Detailed Description
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
In order to make the technical solutions better understood by those skilled in the art, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only partial embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Example 1:
the present embodiment provides a voice call method, applied to a network side, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step S102: if receiving a call request of a calling terminal from a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) network based on IP, forwarding the call request of the calling terminal according to the current call preferred type and/or online state of a called terminal.
It should be noted that VoIP is a voice call technology, and a voice call is achieved through Internet Protocol (IP), that is, communication is performed through the internet. VoLTE and VoNR voice are collectively referred to as IP Multimedia Subsystem IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) voice. IMS is a generic network architecture proposed by the 3GPP standards organization to provide IP-based multimedia services over 4G, 5G networks.
In this embodiment, in order to solve the problem that some 4G terminals on the market in the early stage cannot use the IMS voice call function in the 4G and 5G networks, a VoIP scheme is used instead of a 2G or 3G network circuit domain voice scheme, and a VoIP client program is installed in a user terminal, so that the user terminal that cannot use the IMS voice call function can communicate with the user terminal that uses IMS voice or other voices through VoIP voice, and not only is the amount of modification to the terminal protocol stack and the 4G existing network small, but also the popularization cost is low.
In this embodiment, the VoIP client has a basic VoIP voice function, and the VoIP client may exist in parallel with a native voice application of the user terminal system without modifying a baseband protocol stack and an operating system. The user terminal which can not use the IMS voice communication function can realize the VoIP voice function by installing the VoIP client program, and other user terminals which support the IMS function can also install the VoIP client program, thereby not only providing the IMS voice function through the original voice application, but also providing the calling and answering functions of the VoIP voice through the VoIP client program.
In this embodiment, the calling terminal determines the call type according to the terminal capability, the current call preference type and the online status, where the terminal capability refers to whether the terminal can support IMS call and VoIP call functions. If the terminal supports two call functions at the same time, the user is required to set the current call preference type, network registration is carried out and the call mode adopted by the call is determined through the current call preference type, if the terminal only supports the VoIP call function, the current call preference type is defaulted to be the VoIP call, and the current call preference type of the terminal can be prestored.
In this embodiment, if the current preferred type of call is a VoIP call by default, a VoIP network access is performed, so that when the calling terminal initiates a call request, the network side receives the call request of the calling terminal from the VoIP network, and forwards the call request of the calling terminal according to the current preferred type of call and/or online status of the called terminal.
Optionally, forwarding the call request of the calling terminal according to the current call preference type and/or the online status of the called terminal may include:
judging whether the current conversation preference type and/or the online state of the called terminal is VoIP;
if yes, establishing a VoIP voice communication channel between the calling terminal and the called terminal;
if not, establishing a VoIP voice communication channel between the calling terminal and the VoIP server, establishing a corresponding voice communication channel between the called terminal and the voice server to which the called terminal belongs, and establishing transfer between the voice communication channel and the VoIP voice communication channel.
In this embodiment, the current call preference type may be a VoIP call or an IMS call, and the presence status may include a VoIP presence status and an IMS presence status.
Optionally, before determining whether the current call preference type and/or the online status of the called terminal is VoIP, the method further includes:
receiving and storing the current conversation preference type sent by the called terminal;
and receiving and storing the online state of the called terminal sent by the VoIP server and/or the IMS server.
In this embodiment, in order to implement interworking between VoIP and IMS or other voice, the network side may include a call management server for providing a route between the VoIP server and the IMS server or other voice server, so that the voice call can be established between the calling terminal and the called terminal through the relay of the call management server.
In this embodiment, the network side may use the call management server to store the online status of the user terminal and the current call preference type. The online state can be reported by a VoIP or IMS server in real time when the user terminal registers in the VoIP or IMS network, or the call management server can actively inquire the VoIP or IMS server, and the current call preference type is directly reported by the user terminal.
