6. The climbing device for the aerial crane manned according to claim 4 or 5, wherein: the hoisting device comprises a winch (19) and a pulley block (4), and each balancing weight (5) is connected with one group of winches (19) and the pulley block (4) through a steel wire rope (3).

The climbing device for the aerial crane manned according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein: the anti-falling emergency stop device (8) comprises an anti-falling gear (18) and an anti-falling rack (2) which are arranged outside the car (7) and meshed with each other, and the anti-falling gear (18) is connected with a speed sensor and a controller.
8. The climbing device for the aerial crane manned according to claim 7, wherein: the anti-falling rack (2) comprises two anti-falling racks (2) which are arranged at intervals relatively, and each anti-falling rack (2) is engaged with two anti-falling gears (18).
9. The climbing device for the aerial crane manned according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein: be provided with pressure sensor and alarm device in car (7), pressure sensor and alarm device electric connection.
