Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of indoor air purification, in particular to a biodegradable formaldehyde scavenger.
Background
Formaldehyde in indoor air has become a main pollutant affecting human health, and especially formaldehyde in air in winter is the most harmful to human body. The formaldehyde source in domestic air mainly comprises the following aspects: 1. it is used as artificial board for indoor decoration, such as plywood, blockboard, medium density fiberboard, shaving board, etc. The adhesive used for producing the artificial board takes formaldehyde as a main component, and the formaldehyde which is remained in the board and does not participate in the reaction can be gradually released to the surrounding environment, so that the adhesive is a main body for forming the formaldehyde in the indoor air. 2. Furniture made of artificial boards. Some manufacturers use unqualified plates for pursuing profit, or use poor glue when adhering veneering materials, and the formaldehyde in the plates and the glue seriously exceeds the standard. 3. Other various decorative materials containing formaldehyde and possibly emitting to the outside, such as wall cloth, wall paper, chemical fiber carpet, paint, coating and the like.
The concentration of formaldehyde in indoor air is related to the following four factors: indoor temperature, indoor relative humidity, degree of loading of indoor materials (i.e., formaldehyde emitting material surface area per cubic meter of indoor space), indoor air flow flux. The strength of formaldehyde emission is exacerbated under high temperature, high humidity, negative pressure, and high load conditions. Usually, the formaldehyde release period can be as long as 3-10 years.
The existing formaldehyde scavenger is generally synthesized by chemical raw materials, has certain chemical stimulation, and can cause certain chemical residues after being scavenged, so that people's health is still harmed.

The photocatalyst powder is prepared by mixing super-active nano silver, deionized water and nano carbon dioxide, wherein the addition amounts of the super-active nano silver, the deionized water and the nano carbon dioxide are respectively 40 parts, 15 parts and 15 parts by mass.
The plant formaldehyde scavenger is prepared from 30 parts by mass, 10 parts by mass and 20 parts by mass of deionized water, aloin, a mint extract, nevadin and lemon balm essential oil.
The preparation method of the biodegradable formaldehyde scavenger in any embodiment comprises the following steps:
step 1 preparation of photocatalyst powder
Mixing the super-active nano silver and the nano carbon dioxide in proportion, and adding deionized water in proportion for granulation; drying the mixed materials in the air, calcining at high temperature of 800 ℃ for 3-4h, taking out the materials after calcining, drying in the air, and collecting photocatalyst powder after sequentially carrying out superfine grinding and sieving; there are embodiments in which co-reactants and catalyst are added, with co-reactants and catalyst being mixed together in proportion to the above operation.
Step 2, preparing the plant formaldehyde scavenger
Mixing aloin, herba Menthae extract, nevadensis and lemon balm essential oil at a certain proportion, sequentially adding into a reaction kettle, continuously stirring while adding, controlling the temperature in the reaction kettle at 25-45 deg.C for 1h, and stirring thoroughly until all components are dissolved to obtain a mixed solution; and measuring the pH value of the mixed solution, adjusting the pH value to 7-8 to obtain the neutral formaldehyde scavenger, and storing for later use.
Step 3, mixing the prepared photocatalyst powder and the plant formaldehyde scavenger according to the proportion of 1:1, mixing and stirring uniformly by a stirrer.
Step 4 comparison of the various examples
All the control group solvents of examples 1 to 10 were prepared by the above procedure, baoli board (purchased from xxxx wood, thickness 2.5mm, size 150mm × 150 mm) was used as the experimental material, the temperature of the experimental environment was controlled to (25 ± 2) ° c, relative humidity was controlled to (30 ± 10)%, one control group was selected without any treatment, and as the reference object, the purification efficiency and purification efficiency durability of formaldehyde were measured by the method of JC/T1074-2008, and the experimental results were shown in table 1, and the formaldehyde content was measured by the method of GB/T16129-.

As can be seen from the data shown in Table 1, the natural attenuation of formaldehyde was 13.56%, the experiment was established, examples 1 to 3 compared the effect of adding the co-reactant and the catalyst to the photocatalyst powder, the purification efficiency was 86.95% when the solvent contained both the non-co-reactant and the catalyst, and the purification efficiency was 99.85% when the co-reactant and the catalyst were added, and examples 4 to 10 did not show significant fluctuation when the content of the components of the photocatalyst powder and the plant formaldehyde scavenger was increased, and the results of comparative examples 3 and 4 to 10 showed that the amounts of the super-active nano-silver, the deionized water and the nano-carbon dioxide were 40 parts, 15 parts and 15 parts by mass, and the amounts of the deionized water, the aloin, the mint extract, the nevadin and the lemon balm essential oil were 30 parts by mass, The effects were best in the case of 30 parts, 20 parts, 10 parts and 10 parts.

From the data obtained in table 2, it can be seen that in the tracking experiment process of 120 days, the formaldehyde content of the control group (without any treatment) is increased and then decreased, because the residual formaldehyde in the early-stage board is released continuously, and the natural decay in the later stage is lower than the formaldehyde release amount, while the formaldehyde content of the biodegradable formaldehyde scavenger test group using the invention is reduced continuously, the formaldehyde scavenging rate is as high as 86% -99%, and the formaldehyde content is not increased any more as the time is prolonged, therefore, the biodegradable formaldehyde scavenger can remove the formaldehyde content permanently, and simultaneously effectively remove the formaldehyde released from the board.
Finally, it should be noted that: although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that changes may be made in the embodiments and/or equivalents thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
