The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the invention, the dip-coating paint for the water-based tape measure is optimally designed, the proportion is combined with the preparation method, the water-based hydroxypropyl secondary dispersion is selected as a main film forming substance, and all components in the whole formula are matched with each other, so that the mutual cooperation and enhancement effects are achieved.
2. In the invention, the water-based hydroxypropyl secondary dispersion is a main film-forming substance and takes part of methylated amino resin as a cross-linking agent to carry out curing cross-linking reaction, but the part of methylated amino resin is easy to self-cross-link due to too large hydroxymethyl activity and has relatively poor performance due to less cross-linking with resin hydroxyl, so that a closed isocyanate curing agent is added, the closed isocyanate curing agent can release isocyanate groups to react with the hydroxymethyl groups on the part of methylated amino resin to form a cross-linking structure, the cross-linking density is increased, the salt mist resistance, water resistance, chemical resistance and other performances of the water-based resin can be obviously improved, in addition, the epoxy resin is added, and the water-based hydroxypropyl secondary dispersion, the part of methylated amino resin, the closed isocyanate curing agent and the epoxy resin carry out complex chemical reaction, thereby playing a mutual synergistic and synergistic effects, the epoxy resin is taken as an additive and interweaved with a cross-linking structure generated by other components, so that the whole structure is more stable, the paint can keep better light and color retention during baking, and the paint has excellent water resistance, salt mist resistance and acid and alkali resistance.
3. The components are added at different nodes in batches, so that the reaction of each stage is fully performed, and the prepared dip-coating paint for the water-based tape measure has the characteristics of high strength, strong adhesive force and the like by controlling the proportion, the adding mode and the stirring mode of the components.
4. The partially methylated amino resin is partially methylated melamine resin, the amino resin has less free hydroxymethyl, high methylation degree and low molecular weight, a certain amount of imino groups are reserved in molecules, the amino resin is soluble in water, and the partially methylated amino resin is suitable for being used as a cross-linking agent of an aqueous coating, can perform cross-linking reaction during curing and can also perform self-polycondensation reaction, so that a coating with excellent performance can be obtained.

Comparative example 2
The comparative example is different from example 1 only in that comparative example 2 does not contain the aqueous blocked isocyanate curing agent and the remaining kinds of components, contents of components and preparation process are consistent with example 1.

Second, performance test
Coating the water-based tape measure prepared in the embodiment and the comparative example by dip coating with a dip coating paint in a dip coating manner, wherein the baking temperature is 150-160 ℃, the baking time is 15-20min, and then the performance of the coating is detected, the performance test result is shown in table 1, wherein the gloss, pencil hardness, adhesive force, impact strength, flexibility, water resistance, salt mist resistance, acid resistance and alkali resistance tests are performed according to the national standard GB/T9756-2018, wherein the larger the gloss unit value is, the smoother the paint film surface is, and the better the gloss is; the VOC test was obtained from gas chromatography tests.
TABLE 1
As can be seen from table 1, the dip coating for the aqueous tape measure prepared in comparative example 1 does not contain the aqueous epoxy resin and is reduced in gloss, hardness, salt spray resistance, acid resistance, and alkali resistance to various degrees as compared with example 1, the dip coating for the aqueous tape measure prepared in comparative example 2 does not contain the aqueous blocked isocyanate curing agent and is greatly reduced in gloss, hardness, water resistance, salt spray resistance, acid resistance, and alkali resistance, the dip coating for the aqueous tape measure prepared in comparative example 3 does not contain the aqueous epoxy resin and the aqueous blocked isocyanate curing agent and is not much different in performance from the dip coating for the aqueous tape measure prepared in comparative example 2, and thus it can be seen that a small amount of the aqueous epoxy resin alone as an additive does not greatly affect the performance of the dip coating for the aqueous tape measure, but when the aqueous epoxy resin and the aqueous blocked isocyanate curing agent are added together to the coating, can generate mutual synergy and synergy with other components, can keep better gloss and color retention when the coating is baked, and has excellent water resistance, salt mist resistance and acid and alkali resistance.
