the plugging slurry for oil-based drilling fluid and the preparation method thereof according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the exemplary embodiments.
In an exemplary embodiment of the invention, an aspect of the invention provides a plugging agent for an oil-based drilling fluid, which comprises 5-30 parts by mass of a curing agent, 25-45 parts by mass of a filter aid, 0.5-2 parts by mass of a reinforcing agent and the balance of a filler, wherein the mixture is 100 parts by mass, and 0.05-0.4 times of an activator is added in the amount of the curing agent.
Wherein, the curing agent is one or two of epoxy resin and phenolic resin. The content of the curing agent may further be 10 to 25 parts.
The filter aid is one or more of diatomite, perlite powder, gypsum, graphite powder and activated carbon powder. The content of the filter aid may be further 29 to 42 parts.
The filler is one or more of calcite powder, quartz sand powder, silicon powder and cement. The content of the filler may be further 31 to 60 parts.
The reinforcing agent is one or more of wood fiber, paper fiber, polypropylene fiber, polyacrylonitrile fiber and polyester fiber. The content of the reinforcing agent may further be 1 to 2 parts.
The activator is one of a liquid activator and a solid activator, wherein the liquid activator is one of aromatic polyamine, aliphatic polyamine, polyamide, polythiol, tertiary amine and imidazole, and the solid activator is one of acid anhydride and solid amine.
In this embodiment, another aspect of the present invention provides a preparation method of a plugging agent for an oil-based drilling fluid, where the preparation method of the plugging agent includes the following steps: weighing 5-30 parts by mass of a curing agent, 25-45 parts by mass of a filter aid, 0.5-2 parts by mass of a reinforcing agent and the balance of a filler, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture; and then adding a solid activator with the mass being 0.05-0.4 time of the addition of the curing agent into the mixture, and uniformly mixing to obtain the plugging agent. Or the preparation method of the plugging agent comprises the following steps: weighing 5-30 parts by mass of a curing agent, 25-45 parts by mass of a filter aid, 0.5-2 parts by mass of a reinforcing agent and the balance of a filler, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture; then, a liquid activator with the mass being 0.05-0.4 time of the addition of the curing agent is measured, and the mixture and the liquid activator are independently stored.
In this embodiment, a further aspect of the present invention provides a method for preparing a leakage blocking slurry for an oil-based drilling fluid, where the method for preparing the leakage blocking slurry includes the following steps: the plugging agent is obtained by the preparation method of the plugging agent, and the plugging agent is added into the base oil for preparing the oil-based drilling fluid and is uniformly mixed to obtain the plugging slurry. Or the preparation method of the leakage-stopping slurry comprises the following steps: the mixture is obtained by the preparation method of the plugging agent, the mixture is added into base oil for preparing oil-based drilling fluid, the liquid activator is added, and the plugging slurry is obtained after uniform mixing.
Here, it should be noted that the activator is used to activate the curing agent in the components, and finally to consolidate the filter cake into a whole with a certain strength. If a solid activator is used, the solid activator may be added directly to the mixture formed during compounding of the lost circulation additive. Of course, the solid activator may also be added during the process of formulating the plugging slurry. If the liquid activator is used, the liquid activator cannot be mixed with the formed mixture in the process of preparing the plugging agent, and the liquid activator needs to be added in the process of preparing the plugging slurry.
In the preparation method of the plugging slurry of the embodiment, the base oil used for formulating the oil-based drilling fluid may be one of diesel oil, white oil and crude oil.
The invention further provides a plugging slurry for the oil-based drilling fluid, which is prepared by the preparation method of the plugging slurry.
In order that the above-described exemplary embodiments of the invention may be better understood, further description thereof with reference to specific examples is provided below.
Example 1
In this example, the plugging agent for an oil-based drilling fluid is composed of 5% of a curing agent, 39% of a filter aid, 55% of a filler, and 1% of a reinforcing agent in percentage by mass. Wherein the curing agent is epoxy resin, the filter aid is a mixture formed by mixing diatomite, perlite powder and graphite powder according to a mass ratio of 4:1:1, the filling agent is a mixture formed by mixing calcite powder or quartz sand powder and cement according to a mass ratio of 1:1, and the reinforcing agent is polypropylene fiber.
