The invention relates to a stone three-order polishing device, which has the working principle that:
starting a motor 4-6 for clamping, driving a chain wheel five 4-7 by the motor 4-6 for clamping, driving a chain wheel four 4-4 to rotate by the chain wheel five 4-7 through a chain three 4-5, driving a threaded rod one 4-3 and a threaded rod two 4-8 to rotate by the chain wheel five 4-7 and the chain wheel four 4-4, so that an adjusting seat plate 4-2 slides in a groove of a stone placing seat 4-1, adjusting the distance between the stone placing seat 4-1 and the adjusting seat plate 4-2, realizing the purpose of adapting to stones with different lengths, reversely starting the motor 4-6 for clamping after placing the stones on the stone placing seat 4-1 and the adjusting seat plate 4-2, so that the adjusting seat plate 4-2 is tightened, thereby extruding the stones and achieving the purpose of fixing the stones, wherein the adjusting seat plate 4-2 is in threaded connection with the threaded rod one 4-3, the moving distance of the adjusting seat plate 4-2 can be accurately controlled, so that the adjusting seat plate 4-2 can not only achieve the purpose of fixing the stone, but also enable the adjusting seat plate 4-2 to have moderate force for extruding the stone, and avoid deformation of the device or damage of the stone caused by overlarge force.
After the stone is fixed, the lifting motor 2-7 is started, the lifting motor 2-7 drives the chain wheel I2-6 to rotate, the chain wheel I2-6 drives the bidirectional threaded rod 2-5 to rotate, so that the sliding foot piece 2-2 moves, the sliding foot piece 2-2 moves to drive the hinge rod 2-3 to move, so that the position of the hinge joint 2-4 moves upwards, the stone moving mechanism 3 and the stone adjusting mechanism 4 are driven to move upwards, the stone on the stone adjusting mechanism 4 is contacted with the side polishing disc 5-6-4 and the main polishing disc 5-7-3, the pressing force of the side polishing disc 5-6-4 and the main polishing disc 5-7-3 and the stone is controlled by controlling the upward movement distance of the stone adjusting mechanism 4, so that the purpose of increasing the polishing effect is achieved, because the bidirectional threaded rod 2-5 is in threaded connection with the sliding foot piece 2-2, the lifting distance of the stone adjusting mechanism 4 can be accurately controlled, and the purpose of adjusting the polishing effect is achieved.
Starting a grinding motor 5-1, driving an output clamping piece 5-2 to rotate by the grinding motor 5-1, driving an adjusting beam plate 5-4 to rotate by the output clamping piece 5-2, so as to enable a side grinding disc 5-6-4 and a main grinding disc 5-7-3 to rotate, thereby realizing the purpose of grinding the stone, starting a moving motor 3-7, driving a chain wheel three 3-5 to rotate by the moving motor 3-7, driving a chain wheel two 3-3 to rotate by the chain wheel three 3-5 through a chain two 3-4, driving a moving screw rod one 3-2 and a moving screw rod two 3-6 to rotate at the moment, thereby driving a stone adjusting mechanism 4 to integrally move, driving the stone to move, and enabling the stone to pass through the rotating side grinding disc 5-6-4 and the main grinding disc 5-7-3, the whole stone is polished, and the polishing range is the maximum polishing range.
Pressing the square plug-in 5-5-5 to make the square plug-in 5-5-5 inserted into the groove arranged on the first 5-5-2 of the connecting threaded rod, rotating the first 5-5-2 of the connecting threaded rod and the second 5-5-3 of the connecting threaded rod to make the first 5-5-1 of the connecting slider and the second 5-5-4 of the connecting slider move towards the middle synchronously, thereby driving the side polishing disc 5-6-4 to tilt with the hinged part of the side polishing disc 5-6-4 and the main polishing disc 5-7-3 as the origin through the first 5-6-1 of the hinge part, the adjusting threaded rod 5-6-2 and the second 5-6-3 of the hinge part, realizing that the side polishing disc 5-6-4 at both sides is separated from the stone, and grinding the main polishing disc 5-7-3 independently polishes the stone, thereby realize the control scope of polishing, adapt to the stone material of equidimension not, be minimum scope of polishing this moment.
When the square plug-in 5-5-5 is separated from the connecting threaded rod 5-5-2, the connecting threaded rod 5-5-2 is rotated, the connecting sliding piece 5-5-1 drives the side polishing disc 5-6-4 on the same side to upwarp, meanwhile, the fixed position of the positioning screw 5-3 on the adjusting beam plate 5-4 is adjusted, the main polishing disc 5-7-3 and the other side polishing disc 5-6-4 are concentric with the polishing motor 5-1, the polishing motor 5-1 is started at the moment, and the polishing motor 5-1 drives the main polishing disc 5-7-3 and one side polishing disc 5-6-4 to rotate, so that the polishing range is controlled, and the square plug-in 5-5-5-2 is suitable for stones with different sizes.
The internal motor 5-7-4 is started, the internal motor 5-7-4 drives the output screw rod 5-7-5 to rotate, so that the square cylinder 5-7-2 drives the main grinding disc 5-7-3 to descend, the adjusting threaded rod 5-6-2 is rotated, the distance between the first hinge part 5-6-1 and the second hinge part 5-6-3 is adjusted, the lifting of the side grinding disc 5-6-4 is adjusted, and the adjustment can be performed along with the depth of different positions of a stone.
