Abstract

Referring to fig. 1-3, a drinking fountain for preventing children from being scalded comprises a water barrel 1 and a drinking fountain base 2, the drinking fountain base 2 is provided with a cold water port 21, a hot water port 22 and a pressure sensor 23, the pressure sensor 23 is installed on the hot water port 22, the hot water port 22 is located on the right side of the cold water port 21, the drinking fountain base 2 is internally provided with a cold water pipe 24, a communication pipe 25, a hot water pipe 26, a controller 27 and a water storage tank 28, the lower end of the cold water pipe 24 is connected with the cold water port 21, the lower end of the hot water pipe 26 is connected with the hot water port 22, the communication pipe 25 is used for communicating the cold water pipe 24 with the water storage tank 28, the communication pipe 25 is provided with a first electromagnetic valve 251, the water storage tank 28 is arranged on the hot water pipe 26, the water storage tank 28 is internally provided with a temperature sensor 281, the water storage tank 28 is vertically connected with the hot water pipe 28, hot water flows from top to bottom, the hot water pipe 26 located on the upper side of the water storage tank 28 is provided with a second electromagnetic valve 261, the third solenoid valve 262 is installed on the hot water pipe 26 under the water storage tank 28, and the pressure sensor 23, the temperature sensor 281, the first solenoid valve 251, the second solenoid valve 261 and the third solenoid valve 262 are all electrically connected to the controller 27.
The monitoring range of the temperature sensor 281 is 45-48 degrees, and 45-48 degrees are the temperature when the child just feels the scalding temperature, so that the child can withdraw the hot hand when feeling the hot hand, and the scald cannot be caused.

The working principle is as follows: when a child touches the hot water connector 22, the child presses the hot water connector 22, presses the pressure sensor 23, signals of the pressure sensor 23 are transmitted to the controller 27, the controller 27 controls the first electromagnetic valve 251 to be opened, cold water enters the water storage tank 28 from the communicating pipe 25, initially, the water storage tank 28 is filled with the hot water, the cold water enters the water storage tank 28 to be mixed with the hot water, when the temperature of the water in the water storage tank 28 reaches 45-48 degrees, the temperature sensor 281 transmits detection signals to the controller 27, the controller 27 controls the second electromagnetic valve 261 and the third electromagnetic valve 262 to be opened simultaneously, the first electromagnetic valve 251 is closed, warm water comes out, the child feels hot when the child feels water, hands withdraw, the pressure sensor 23 is not squeezed, and the controller 27 controls the second electromagnetic valve 261 and the third electromagnetic valve 262 to be closed, so that the purpose of preventing the child from being scalded is achieved.

when a child touches the hot water connector (22), the hot water connector (22) can be pressed, the pressure sensor (23) is pressed, signals of the pressure sensor (23) are transmitted to the controller (27), the controller (27) controls the first electromagnetic valve (251) to be opened, cold water enters the water storage tank (28) from the communicating pipe (25), initially, hot water exists in the water storage tank (28), the cold water enters the water storage tank (28) to be mixed with the hot water, when the temperature of the water in the water storage tank (28) reaches 45-48 degrees, the temperature sensor (281) transmits detection signals to the controller (27), the controller (27) controls the second electromagnetic valve (261) and the third electromagnetic valve (262) to be opened simultaneously, the first electromagnetic valve (251) is closed, warm water comes out, the child feels that the water has a scalding feeling, the hand withdraws, the pressure sensor (23) is not squeezed, and the controller (27) controls the second electromagnetic valve (261) and the third electromagnetic valve (262) to be closed, the purpose of preventing children from being scalded is achieved.
