参照附图中的图1-图3,根据本公开的教导构造的示例性混合动力车桥总成总体由附图标记10表示。在图示的示例中,混合动力车桥总成10是梁式车桥,但是应当理解,混合动力车桥总成10可以被配置为独立悬挂的驱动模块。混合动力车桥总成10可以包括桥壳总成12、输入小齿轮14、齿圈16、差速器总成18、一对输出轴20、变速器22和电动机24。
桥壳总成12可以包括承载壳体总成30和一对桥管32。承载壳体总成30可限定差速器轴线40、围绕差速器轴线40设置的内腔42以及可横向于差速器轴线40的小齿轮轴线44。在提供的示例中,承载壳体总成30包括沿着差速器轴线40彼此能分离的第一壳体构件46和第二壳体构件48。第一壳体构件46和第二壳体构件48可以限定可以将相应的一个桥管32接收于内的管孔。

6.根据权利要求4所述的混合动力车桥总成(10),其中所述变速器(22)为行星变速器,所述行星变速器具有不可旋转地联接到所述壳体总成(12)的第一太阳齿轮(74)、能绕所述差速器轴线(40)旋转的第二太阳齿轮(76)、啮合接合到所述第一太阳齿轮(74)和所述第二太阳齿轮(76)的多个行星齿轮(72)以及支撑所述行星齿轮(72)的行星架(70),其中所述变速器输入构件(70)为所述行星架(70),并且其中所述变速器输出件(76)为所述第二太阳齿轮(76)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的混合动力车桥总成(10),进一步包括具有离合器输入件(120)和离合器输出件(122)的离合器(120,122,124),所述离合器输入件(120)被联接以随所述第二太阳齿轮(76)旋转,所述离合器输出件(122)被联接到所述差速器箱以随其旋转。
8.根据权利要求7所述的混合动力车桥总成(10),其中所述离合器(120,122,124)包括能在第一位置和第二位置之间移动的可移动的离合器构件(124),在所述第一位置,所述离合器输入件(120)和所述离合器输出件(122)能相对于彼此旋转,在所述第二位置,所述离合器输入件(120)和所述离合器输出件(122)彼此联接以共同旋转。
9.根据权利要求8所述的混合动力车桥总成(10),进一步包括用于选择性地移动所述可移动的离合器构件(124)的线性马达(128)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的混合动力车桥总成(10),其中所述线性马达(128)包括具有电磁体(130)和电枢(132)的螺线管,所述电磁体(130)具有环形配置并且绕所述差速器输入件(60)设置。
11.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车桥总成(10),进一步包括输入小齿轮(14)和齿圈(16),所述输入小齿轮(14)被接收在所述壳体总成(12)中,并且能绕横向于所述差速器轴线(40)的小齿轮轴线(44)旋转,所述齿圈(16)被联接到所述差速器输入件(60)以共同旋转并由所述输入小齿轮(14)啮合接合。
12.根据权利要求11所述的混合动力车桥总成(10),其中齿圈轴承(56)被直接接收在所述齿圈(16)和所述壳体总成(12)之间。
13.根据权利要求12所述的混合动力车桥总成(10),其中所述齿圈轴承(56)的轴承座圈(58)与所述齿圈(16)整体地且一体地形成。
14.根据权利要求12所述的混合动力车桥总成(10),其中四点角接触轴承(50)被直接接收在所述输入小齿轮(14)和所述壳体总成(12)之间。
15.根据权利要求14所述的混合动力车桥总成(10),其中所述四点角接触轴承(50)的轴承座圈(52)与所述输入小齿轮(14)整体地且一体地形成。
