the gateway mobile switching center acquires user information corresponding to the first user terminal from the application server according to the address, routes the received call invitation message to an IMS network based on the user information, and sends the call invitation message to a call session control function entity;
when the first user terminal selects a circuit domain in the IMS network, the call session control function entity sends the call invitation message to a called call session control function entity, so that the called call session control function entity performs a call continuation process, so that a ringing message corresponding to the first user terminal is forwarded to the second user terminal from the called network;
in the communication process, when the second user terminal or the first user terminal relates to the calling and the action of the home location register, the second user terminal or the first user terminal actively inquires the home location register node of the block chain or updates information after execution, so as to keep obtaining the latest attribute information of the two communication parties in an operator through respective corresponding list inquiry, configure the information of the corresponding home location register in the operator communication network according to the latest attribute information, and interface other network element equipment in the operator.

the base station initiates a reconfiguration request of radio resource control connection to the second user terminal based on the authentication access request message;
the second user terminal sending a reconfiguration complete message to the base station based on the reconfiguration request;
the base station sends a response message corresponding to the access request message to the mobile management entity based on the reconfiguration completion message;
and the mobile management entity sends a response message corresponding to the access request message to the call session control function entity through the gateway mobile switching center and the proxy gateway in sequence.

A communication method according to any of claims 1-3, further comprising, before the second user terminal sends a call invite message to a gateway mobile switching centre via a base station, the step of at least the second network applying to become a home location register node in the block chain:
the second network sends a query request signed by a private key corresponding to the second network to at least one adjacent node adjacent to the second network, receives feedback information fed back by each adjacent node, and determines a created block according to each feedback information, wherein the query request carries information for querying the created block;

the home location register node corresponding to the second network verifies the received registration request, and forwards the authentication registration message of the first user terminal to a routing agent node when the verification is passed, so that the routing agent node forwards the mobile phone number to a number carrying home location register corresponding to the second network according to the number segment of the mobile phone number to complete registration;
