4. The filtering and dust removing device of claim 3, wherein the dust hood (23) comprises four arc-shaped hoods (231), the radian of each arc-shaped hood (231) is 100-135 degrees, and the radian of each arc-shaped hood (231) is the same.
5. A filter dust-collecting device according to claim 2, characterized in that the drive is arranged around the circumference of the filter cartridge (21).

A device as claimed in claim 2 or 3, wherein the driving portion comprises an air-filled tube (31) spirally wound around the periphery of the filter cartridge (21), the air-filled tube (31) being in communication with a high-pressure air source, in the working state, the high-pressure air source inflates the air-filled tube (31) to outwardly open the dust guard, and in the non-working state, the air-filled tube (31) is deflated to elastically return the dust guard inwardly.
7. The filtering and dust removing device of claim 2 or 3, wherein the driving part comprises a linear driving mechanism disposed between the filter cartridge and the dust blocking part, in the working state, the linear driving mechanism can drive the dust blocking part to expand outwards, and in the non-working state, the dust blocking part can elastically return.
8. The filter dust collector as claimed in claim 1, wherein said dust guard is made of stainless steel punched plate.
9. The device as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the ash removal assembly comprises a pulse valve (25) mounted on the top of the filter cartridge (21), the pulse valve (25) being connected to a high pressure air source for blowing into the filter cartridge (21).
10. A dry sweeping machine comprising a filter dust collector according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