The preparation method of the plugging agent comprises the following steps: weighing 5% of curing agent, 39% of filter aid, 55% of filler and 1% of reinforcing agent according to mass percentage, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture; then, a liquid activator with the mass being 0.05-0.4 time of the addition of the curing agent is measured, and the mixture and the liquid activator are independently stored. Here, the liquid activator is an aromatic polyamine, and the amount added is 30% by mass of the curing agent, that is, the amount of the liquid activator added per 100g of the plugging agent is 1.5 g.
In the method of making the plugging slurry of this example, the base oil used to formulate the oil-based drilling fluid is diesel. The preparation method of the leakage blocking slurry comprises the following steps: adding the mixture obtained by the preparation method of the plugging agent into diesel oil, adding aromatic polyamine with the mass being 30% of that of the curing agent, and uniformly mixing to obtain the plugging slurry.
Example 2
In this example, the plugging agent for an oil-based drilling fluid is composed of, in mass percent, 10% of a curing agent, 30% of a filter aid, 58.8% of a filler, and 1.2% of a reinforcing agent. The curing agent is epoxy resin, the filter aid is a mixture formed by mixing diatomite and graphite powder according to a mass ratio of 3:1, the filler is a mixture formed by mixing quartz sand powder and cement according to a mass ratio of 1:1, and the reinforcing agent is a mixture formed by mixing polypropylene fibers and polyester fibers according to a mass ratio of 1: 1.
The preparation method of the plugging agent comprises the following steps: weighing 10% of curing agent, 30% of filter aid, 58.8% of filling agent and 1.2% of reinforcing agent according to mass percent, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture; then, a liquid activator with the mass being 0.05-0.4 time of the addition of the curing agent is measured, and the mixture and the liquid activator are independently stored. Here, the liquid activator is an aliphatic polyamine, and the amount added is 25% by mass of the curing agent, that is, the amount of the liquid activator added per 100g of the plugging agent is 2.5 g.
In the method of making the plugging slurry of this example, the base oil used to formulate the oil-based drilling fluid is diesel. The preparation method of the leakage blocking slurry comprises the following steps: adding the mixture obtained by the preparation method of the plugging agent into diesel oil, adding aliphatic polyamine with the mass accounting for 25% of the mass of the curing agent, and uniformly mixing to obtain the plugging slurry.
Example 3
In this example, the plugging agent for an oil-based drilling fluid is composed of 15% of a curing agent, 42% of a filter aid, 41% of a filler, and 2% of a reinforcing agent in percentage by mass. The filter aid is a mixture formed by mixing kieselguhr and activated carbon powder according to a mass ratio of 3:1, the filler is a mixture formed by mixing calcite powder, cement and silicon powder according to a mass ratio of 2:2:1, and the reinforcing agent is a mixture formed by mixing polypropylene fiber and paper fiber according to a mass ratio of 1: 2.
The preparation method of the plugging agent comprises the following steps: weighing 15% of curing agent, 42% of filter aid, 41% of filler and 2% of reinforcing agent according to mass percentage, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture; then, a liquid activator with the mass being 0.05-0.4 time of the addition of the curing agent is measured, and the mixture and the liquid activator are independently stored. Here, the liquid activator is an aliphatic polyamine, and the amount added is 21.67% by mass of the curing agent, that is, 3.25g of the liquid activator per 100g of the plugging agent.
In the method of making the plugging slurry of this example, the base oil used to formulate the oil-based drilling fluid is diesel. The preparation method of the leakage blocking slurry comprises the following steps: adding the mixture obtained by the preparation method of the plugging agent into diesel oil, adding aliphatic polyamine with the mass being 21.67% of that of the curing agent, and uniformly mixing to obtain the plugging slurry.
