Background
Most of the existing television cabinets have fixed specifications and sizes, are generally matched with a wall surface with one specification, and have incongruous sense of incongruity when the other wall surface is changed; also there is partial TV cabinet at present to adjust width size, mainly realizes flexible through lateral shifting's mode, but, after the extension, the middle part of TV cabinet is built on stilts state, can't carry out the bearing, influences the use.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a television cabinet with a telescopic function, which has a novel structure, can be used for telescopic adjustment of length, can also be used for supporting an extended overhead part to improve bearing capacity, and can be used for accommodating and hiding a supporting part when the television cabinet is in a retracted state so as to ensure the integral attractiveness.

the invention provides a television cabinet with a telescopic function, which comprises a first cabinet body and a second cabinet body, wherein a frame plate is arranged on the top surface of the second cabinet body, the bottom surface of the frame plate is flush with the top surface of the first cabinet body, and one end, far away from the second cabinet body, of the frame plate is lapped on the top surface of the first cabinet body; a vacant position is reserved between the rear end face of the second cabinet body and the rear end face of the frame plate, a first clamping groove and a plurality of second clamping grooves are arranged on the bottom face of the frame plate, the first clamping groove is arranged on one side, close to the rear end face, of the frame plate, one end of the first clamping groove extends to the vacant position, the second clamping groove is arranged on one side, close to the front end face of the frame plate, of the first clamping groove, and the second clamping groove is communicated with the first clamping groove; first draw-in groove department slides and is equipped with the supporting cabinet, the supporting cabinet can move to vacancy position, hide in the rear end face of the second cabinet body, the supporting cabinet can move block in second draw-in groove department, right the middle part of frame plate forms the support.
In a preferred technical scheme of the invention, a third clamping groove is formed in the top of the rear end face of the first cabinet body, one end of the third clamping groove close to the second cabinet body is closed, a connecting plate is slidably arranged at the third clamping groove, the top of the connecting plate extends upwards and is reinforced with the rear wall of the end part of the frame plate through a screw, and the frame plate slides along the third clamping groove through the connecting plate.
In a preferred technical scheme of the invention, a magnet block is embedded in the rear end face of the second cabinet body, an iron plate is fixedly arranged on the front wall face of the supporting cabinet, the iron plate is matched with the front wall face of the supporting cabinet in shape, and the magnet block and the iron plate are magnetically adsorbed when the supporting cabinet is accommodated in the vacancy.
In a preferred technical scheme of the invention, a plurality of universal ball bearings are embedded and mounted on the bottom surface of the supporting cabinet, the universal ball bearings are distributed in a rectangular array, and the rolling ball ends of the universal ball bearings are abutted against the ground.
In a preferred technical scheme of the present invention, two clamping blocks are fixedly installed on the top surface of the supporting cabinet, the supporting cabinet is slidably clamped on the first clamping groove through the clamping blocks, the plurality of second clamping grooves are uniformly arranged at intervals, the distance between any two adjacent second clamping grooves is consistent with the distance between two clamping blocks, and the clamping blocks are matched with the second clamping grooves.
In a preferred technical scheme of the present invention, the first slot and the second slot are both T-shaped slot structures, the fixture block is adapted to the first slot and the second slot in shape, and the fixture block is slidably clamped on the first slot and the second slot.

In a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the length of the shelf board protruding out of the second cabinet body is matched with the length of the first cabinet body.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the television cabinet with the telescopic function is novel in structure, the first cabinet body, the second cabinet body and the frame plate are designed, the second cabinet body is moved, and the other end of the frame plate always supports against the top surface of the first cabinet body, so that the length of the television cabinet is adjusted; the bottom surface of the frame plate is provided with a first clamping groove and a second clamping groove, the sliding clamp is provided with a supporting cabinet, the supporting cabinet can move to the middle position of the bottom surface of the frame plate through the first clamping groove and the second clamping groove, and the extended overhead part can be supported, so that the bearing capacity is improved; and when the TV cabinet is in the state of withdrawing or need not the supporting cabinet and support, the supporting cabinet can move to the rear side of the second cabinet body, and the second cabinet body forms to shelter from the supporting cabinet and hides, guarantees holistic pleasing to the eye.