It should be noted that, in the present invention, the connection between the user terminal and the network side may be in a WiFi manner, or may be in a 4G or 5G mobile data manner. As shown in fig. 2, a schematic diagram of a structure of a network system accessed by a user terminal is shown, a basic function of a network side of VoIP is implemented by a VoIP server, the VoIP server provides functions of session management, user authentication and the like of VoIP service, and the VoIP server is accessed to an IMS core network by a call management server, thereby implementing interworking between VoIP voice and IMS voice. The terminal-side function of VoIP is realized by the installed VoIP client program. The call management server is respectively connected with the IMS server and the VoIP server and has the main functions as follows: (1) Inquiring about the online state of a VoLTE or VoNR user from the IMS, or inquiring about the online state of a VoIP user from the VoIP; (2) Recording the current call preferred type setting of the user terminal voice; (3) And routing control plane and media plane data between the IMS and the VoIP to realize the intercommunication of IMS voice and VoIP voice.
In this embodiment, in order to implement VoIP and IMS interworking, the user terminal uses the same phone number in both VoIP and IMS services, and the user can correctly find the called party by selecting an access domain through the basic call route when the IMS or VoIP is online. The user can be provided with a consistent experience through the common number of the IMS and the VoIP, so that the IMS user can call the VoIP user through the telephone number, and vice versa.
In this embodiment, the user terminals with different terminal capabilities select different basic call flows under different network structures. The calling terminal selects an access network according to the terminal capability and the current call preference type. The called terminal inquires the terminal on-line state and the current conversation preferred type by the network side to select the access network of the terminal.
In this embodiment, according to different ways of accessing the calling terminal to the network, the session process of the calling side is also different, and the calling session flow can be divided into the following two cases:
(1) Calling terminal access through VoLTE network
In this scenario, the calling side message flow is the same as the calling side message flow of the existing ordinary IMS network user initiated call, and is not described here again.
(2) Calling terminal access through VoIP network
In this scenario, the calling side message flow is the same as the calling side message flow of the existing ordinary VoIP network user initiated call, and is not described here again.
In this embodiment, according to different ways of accessing the network by the calling terminal and the called terminal, the session process of the called side is also different, and the called session process may be divided into: (a) A calling terminal is accessed through a VoIP network, and a called terminal is accessed through the VoIP network; (b) A calling terminal is accessed through a VoIP network, and a called terminal is accessed through a VoLTE network; (c) A calling terminal is accessed through a VoLTE network, and a called terminal is accessed through a VoIP network; (d) The calling terminal is accessed through a VoLTE network, and the called terminal is accessed through the VoLTE network.
In this embodiment, a user terminal that cannot use the IMS voice call function or a user terminal that supports the IMS function may initiate a call request to the VoIP server by installing a VoIP client program and setting the current call preference type to a VoIP call.
Optionally, if the current call preference type is a VoIP call and the VoIP of the called terminal is online, or the current call preference type is an IMS call but the IMS of the called terminal is not online but only VoIP is online, a VoIP voice call channel is established between the calling terminal and the called terminal.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, if the calling terminal and the called terminal are both accessed through the VoIP network, the call flow in this scenario is as follows:
1. a calling terminal initiates a VoIP call to a VoIP server;
2, the VoIP server transmits the call request to the call management server;
3. the call management server inquires the current call preference type and the online state of the called terminal, if the current call preference type of the called terminal is VoIP call or the preferred voice type is IMS call but the IMS of the called terminal is not online, and only the VoIP is online currently, the call management server forwards a call request to the VoIP server;
and 4, the VoIP server calls the called terminal by VoIP voice call, and establishes a VoIP voice call channel between the calling terminal and the called terminal through the VoIP server.