Example 4
In this example, the plugging agent for an oil-based drilling fluid is composed of, in mass percent, 20% of a curing agent, 25% of a filter aid, 53.5% of a filler, and 1.5% of a reinforcing agent. The curing agent is a mixture formed by mixing epoxy resin and phenolic resin according to the mass ratio of 3:1, the filter aid is diatomite, the filler is a mixture formed by mixing quartz sand powder, cement and silicon powder according to the mass ratio of 2:2:1, and the reinforcing agent is polyacrylonitrile fiber.
The preparation method of the plugging agent comprises the following steps: weighing 15% of curing agent, 42% of filter aid, 41% of filler and 2% of reinforcing agent according to mass percent, uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture, then adding anhydride with the mass being 10% of that of the curing agent into the mixture, and uniformly mixing to obtain the plugging agent. Here, the acid anhydride is a solid activator, and the amount added is 10% by mass of the curing agent, that is, 2g of the solid activator per 100g of the plugging agent.

In this example, the plugging agent for an oil-based drilling fluid is composed of, in mass percent, 25% of a curing agent, 38% of a filter aid, 36.5% of a filler, and 0.5% of a reinforcing agent. The filter aid is a mixture formed by mixing kieselguhr and gypsum according to the mass ratio of 5:1, the filler is a mixture formed by mixing calcite powder and cement according to the mass ratio of 1:1, and the reinforcing agent is polyester fiber.
The preparation method of the plugging agent comprises the following steps: weighing 25% of curing agent, 38% of filter aid, 36.5% of filling agent and 0.5% of reinforcing agent according to mass percent, uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture, then adding 10% of anhydride by mass of curing agent into the mixture, and uniformly mixing to obtain the plugging agent. Here, the acid anhydride is a solid activator, and the amount added is 10% by mass of the curing agent, that is, 2.5g of the solid activator per 100g of the plugging agent.
In the method of making the plugging slurry of this example, the base oil used to formulate the oil-based drilling fluid is diesel. The preparation method of the leakage blocking slurry comprises the following steps: the plugging agent obtained by the preparation method of the plugging agent is added into diesel oil and uniformly mixed to obtain plugging slurry.
Example 6
In this example, the plugging agent for an oil-based drilling fluid is composed of 30% of a curing agent, 29% of a filter aid, 40% of a filler, and 1% of a reinforcing agent in percentage by mass. The filter aid is a mixture formed by mixing kieselguhr and gypsum according to the mass ratio of 5:1, the filler is a mixture formed by mixing calcite powder and cement according to the mass ratio of 1:1, and the reinforcing agent is a mixture formed by mixing polyester fibers and polypropylene fibers according to the mass ratio of 1: 1.
The preparation method of the plugging agent comprises the following steps: weighing 30% of curing agent, 29% of filter aid, 40% of filler and 1% of reinforcing agent according to mass percentage, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture; then, a liquid activator with the mass being 0.05-0.4 time of the addition of the curing agent is measured, and the mixture and the liquid activator are independently stored. Here, the liquid activator is imidazole, and the amount of addition thereof is 10% by mass of the curing agent, that is, the amount of addition of the liquid activator per 100g of the plugging agent is 3 g.
In the method of making the plugging slurry of this example, the base oil used to formulate the oil-based drilling fluid is diesel. The preparation method of the leakage blocking slurry comprises the following steps: adding the mixture obtained by the preparation method of the plugging agent into diesel oil, adding imidazole with the mass being 10% of that of the curing agent, and uniformly mixing to obtain the plugging slurry.
The plugging agent and the plugging slurry described in the above examples 1 to 6 are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and in specific field applications, plugging materials with different sizes can be added to the plugging agent or the plugging slurry prepared from the plugging agent according to the field leakage condition, so as to improve the retention efficiency of the plugging slurry in the leakage application and improve the success rate of plugging.
The following tests were conducted to evaluate the performance of the plugging agent and plugging agent for oil-based drilling fluid of examples 1 to 6.
