Abstract
The invention discloses push-up fitness equipment. Comprises a base; the lower part of the lifting structure is arranged on the base, and the lifting structure is connected with an elastic piece for providing restoring force and/or resistance for the lifting structure; and the contact element is connected with the upper part of the lifting structure and is arranged on the same top as the lifting structure. According to the invention, a set of lifting structure capable of adjusting the force is designed to provide a certain resistance when a user performs push-up and provides a certain thrust when the user performs push-up, so that the traditional thinking is changed, and more muscle groups can be exercised by push-up movement; meanwhile, the adjustable push-up exercise device can also be used for the exercise mode of the common push-up and achieve the corresponding exercise effect after adjustment; various modes are integrated into a whole, which is helpful for increasing the interest of push-up movement.
