At present, a lot of plugging agents are used for water-based drilling fluids, but the plugging agents are few in variety and suitable for oil-based drilling fluid plugging agents, and the basic requirements of the oil-based drilling fluid plugging agent are that the oil-based drilling fluid plugging agent has good compatibility with the oil-based drilling fluid, good plugging effect on high-permeability and micro-fracture stratums and high pressure-bearing capacity.
The high-fluid loss plugging agent is a novel plugging material developed in recent decades, is similar to a DIASEALM plugging agent in the United states, various high-fluid loss plugging agents in China and the like. Although the types of the rapid fluid loss plugging agents are more, the action mechanisms of the rapid fluid loss plugging agents are different from each other. The method can solve the problems of leakage, partial leakage and multi-point well leakage. Moreover, the oil-based high-filtration leakage plugging agent is prepared by mixing various materials such as fibers, porous inert materials, percolation materials, filter aids and the like, and has the advantages of wide application range, simple leakage plugging construction, high safety and quick response.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
