Abstract
本发明公开了一种屈膝训练器,通过固定足部并在轨道槽中滑动的方式进行屈膝训练,且可以调节滑动的阻力以适应不同患者的屈膝运动的速度和极限量。其技术方案要点是:一种屈膝训练器,包括基座和两个足部固定机构,所述基座中设有两个相平行的轨道槽,所述两个足部固定机构分别与两个轨道槽滑动连接,足部固定机构与轨道槽之间设有连接机构,轨道槽中设有用于调节足部固定机构的滑动阻力的限制机构,基座底部还设有用于将自身固定在地面上的固定结构。患者可以自行进行坐位下屈膝训练,无需人工牵引,不仅节省人力,而且有利于患者自己调整训练的姿势和强度,更有利于康复。

技术领域
本发明涉及康复设备领域,具体为一种屈膝训练器。
背景技术
脑卒中遗留下肢瘫痪的患者,随着运动功能的恢复,特别是达到Brunnstrom III期时,由于抗重力肌的兴奋性增高,下肢多表现为伸肌痉挛模式,出现坐位下屈膝受限、踝关节背屈受限,临床上多通过各种神经肌肉促进技术抑制痉挛模式,诱发分离运动。而拮抗肌肌力的增强在抑制抗重力肌肌张力进一步升高中起到关键作用。作为股四头肌的主要拮抗肌——腘绳肌,往往在卒中后肌力恢复不理想,导致膝关节稳定性差、膝过伸等一系列问题,且常规的徒手训练及器械训练方法难以选择合适的体位及提供适当的阻力,如肌力在3级以下时难以提供助力运动,肌力在3级及以上时难以提供抗阻训练,造成训练困难。
因此设计一种基于Brunnstrom技术的屈膝训练器,实现在坐位下屈膝运动,并能提供适当的、可调节的阻力进行肌力训练,帮助脑卒中后患者恢复屈膝力量,并促进分离运动,其操作简单、实用,在康复医师或治疗师简单指导下即可完成训练。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述背景技术中存在的问题,提供一种屈膝训练器,通过固定足部并在轨道槽中滑动的方式进行屈膝训练,且可以调节滑动的阻力以适应不同患者的屈膝运动的速度和极限量。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种屈膝训练器,包括基座和两个足部固定机构,所述基座中设有两个相平行的轨道槽,所述两个足部固定机构分别与两个轨道槽滑动连接,足部固定机构与轨道槽之间设有连接机构,轨道槽中设有用于调节足部固定机构的滑动阻力的限制机构,基座底部还设有用于将自身固定在地面上的固定结构。
优选的,轨道槽的两侧分别设有一个滑槽,所述连接机构的两侧分别设有一个用于与滑槽相配合的滑动部。
优选的,滑动部包括轮座和至少一个滑轮,所述滑轮与轮座可旋转连接,滑轮位于所述滑槽中。
优选的,连接机构还包括第一旋转件和第二旋转件,所述第一旋转件与足部固定机构固定连接,第二旋转件与第一旋转件可旋转连接,第二旋转件的端部与所述轮座固定连接。
优选的,第一旋转件和第二旋转件之间设有限制相对旋转角度的限位结构。
优选的,限制机构包括多个挂钩和多根弹性绳,所述多个挂钩对称地设于轨道槽的前后内壁上;所述弹性绳中部与所述足部固定机构固定连接,弹性绳的两端部都设有一个用于套在所述挂钩上的圆环。
优选的,足部固定机构包括踏板和用于防止足部从踏板上脱落的固定套。
优选的,固定套包括前套和后套,所述后套与踏板可滑动连接,后套与踏板的连接处设有复位弹簧。
优选的,两个连接机构中最靠近的两个轮座上分别设有一个卡槽,所述卡槽还配备有倒U形卡杆,所述倒U形卡杆的两端分别插入两个轮座的卡槽中以实现两个足部固定机构的同步活动。
优选的,固定结构为多个吸盘。
与现有技术相比,采用了上述技术方案的屈膝训练器,具有如下有益效果:
一、采用本发明的屈膝训练器,患者可实现BrunnstromIV期下肢分离运动,抑制痉挛模式,实现对屈膝肌肌力训练,且不增加跌倒或损伤风险。
二、在屈膝肌力在3级以下时可通过双下肢同步训练(健侧带动患侧)来实现助力训练;在屈膝肌力3级及以上时可通过单腿抗阻训练进一步恢复肌力。
三、只需患者将足部固定在足部固定机构中,然后在相对固定的椅子或床边,便可以可以自行进行屈膝训练,无需医护人员的辅助,不仅使用便捷,节省人力,而且有利于患者自己调整训练的姿势和强度,更有利于康复。
四、通过增加或减少限制机构中弹性绳的数量,便可以调节足部固定机构在轨道槽中滑动的阻力,从而使不同病况患者可以以适宜的强度进行屈膝训练,有利于康复。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步描述。
如图1所示的屈膝训练器,包括基座1和两个足部固定机构2,基座1中设有两个相平行的轨道槽10,轨道槽10的两侧分别设有一个滑槽101,两个足部固定机构2分别与两个轨道槽10滑动连接,轨道槽10中设有用于调节足部固定机构2的滑动阻力的限制机构4,足部固定机构2与轨道槽10之间设有连接机构3。
如图2所示,足部固定机构2包括踏板20和用于防止足部从踏板20上脱落的固定套,固定套包括前套21和后套22,后套22与踏板20可滑动连接,后套22与踏板20的连接处设有复位弹簧24,固定足部时,拖动后套22至最后端,光脚或穿鞋向前伸入前套21中,再将脚掌落在踏板20上,松开后套22,后套22由于弹簧作用复位而将脚部卡紧;脚部固定机构还可以安装按摩垫23,按摩垫23上设有多个用于按摩足底穴位的凸部,按摩垫23可通过魔术贴固定在踏板20上表面,使用按摩垫23时需要脱掉鞋子,直接将脚放在按摩垫23上。