(1) Fluid loss time of plugging agent
Referring to a method for testing the filtration time of a high-filtration plugging agent for water-based drilling fluid in the standard Q/SYCQZ 1051-2017 technical requirements, test methods and judgment rules of the high-water loss curing plugging agent, a dispersion medium is changed from distilled water to diesel oil for testing the filtration time of the plugging agent in the examples 1-6 of the invention, and the test method is as follows:
1) weighing 39g of sample, adding the sample into a high-speed stirring cup filled with 260ml of diesel oil, stirring at a high speed for 5min, and taking off the sample cup;
2) immediately pouring the suspension into a dry, clean low-temperature low-pressure filtration tester drilling fluid cup, putting filter paper and installing a filtration rack, and putting a 250ml beaker at the discharge port of the slurry cup to receive the filtrate;
3) opening the gas valve and timing simultaneously, stopping timing when gas is sprayed out from the discharge port, and recording the filtration time;
4) the drilling fluid cup was removed and the filter cake with filter paper carefully removed.
The results of the experimental tests are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from table 1, the lost circulation time of the plugging agents provided in examples 1 to 6 of the present invention is within 45s, and the lost circulation speed is fast within the requirements of the referenced test standards, so that plugging slugs can be formed in the leaking layer by fast fluid loss, and the fluid loss can be prevented.
(2) Compressive strength of filter cake formed after leakage stoppage agent filtration
The compressive strength of the filter cake formed after the lost circulation of the plugging agent provided in examples 1 to 6 of the present invention was tested according to the following method:
1) putting a filter cake obtained in a filtration time test of the plugging agent into a beaker with the volume of 500ml, sealing the beaker with a plastic film, putting the beaker into a pot in a constant-temperature water area, standing the beaker at 90 +/-2 ℃ for 8 hours, and then standing the beaker at room temperature for 16 hours;
2) and taking out the maintained filter cake, placing on a compressive strength instrument, pressurizing to 5MPa or above, stabilizing the pressure for 5min, taking out the filter cake, and observing to ensure that no obvious crack or damage exists.

As can be seen from the test data in Table 2, the filter cakes formed by the plugging agents provided in examples 1 to 6 of the present invention after filtration are maintained at a compressive strength of more than 5MPa, and are extruded by a press machine and then taken out for observation without change, the filter cakes have no cracks on the surfaces and high bearing pressure, and the plugging plugs formed in the leaking layers are not easy to leak again.
(3) Suspension stability of plugging slurry
Referring to a method for testing the density change value of a high-filtration loss plugging agent for water-based drilling fluid in the standard Q/SYCQZ 1051-2017 technical requirements, test methods and judgment rules of the high-water loss curing plugging agent, a dispersion medium is changed from distilled water to diesel oil for testing the density change value of the plugging agent provided by the examples 1-6 of the invention, so that the suspension stability of the plugging slurry prepared from the plugging agent is reflected, and the test method is as follows:
1) measuring 2000ml of diesel oil, adding 600g of plugging agent sample under the stirring condition of a powerful stirrer, uniformly stirring the plugging agent sample on the stirrer, measuring the density of sample slurry, and weighting the sample slurry to 1.5g/cm by using barite powder3(barite powder should be added slowly with stirring). Adjusting the rotation speed of the stirrer, stirring for 5min, uniformly stirring the suspension to be weighted, taking the upper suspension to measure the density, and recording as rho1The density of the suspension should be 1.5g/cm3±0.05g/cm3In the range, if the measured suspension density is not 1.5g/cm3±0.05g/cm3Within the range, the addition of the barite powder is adjusted until the density of the suspension is 1.5g/cm3±0.05g/cm3Until within the range.
2) Stirring the suspension for 1h under the condition of 600r/min +/-50 r/min (a stirrer blade is placed at a stirring cup 1/2), stopping stirring, taking the upper suspension, measuring the density of the suspension by using a drilling fluid densimeter, and recording the density as rho2。
3) The density variation value Δ ρ is calculated as follows:
Δρ=ρ1-ρ2
in the formula: delta rho-density variation, g/cm3;
ρ1-density value, g/cm, measured after stirring for 5min at the completion of weighting3;
ρ2-density value, g/cm, measured after stirring for 1h at the completion of weighting3。

As can be seen from the test results in Table 3, the density change values of the plugging slurries prepared by the plugging agents of examples 1-6 of the invention after being weighted are all less than 0.15g/cm3The leakage blocking slurry has good suspension stability, is not easy to settle in the construction process, and ensures that the construction is carried out smoothly.
