The international gateway server according to claim 5, further comprising a forwarding module, wherein the forwarding module is configured to forward, when receiving the information related to the mobile phone number that issued the calling request, the information to an international gateway of an operator that is associated with the mobile phone number that issued the calling request.

The international gateway server according to claim 6, wherein the instruction related to the mobile phone number from which the calling request is issued includes signaling about the mobile phone number from which the calling request is issued or an incoming call to the mobile phone number from which the calling request is issued.
8. The gateway international server according to any one of claims 5 to 7, wherein the local query module is further configured to query the mobile phone number locally and broadcast a query result to the blockchain network system after receiving a query request for querying an international gateway of an operator to which the mobile phone number that sent the calling request is forwarded.
9. A blockchain network system comprising a gateway server node and a plurality of operator's international gateway server nodes, wherein the international gateway server of the international gateway server node is the international gateway server of any one of claims 4 to 6, and the gateway server of the gateway server node stores information of the international gateway server nodes of all operators in the blockchain network system.
10. The blockchain network system of claim 9, wherein the industry department server of the industry department server node is configured to publish a created block of the blockchain network system, and the industry department server is configured to approve an international gateway office server node of an operator applying to join the blockchain network system, and the industry department server of the industry department server node is further configured to update information of the international gateway office server node stored in the industry department server after the international gateway office server node of the operator is approved to join the blockchain network system.