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, in the embodiment of the present invention, a television cabinet with a telescopic function is disclosed, which includes a first cabinet 100 and a second cabinet 200, a shelf 300 is installed on the top surface of the second cabinet 200, the bottom surface of the shelf 300 is flush with the top surface of the first cabinet 100, and one end of the shelf 300 away from the second cabinet 200 is lapped on the top surface of the first cabinet 100; a vacant position 330 is reserved between the rear end face of the second cabinet 200 and the rear end face of the frame plate 300, a first clamping groove 310 and a plurality of second clamping grooves 320 are arranged on the bottom face of the frame plate 300, the first clamping groove 310 is arranged on one side, close to the rear end face, of the frame plate 300, one end of the first clamping groove 310 extends to the vacant position 330, the second clamping groove 320 is arranged on one side, close to the front end face of the frame plate 300, of the first clamping groove 310, and the second clamping groove 320 is communicated with the first clamping groove 310; the first clamping groove 310 is slidably provided with a supporting cabinet 400, the supporting cabinet 400 can move to the vacancy 330 and be hidden at the rear end face of the second cabinet body 200, and the supporting cabinet 400 can be movably clamped at the second clamping groove 320 and support the middle part of the frame plate 300.
The television cabinet with the telescopic function is novel in structure, the first cabinet body 100, the second cabinet body 200 and the frame plate 300 are designed, the second cabinet body 200 is moved, and the other end of the frame plate 300 always supports against the top surface of the first cabinet body 100, so that the length of the television cabinet is adjusted; the bottom surface of the frame plate 300 is provided with a first clamping groove 310 and a second clamping groove 320, the sliding clamp is provided with a supporting cabinet 400, the supporting cabinet 400 can move to the middle position of the bottom surface of the frame plate 300 through the first clamping groove 310 and the second clamping groove 320, and the extended overhead part can be supported, so that the bearing capacity is improved; when the television cabinet is in a retracted state or is not required to be supported by the supporting cabinet, the supporting cabinet 400 can be moved to the rear side of the second cabinet body 200, the second cabinet body 200 shields and hides the supporting cabinet 400, and the overall attractiveness is guaranteed.
Further, a third slot 110 is formed in the top of the rear end surface of the first cabinet 100, one end of the third slot 110 close to the second cabinet 200 is closed, a connecting plate 120 is slidably disposed at the third slot 110, the top of the connecting plate 120 extends upward and is reinforced by a screw with the rear wall of the end of the frame plate 300, and the frame plate 300 slides along the third slot 110 through the connecting plate 120; this structural design may limit the movement of the shelf 300, thereby allowing the second cabinet 200 to move smoothly, facilitating the positional alignment thereof.
Further, a magnet block 210 is embedded in the rear end face of the second cabinet 200, an iron plate 410 is fixedly arranged on the front wall face of the supporting cabinet 400, the shape of the iron plate 410 is matched with that of the front wall face of the supporting cabinet 400, and when the supporting cabinet 400 is accommodated in the vacancy 330, the magnet block 210 and the iron plate 410 are magnetically adsorbed; this structural design can be better firm support cabinet 400 and the cooperation between the second cabinet body 200, conveniently support accomodating of cabinet 400.
Further, a plurality of universal ball bearings 420 are embedded in the bottom surface of the supporting cabinet 400, the universal ball bearings 420 are distributed in a rectangular array, and the rolling ball ends of the universal ball bearings 420 are abutted against the ground; this structural design can conveniently support the removal of cabinet 400, conveniently adjusts the support.
Further, two clamping blocks 430 are fixedly installed on the top surface of the supporting cabinet 400, the supporting cabinet 400 is slidably clamped on the first clamping groove 310 through the clamping blocks 430, the plurality of second clamping grooves 320 are uniformly arranged at intervals, the distance between any two adjacent second clamping grooves 320 is consistent with the distance between two clamping blocks 430, and the clamping blocks 430 are matched with the second clamping grooves 320; the structural design can facilitate the supporting cabinet 400 to be clamped at the first clamping groove 310 and the second clamping groove 320, and facilitate the movement of the supporting cabinet 400.
Further, the first slot 310 and the second slot 320 are both T-shaped slot structures, the latch 430 is matched with the first slot 310 and the second slot 320 in shape, and the latch 430 is slidably latched on the first slot 310 and the second slot 320; the locking blocks are prevented from being separated from the first locking groove 310 and the second locking groove 320, so that the supporting cabinet 400 is prevented from being separated from the frame plate 300.
Further, an end of the second engaging groove 320 away from the first engaging groove 310 extends to a middle portion of the frame plate 300.
Further, the end of the first card slot 310 far away from the first cabinet 100 extends to the end of the frame plate 300, a blocking block 340 is arranged at the open end of the first card slot 310, and the blocking block 340 is fixed in the first card slot 310 by a screw; this structural design can make things convenient for supporting cabinet 400 to cooperate through fixture block and first draw-in groove 310, makes things convenient for the processing production equipment, and the design of shutoff piece 340 then can block off the tip of first draw-in groove 310, prevents that supporting cabinet 400 from breaking away from first draw-in groove 310.
Further, the length of the shelf board 300 protruding from the second cabinet 200 is adapted to the length of the first cabinet 100.