Optionally, if the current preferred type of the call is an IMS call and the IMS of the called terminal is online, or the current preferred type of the call is a VoIP call but the VoIP of the called terminal is not online but only the IMS is online, a VoIP voice call channel is established between the calling terminal and the VoIP server, an IMS voice call channel is established between the called terminal and the IMS server to which the called terminal belongs, and a transit is established between the IMS call channel and the VoIP voice call channel.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, if the calling terminal accesses through the VoIP network and the called terminal accesses through the IMS network, the call flow in this scenario is as follows:
1. a calling terminal initiates a VoIP call to a VoIP server;
2, the VoIP server transmits the call request to the call management server;
3. the call management server inquires the current call preference type and the online state of the called terminal, and if the current call preference type of the called terminal is an IMS call, or the current call preference type of the called terminal is a VoIP call but the called VoIP is not online, the call management server forwards a call request to the IMS server;
and 4, the IMS server calls the called terminal by IMS voice call and establishes an IMS voice channel with the called terminal. A VoIP voice channel is established between the VoIP server and the calling terminal, and the IMS server and the VoIP server are routed through the call management server. Therefore, the voice call is established between the calling terminal and the called terminal through the transfer of the call management server.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
if a call request of a calling terminal is received from an IMS network, further judging whether a called terminal is registered in the IMS;
and if so, establishing an IMS voice communication channel between the calling terminal and the called terminal.
In this embodiment, the user terminal supporting the IMS function may initiate a call request to the IMS server by installing a VoIP client program and setting the current call preference type to be an IMS call.
In this embodiment, if the called terminal is registered in the IMS, that is, the called terminal accesses through the IMS network, the call is a standard IMS call flow, and an IMS voice call channel is established between the calling terminal and the called terminal by the IMS server without forwarding a call request to the call management server.
Optionally, if the called terminal is not registered in the IMS, the method may further include:
judging whether the online state of the called terminal is VoIP online or not;
if yes, an IMS voice communication channel is established between the calling terminal and the IMS server, a VoIP voice communication channel is established between the called terminal and the VoIP server to which the called terminal belongs, and transfer is established between the VoIP communication channel and the IMS voice communication channel.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, if the calling terminal accesses through the IMS network and the called terminal accesses through the VoIP network, the call flow in this scenario is as follows:
1. a calling terminal initiates a VoLTE or VoNR call to an IMS server;
and 2, the IMS server firstly routes the call request to the called terminal according to the common IMS call to inquire whether the called terminal is registered in the IMS, and if the called terminal is not registered in the IMS, the IMS server forwards the call request to the call management server.
3. After receiving the call request, the call management server inquires the VoIP online state of the called terminal, and if the current VoIP of the called terminal is online, the call management server forwards the call request to the VoIP server;
and 4, the VoIP server calls the called terminal by the VoIP conversation and establishes a VoIP voice channel with the called terminal. An IMS voice channel is established between the IMS server and the calling terminal, and the IMS server and the VoIP server are routed through the call management server. Therefore, the voice call is established between the calling terminal and the called terminal through the transfer of the call management server.
The voice call method provided by the embodiment of the invention constructs a unified VoIP voice service entrance by installing VoIP client programs in user terminals of different network types, and realizes that a VoIP scheme replaces a voice scheme of 2G and 3G network circuit domains, so that the user terminal which cannot use the IMS voice call function can use the voice function through the unified voice service entrance, and the user terminal can be communicated with the user terminal adopting IMS voice through VoIP after 2G and 3G frequency reduction and network withdrawal, thereby not only reducing the amount of terminal protocol stack and 4G current network reconstruction, but also having lower popularization cost. Meanwhile, a VoIP client program is installed on a user terminal supporting the IMS function, and VoIP is used as a supplement scheme of IMS voice of an operator, so that the user terminal can simultaneously support the IMS function and the VoIP function. In addition, after receiving the call request of the calling terminal from the VoIP network, the network side does not need to instruct the user terminal to drop back to the 2G and 3G networks, and can directly forward the call request of the calling terminal according to the current call preferred type and/or online state of the called terminal, thereby realizing the intercommunication between VoIP and IMS or other voice servers, and solving the problem that in the prior art, part of early-marketed 4G terminals cannot use the IMS voice call function in the 4G and 5G networks, so that operators cannot reserve precious spectrum resources for the 2G and 3G networks, and need to invest a large amount of manpower and funds to maintain the operation of the 2G and 3G networks every year, thereby causing network resource waste.
Example 2:
