Abstract
The invention provides a quick-drying single-component plastic primer which comprises, by weight, 30-50 parts of polyurethane modified acrylic resin, 10-20 parts of butyl acetate, 0.5-1 part of a wetting dispersant, 15-20 parts of nano barium sulfate, 18-25 parts of titanium dioxide, 0.1-1 part of hydrophobic modified fumed silica, 0.2-1 part of carbon black and 0.1-1 part of anti-settling wax. The quick-drying single-component plastic primer disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the quick-drying single-component plastic primer is easy to construct, has good appearance and leveling property, is flat and smooth in appearance, is quickly dried, is surface-dried for 5-10 minutes, has excellent adhesive force to PP, ABS, nylon and glass fiber and other materials, has excellent adhesive force to upper layer paint, and has 0-1 grade in adhesion force in a Baige test; hot water (40 ℃) for more than 10 days. The adhesion force of the water resistance test is 0-1 grade. The quick-drying single-component plastic primer disclosed by the invention is good in flexibility and impact resistance; has good adhesive force on different materials, and has better water resistance when being used.

(1) stirring and mixing the polyurethane modified acrylic resin and butyl acetate according to the weight ratio to obtain a mixed system A;

Example 2
The quick-drying single-component plastic primer comprises, by weight, 40 parts of polyurethane modified acrylic resin, 15 parts of butyl acetate, 0.7 part of a wetting dispersant, 19.5 parts of nano barium sulfate, 25 parts of titanium dioxide, 0.8 part of hydrophobic modified fumed silica, 0.8 part of carbon black and 1 part of anti-settling wax, wherein the wetting dispersant is modified polyester, and the hydrophobic modified fumed silica is fumed silica R972.

The quick-drying single-component plastic primer comprises, by weight, 45 parts of polyurethane modified acrylic resin, 15 parts of butyl acetate, 0.7 part of a wetting dispersant, 19.5 parts of nano barium sulfate, 20 parts of titanium dioxide, 0.8 part of hydrophobic modified fumed silica, 0.8 part of carbon black and 1 part of anti-settling wax, wherein the wetting dispersant is modified polyester, and the hydrophobic modified fumed silica is fumed silica R972.

The quick-drying single-component plastic primer comprises, by weight, 50 parts of polyurethane modified acrylic resin, 15 parts of butyl acetate, 0.7 part of a wetting dispersant, 17.5 parts of nano barium sulfate, 17 parts of titanium dioxide, 0.8 part of hydrophobic modified fumed silica, 0.8 part of carbon black and 1 part of anti-settling wax, wherein the wetting dispersant is modified polyester, and the hydrophobic modified fumed silica is fumed silica R972.

The quick-drying single-component plastic primer comprises, by weight, 40 parts of polyurethane modified acrylic resin, 17.2 parts of butyl acetate, 1 part of wetting dispersant, 20 parts of nano barium sulfate, 25 parts of titanium dioxide, 0.8 part of hydrophobically modified fumed silica, 0.8 part of carbon black and 1 part of anti-settling wax, wherein the wetting dispersant is modified polyester, and the hydrophobically modified fumed silica is fumed silica R972.