如图2和图3所示,连接机构3的两侧分别设有一个用于与滑槽101相配合的滑动部30,滑动部30包括轮座301和两个滑轮302,两个滑轮302皆与轮座301可旋转连接,滑轮302位于滑槽101中,滑轮302与滑槽101可相对滑动。
连接机构3还包括第一旋转件31和第二旋转件32,第一旋转件31与踏板20底部中间位置固定连接,第二旋转件32与第一旋转件31可旋转连接,第二旋转件32的端部与轮座301固定连接;第一旋转件31和第二旋转件32之间设有限制相对旋转角度的限位结构,限位结构包括限位槽310和限位块320,限位槽310为长条形槽,限位槽310设于第一旋转件31上,限位块320设于第二旋转件32上,限位块320嵌入于限位槽310中,且限位块320与限位槽310可相对滑动。
如图4所示,两个连接机构3中最靠近的两个轮座301上分别设有一个卡槽3010,卡槽3010还配备有倒U形卡杆33,倒U形卡杆33的两端分别插入两个轮座301的卡槽3010中以实现两个足部固定机构2的同步活动。
如图5所示,限制机构4包括多个挂钩40和多根弹性绳41,其中每个轨道槽10中设有八个挂钩40和四根弹性绳41,轨道槽10的前后内壁上各设有四个等距排列的挂钩40,弹性绳41中部与足部固定机构2固定连接,弹性绳41的两端部都设有一个用于套在所述挂钩40上的圆环,通过挂上和取下弹性绳41的数量,便可以调节足部固定机构2在轨道槽10中滑动的阻力,从而使不同病况患者可以以适宜的强度进行屈膝训练。
如图6所示,基座1底部还设有八个用于将自身固定在地面上的吸盘5,八个吸盘5对称地设于基座1底面的两边,可以将轨道较稳定地固定在地板上,方便患者的训练。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干变型和改进,这些也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种屈膝训练器,其特征在于:包括基座(1)和两个足部固定机构(2),所述基座(1)中设有两个相平行的轨道槽(10),所述两个足部固定机构(2)分别与两个轨道槽(10)滑动连接,足部固定机构(2)与轨道槽(10)之间设有连接机构(3),轨道槽(10)中设有用于调节足部固定机构(2)的滑动阻力的限制机构(4),基座(1)底部还设有用于将自身固定在地面上的固定结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的屈膝训练器,其特征在于:所述轨道槽(10)的两侧分别设有一个滑槽(101),所述连接机构(3)的两侧分别设有一个用于与滑槽(101)相配合的滑动部(30)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的屈膝训练器,其特征在于:所述滑动部(30)包括轮座(301)和至少一个滑轮(302),所述滑轮(302)与轮座(301)可旋转连接,滑轮(302)位于所述滑槽(101)中。
4.根据权利要求3所述的屈膝训练器,其特征在于:所述连接机构(3)还包括第一旋转件(31)和第二旋转件(32),所述第一旋转件(31)与足部固定机构(2)固定连接,第二旋转件(32)与第一旋转件(31)可旋转连接,第二旋转件(32)的端部与所述轮座(301)固定连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的屈膝训练器,其特征在于:所述第一旋转件(31)和第二旋转件(32)之间设有限制相对旋转角度的限位结构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的屈膝训练器,其特征在于:所述限制机构(4)包括多个挂钩(40)和多根弹性绳(41),所述多个挂钩(40)对称地设于轨道槽(10)的前后内壁上;所述弹性绳(41)中部与所述足部固定机构(2)固定连接,弹性绳(41)的两端部都设有一个用于套在所述挂钩(40)上的圆环。
7.根据权利要求1所述的屈膝训练器,其特征在于:所述足部固定机构(2)包括踏板(20)和用于防止足部从踏板(20)上脱落的固定套。
8.根据权利要求7所述的屈膝训练器,其特征在于:所述固定套包括前套(21)和后套(22),所述后套(22)与踏板(20)可滑动连接,后套(22)与踏板(20)的连接处设有复位弹簧(24)。
9.根据权利要求3所述的屈膝训练器,其特征在于:两个连接机构(3)中最靠近的两个轮座(301)上分别设有一个卡槽(3010),所述卡槽(3010)还配备有倒U形卡杆(33),所述倒U形卡杆(33)的两端分别插入两个轮座(301)的卡槽(3010)中以实现两个足部固定机构(2)的同步活动。
10.根据权利要求1所述的屈膝训练器,其特征在于:所述固定结构为多个吸盘(5)。
