That is, the service control point node list of the operator at least includes the following information: the identification and public key of the node of the Unicom service control point, the identification and public key of the node of the telecommunication service control point, and the identification and public key of the node of the mobile service control point.
In a technical solution that may be implemented, when an operator belongs to communication jurisdictions of different regions, a block chain includes sub-block chains corresponding to a plurality of different communication jurisdictions, and list information of a home location register node, a session control function entity node, and a service control point node includes a plurality of sub-list information respectively corresponding to different communication jurisdictions, the method includes the steps of:

In the step, the whole block chain is divided into regional blocks according to different regions, after the request is received by the Ministry of industry and telecommunication node, the regional block corresponding to the request is determined, so that a home location register node, a session control function entity node and a service control node are generated in the regional block, and the diversified technical effect is realized.
The communication flow between the block chain-based communication method and the corresponding block chain-based communication system when a group user carries out a hand-off to the other network and registers to the IMS domain and users of other CS domains of the local network in the group is described as follows. The number portability and number-changing of mobile phone is a mobile telecommunication operator, for example, a mobile phone user with a mobile number can switch to a Chinese telecommunication network or a Chinese communication network to enjoy telecommunication operation services provided by Chinese telecommunication or Chinese communication. The number portability network mainly comprises two types of fixed number portability and mobile number portability. The implementation of number portability is considered a measure of the benefit to all but the consumer, national and telecommunications industries. The number portability is beneficial to consumers and optimizing the market structure, and effective competition is realized and the welfare of the consumers is improved through the control measures of the market. For consumers, the number portability can reduce the network forwarding cost of users; for the country, number portability can save number resources. After the number portability is implemented, the number resources are generally managed by a third party in a centralized way, and social resources are saved.
VoLTE is a standard LTE voice solution defined by GSMA and 3GPP, where GSMA mainly formulates service and function requirements, and 3GPP mainly formulates technical details, such as signaling flow and network function requirements. The core service control network of VoLTE is an IMS (IP multimedia subsystem) network, and is matched with LTE and EPC networks to implement end-to-end voice and video communication services based on packet domains. Through the control of the IMS system, the VoLTE solution can provide voice services and supplementary services thereof with comparable circuit domain performance, including: number display, call forwarding, call waiting, conference calling, etc.
The VoLTE service relates to more and more complex environments of network elements, for example, relates to the circuit domain and the packet domain of the current network, including the deployment and the construction of devices such as LTE, IMS, PCC and the like, and the simplified architecture of the VoLTE network is briefly described as follows:
the VoLTE network includes network elements such AS a base station, a Mobile management entity, a Serving GateWay (S-GW), a packet Data GateWay (pdn), a Home Location Register (HLR)/a Home Subscriber Server (HSS), a Mobile Switching Center (MSC-Server), a Call Session Control Function (CSCF), an IMS domain, an I/S-CSCF, and a multimedia telephony Application Server (MMTel AS), a multimedia telephony Application Server (SCP) -AS (Service Control Point Application Server).
The CS domain upgrades the MSC to support the eSRVCC function, realizes the continuity of the VoLTE voice service through an Sv interface between the CS domain and the mobile management entity and an Mw/I2 interface between the MSC and the ATCF or I-CSCF, and meets the basic requirement of moving out an LTE coverage area in the conversation process to ensure the continuity of the service and smoothly switching the conversation to a 2G/3G network.
The IMS domain mainly performs functions such as call control, service continuity, and domain selection. Wherein, the P/I/S-CSCF supports authentication, signaling security protection, signaling compression and the like; the MMTel-AS supports multimedia telephony and supplementary services, including: number display, call forwarding, call waiting, conference call, etc.; an ATCF/ATGW function is introduced, an SCC-AS function is newly added to support an eSRVCC function to complete voice call continuity control and access/service domain selection, and based on requirements of authentication, service consistency and domain selection, HLR/EPC-HSS/IMS-HSS three devices are required to be fused. Based on the Gx/Rx resynchronization requirement, the addressing requirement from the I/S-CSCF to the converged HSS, and the addressing requirement for the USIM card to export a universal domain name, the DRA device is required to be able to route and address the IMSI or the IMPU with the IMSI.
The user terminal side: the VoLTE user terminal needs to support basic functions such as CSFB (Circuit Switched Fallback) and VoLTE/esvcc (Enhanced Single Radio Voice Call Continuity), and support high-definition Voice/video, supplementary service, and message service.
The wireless side: the base station is mainly responsible for wireless resource management functions, and mainly comprises IP header compression and user data stream encryption, mobile management entity selection when a user terminal is attached, scheduling transmission of paging information, scheduling transmission of broadcast information, setting and measurement for providing the base station, and the like.
EPC domain (Evolved Packet Core): the EPS domain is matched with the IMS domain to complete the discovery of P-CSCF, the establishment of signaling default bearer initially attached, the establishment of service special bearers such as voice, video and the like. A dedicated IMS APN (Access Point Name) is typically used to provide voice services.
The SCP AS is a logic function entity after SCP upgrading, provides intelligent network service logics such AS VPN short number type, number hiding conversion type, charging recharging type, position correlation type, family call control type, information pushing type and the like for VoLTE users, and is used for inheriting the current network intelligent service.
The PCC mainly combines the P-CSCF (AF function point) and GGSN/P-GW (PCEF function point) to complete the policy control decision and the flow-based charging control functions.
The mobile Virtual Private Network (WVPN) provides a logical Private Network to some enterprises and groups by using the resources of 2G/3G/4G Network and fixed Network, so that these enterprises and groups open services to 2G/3G/4G users and PSTN users in the Private Network. The service can give preference to users in a group to a certain degree, and supports flexible numbering function, flexible number display function, flexible dialing mode, closed group user preference, external number group, external calling, flexible control calling, group blocking, user blocking, system dialing forbidding and the like. The WVPN mainly provides cross-provincial V-network services for users in various provinces in the country.
The short number can be freely numbered according to the requirement of a user, and the total length is 3 bits to 7 bits. The mobile phone short numbers in the same short number cluster can not be repeated, and the mobile phone short numbers of different short number cluster networks can be reused. A user is allowed to join only one short number cluster network, and the user must exit from the original cluster when joining another short number cluster. Taking the Unicom trunking network as an example, in the same group, "Global communication trunking network" and "short number trunking network" can coexist, and no preference relationship exists between the two trunking networks. The global customer in the group can choose to join the global cluster network and the short number cluster network at the same time. The short number cluster network and the home network are not mutually exclusive, and a client can simultaneously join a short number cluster network and a short number home network. According to the "best-effort" strategy, the minutes of the call between the users of both the cluster network and the home network are preferably counted into the package minutes in the cluster network.
As shown in fig. 1, in the block chain based communication method, when a user terminal calls a portable user terminal that is ported to a second network (other network) by a first network (home network) and is in a same group private network with the user terminal, the user terminal registers in a CS domain as a calling party and the portable user terminal registers in an IMS domain as a called party, the calling process includes:
step S100): user terminal and base station set up radio bearer, through calling side call session control function entity send call invitation message to network side, wherein: the call invite message includes at least a group short number of the carry-out user terminal.
In the embodiment, two users in the same clique are taken, user a dials user B as an example, the long number of calling user a (user terminal), that is, the real number is 18600001111, the clique short number (V-net short number) is 661111(UE-a 18601101101101111/661111), the long number of called user B (carry-out user terminal) is 13211116789, and the clique short number (V-net short number) is 662222 (UE-B13211116789/662222).
In this step, the method comprises the steps of:
step S101): the user terminal initiates a service request message to the base station.

