6. A mail steamer light weight waste chute device as in claim 4 wherein the support frame includes a plurality of legs and a web, adjacent legs being connected by the web, the web connecting the discharge cans.
7. A lightweight refuse chute according to claim 1, characterized in that said common section of tubes comprises a plurality of common section of tubes, said common section of tubes being arranged in series.
8. A lightweight mail carrier waste deposit arrangement as set forth in claim 7 wherein the number of said common node cartridges in each said common cartridge set is not exactly the same.
9. A lightweight refuse chute at cruise ship, according to claim 1, characterized in that fire extinguishing nozzles are provided in said general cylinder group.
10. A dock building system comprising a mail ship, a dock, a bridge connecting the mail ship and the dock, and the mail ship light garbage can throwing device of any one of claims 1 to 9, the mail ship light garbage throwing device being connected to the bridge.
