Abstract
The invention relates to a roller discharging cover, a roller and a tobacco processing machine, wherein the roller discharging cover (20) comprises a cover body and an anti-sticking net (27), and the anti-sticking net (27) is provided with a plurality of through holes (271) and is arranged on the inner wall of the cover body. The roller comprises a roller discharge cover. The tobacco processing machine comprises a roller discharge cover or a roller. The invention increases the roughness of the inner wall of the cover body and reduces the area of the smooth surface of the inner wall of the cover body, thereby increasing the difficulty that small water drops generated after moisture condensation are hung on the inner wall surface, further reducing the sticky materials adhered on the inner wall under the action of the surface tension of the small water drops, avoiding the influence of sticky leaves on the process quality caused by the sticky leaves on the inner wall of the discharging cover and avoiding the waste of tobacco leaves.

The inventor has conducted a great deal of research on the problem that the inner wall of the discharging cover of the roller is easy to stick. The inventors found that the methods for preventing the sticking of the materials used in the prior art are mainly a heating method, a coating method and a blowing method.
The heating method is difficult to realize evenly heating the whole discharging cover, some corners can still be glued, and the control of the main process temperature in the roller can be influenced by heating the discharging cover.
The spraying method is to spray an anti-sticking material on the existing equipment, the specific implementation is limited by the structure of the existing equipment, the spraying is difficult, and the sticking effect is difficult to guarantee; the spraying material may also affect the quality and food safety of the tobacco leaves, and whether the coating will fall off and the harm mixed into the tobacco leaves after falling off is also a problem to be considered in advance.
The blowing method has good effect on the timing cleaning of the fixed part, and for the large-area structure of the discharging cover and the process environment with continuous rolling, a viscosity mechanism needs to be considered, and meanwhile, the interference on the process temperature and humidity needs to be avoided, so that the blowing model is difficult to establish.
Based on the above analysis, the inventors believe that the conventional heating method, coating method and blowing method can improve the adhesion to some extent, but all have some disadvantages, and cannot achieve the ideal anti-adhesion effect.
In some embodiments of the drum outfeed hood provided by the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-3, the drum outfeed hood comprises a hood body and a release web 27, the release web 27 having a plurality of through holes 271 and being mounted to an inner wall of the hood body.
In the above embodiment, the anti-sticking net 27 with the plurality of through holes 271 is installed on the inner wall of the cover body, so that the roughness of the inner wall of the cover body is increased, and the area of the smooth surface of the inner wall of the cover body is reduced, therefore, the difficulty of hanging small water drops generated after moisture condensation on the inner wall surface can be increased, the sticky material adhered on the inner wall through the surface tension action of the small water drops is further reduced, the influence of sticky leaves on the process quality on the inner wall of the discharging cover is avoided, and the waste of tobacco leaves is avoided.
In some embodiments, the release web 27 is removably mounted to the interior wall of the enclosure. For example, the anti-sticking net 27 can be installed on the inner wall of the cover body by means of bolt connection or adhesion, etc. so as to facilitate the installation and disassembly of the anti-sticking net 27 and facilitate the regular replacement and cleaning of the anti-sticking net 27.
In some embodiments, the release web 27 is non-removably mounted to the inner wall of the mask body, such as by welding or riveting.
For the embodiments in which the anti-sticking net 27 is detachably or non-detachably mounted on the inner wall of the cover body, the anti-sticking net 27 is a separate component with respect to the cover body, and these embodiments are suitable for the existing drum, and the structure of the drum does not need to be modified, and the anti-sticking net 27 and the cover body can be connected, so that the installation and the implementation are convenient.
In some embodiments, the release web 27 is integrally formed with the shell. In some embodiments, the mesh size of the release web 27 is greater than or equal to 10. The number of through-holes 271 per inch of the release web 27 is greater than or equal to 10. This arrangement is not conducive to the formation of beads on the release web 27 and is less difficult to manufacture.
In some embodiments, the through-hole 271 is square, circular, or triangular in shape. As shown in fig. 3, the through-hole 271 has a square shape.
In some embodiments, the shapes of the two through holes 271 are different, so that the shape change of the through holes 271 can be increased, and the difficulty in forming the water drops can be improved.
In some embodiments, the release web 27 is made of a stainless steel material. The safety of the stainless steel material is high, and the influence on the quality of tobacco leaves is avoided. Moreover, the stainless steel material has better performances such as durability, corrosion resistance and the like.
In some embodiments, release web 27 comprises a plurality of release strips interwoven in a web-like fashion, the release strips having a diameter of less than or equal to 0.2 mm. The arrangement is convenient for keeping the through holes 271 on the anti-sticking net 27 at a proper density, and is beneficial to improving the anti-sticking effect.
Through the description of a plurality of embodiments of the roller discharging cover, the roller discharging cover has the advantages that the field feasibility is high, the anti-sticking effect is good, the used materials meet the food safety requirements, the stability is good, the waste of tobacco leaves is avoided, and the cost is low.
Based on the roller discharging cover, the invention also provides a roller, which comprises a roller body 10 and the roller discharging cover, wherein the roller discharging cover 20 is arranged at the discharging hole of the roller body 10.
The invention also proposes a tobacco processing machine comprising a drum discharge housing 20 or drum.

8. The drum outfeed hood (20) according to claim 1, wherein said release web (27) comprises a plurality of release strips interwoven in a web-like shape, said strips having a diameter less than or equal to 0.2 mm.
9. A roller, characterized by comprising a roller body (10) and a roller discharging cover (20) according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the roller discharging cover (20) is arranged at a discharging port of the roller body (10).
10. A tobacco processing machine comprising a roller outfeed hood (20) as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8 or a roller as claimed in claim 9.
