The humectant is one or more of glycerol, butanediol, sodium hyaluronate, and trehalose.
The total content of the essence packaged in all the essence bags 2 on the main carrier film 1 is 80-100ml, so that the essence is guaranteed to form an essence film with a certain thickness on the face of a user, waste caused by excessive essence is avoided, and the impact of excessive bubbles of the essence after surface cracking is difficult to effectively transfer to the facial skin, so that the promotion effect is weak.

The self-heating bag 5 is made of self-heating materials, the packaging sheet 3 is compressed solid butter, the self-heating bag 5 can trigger oxidation reaction when contacting air to release heat, the packaging sheet 3 is solid matter which is difficult to dissolve in water in a normal state, the lower end of the essence bag 2 is plugged to avoid essence loss, the liquid can be melted after heating, the elastic water guide rod 8 can be unfolded, the essence can also flow out to be dispersed, and the butter is edible substance and cannot cause harm to users.
The essence bag 2 and the heat conduction column 6 are both made of elastic waterproof materials, the heat conduction column 6 is filled with heat conduction fluid, the heat conduction fluid comprises heat conduction oil and heat conduction sand in a mass ratio of 1:0.2, the heat conduction column 6 has an excellent heat conduction effect, can be deformed and compressed, and can be quickly compressed to extrude the essence after the packaging sheet 3 is melted, so that the release of the essence can be accelerated, and meanwhile, the fit between the main carrier covering film 1 and the face of a user is improved.