In summary, the advantages and benefits of the present invention include at least one of the following:
(1) the plugging agent can be well dispersed and stably suspended in base oil (such as diesel oil or white oil) for the oil-based drilling fluid, the fluid is quickly lost under the action of pressure difference, and a formed filter cake can be solidified, has higher strength and can effectively plug a leaking layer;
(2) the prepared plugging slurry has good compatibility with the oil-based drilling fluid in the shaft, and the drilling fluid is not polluted in the plugging construction process;
(3) the formed plugging slurry can realize a good plugging effect under the condition of the oil-based drilling fluid, and an effective technical means is provided for the oil-based drilling fluid leakage treatment;
(4) the preparation process of the plugging agent and the plugging slurry is simple and is beneficial to industrial production.
While the present invention has been described above in connection with exemplary embodiments, it will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art that various modifications may be made to the above-described embodiments without departing from the spirit and scope of the claims.
Claims (9)
1. The leak stopping agent for the oil-based drilling fluid is characterized by comprising 5-30 parts by mass of a curing agent, 25-45 parts by mass of a filter aid, 0.5-2 parts by mass of a reinforcing agent and the balance of a filling agent, wherein the mixture is 100 parts by mass, and an activator is 0.05-0.4 time of the addition amount of the curing agent; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the curing agent is one or two of epoxy resin and phenolic resin;
the filter aid is one or more of diatomite, perlite powder, gypsum, graphite powder and activated carbon powder;
the filler is one or more of calcite powder, quartz sand powder, silicon powder and cement;
the reinforcing agent is one or more of wood fiber, paper fiber, polypropylene fiber, polyacrylonitrile fiber and polyester fiber;
the activator is one of a liquid activator and a solid activator, the liquid activator is one of aromatic polyamine, aliphatic polyamine, polyamide, polythiol, tertiary amine and imidazole, and the solid activator is one of acid anhydride and solid amine.
2. The plugging agent for the oil-based drilling fluid as claimed in claim 1, wherein the content of the curing agent is 10-25 parts.
3. The plugging agent for the oil-based drilling fluid as claimed in claim 1, wherein the content of the filter aid is 29-42 parts.
4. The plugging agent for the oil-based drilling fluid as claimed in claim 1, wherein the content of the filler is 31 to 60 parts.
5. The plugging agent for the oil-based drilling fluid as claimed in claim 1, wherein the content of the reinforcing agent is 1-2 parts.
6. The preparation method of the plugging agent for the oil-based drilling fluid is characterized by comprising the following steps of: weighing 5-30 parts by mass of a curing agent, 25-45 parts by mass of a filter aid, 0.5-2 parts by mass of a reinforcing agent and the balance of a filler, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture; then adding a solid activator with the mass being 0.05-0.4 time of the addition of the curing agent into the mixture, and uniformly mixing to obtain the plugging agent;
or weighing 5-30 parts by mass of a curing agent, 25-45 parts by mass of a filter aid, 0.5-2 parts by mass of a reinforcing agent and the balance of a filling agent, and uniformly mixing to obtain the mixture; then, a liquid activator with the mass being 0.05-0.4 time of the addition of the curing agent is measured, and the mixture and the liquid activator are independently stored.
7. The preparation method of the plugging slurry for the oil-based drilling fluid is characterized by comprising the following steps of: the plugging agent is obtained by the method of claim 6, the plugging agent is added into base oil for preparing oil-based drilling fluid, and the base oil and the plugging agent are uniformly mixed to obtain plugging slurry; or, the mixture is obtained by the method of claim 6, the mixture is added into base oil for preparing oil-based drilling fluid, the liquid activator is added, and the mixture is mixed evenly to obtain the plugging slurry.
8. The method for preparing a plugging slurry for an oil-based drilling fluid according to claim 7, wherein the base oil is one of diesel oil, white oil and crude oil.
9. A plugging slurry for an oil-based drilling fluid, which is prepared by the preparation method of the plugging slurry as claimed in any one of claims 7 to 8.