The mobile switching center sends an IDP (Initial DP) to a Service Control Point (SCP), and parameters of the IDP mainly include a service key (a service is uniquely identified between the service switching point SSP and the service control point SCP), a calling number, a called number, a number attribute, and the like. Wherein, a Service Switching Point (SSP): connecting the connection point of the existing mobile network and the intelligent network and providing the function of accessing the intelligent network function set. The SSP requests the SCP to establish an intelligent service control relationship for a call, typically the first message reported to the SCP by the SSP in an intelligent call.
Step S200): the calling side service control point inquires the operator membership of a carrying-out user terminal corresponding to the called number, whether the user terminal is a group user or is in the same group private network with the carrying-out user terminal from a service control point node in a preset block chain, extracts the long number of the carrying-out user terminal, and triggers the calling to a multimedia telephone service application server corresponding to the called number through a mobile switching center.
The blockchain in this embodiment has the following nodes: user node, home location register node (including connected home location register node, telecom home location register node, mobile home location register node) of each operator, business communication department node, call session control function entity node (including connected call session control function entity node, mobile call session control function entity node, telecom call session control function entity node) of each operator, service control point node (including connected service control node, telecom service control node, mobile service control node) of each operator. In the communication process, when a calling party or a called party relates to the calling and the action of a home location register, a call session control function entity and a service control node, the calling party or the called party actively inquires a home location register node, a call session control function entity node and a service control point node of a preset block chain or updates information after execution, so that the latest attribute information of two communication parties in an operator is obtained through respective corresponding list inquiry, the information of the corresponding home location register, the call session control function entity and the service control point in the communication network of the operator is configured according to the latest attribute information, and other network element equipment in the operator is connected.
As shown in fig. 2, in this step, the method includes the steps of:
step S201): the service control point (SCPa) at the calling side judges whether the calling number and the called number belong to the same group through the service control point nodes in the preset block chain, inquires that the called number 662222 of the carrying-out user terminal is carried to other network operators, and marks all the information in the triggered call list for selecting the routing path in the subsequent communication.
Step S202): the service control point (SCPa) at the calling side sends RRBE message (RRBE message is basic call state model event report request) to the mobile switching center to request to report the relevant event.

step S401): the call session control function entity in IMS domain sends broadcast message to home location register node to inquire the name authority pointer record of the called number through the call session control function entity node in the preset block chain.
Step S402): the home location register node returns a Session resource identifier (SIP URI) carrying a routing code of the carry-out user terminal, wherein the SIP is a Session Initiation Protocol (Session Initiation Protocol), the uniform resource identifier is called the SIP URI, the SIP URI is like an E-mail address, and the typical uniform resource identifier comprises a user name and a host name.

the calling side service control point 42 is configured to: inquiring an operator membership of a carrying-out user terminal 6 corresponding to a called number, whether a user terminal 1 is a group user, whether the user terminal is in the same group private network with the carrying-out user terminal 6, extracting a long number of the carrying-out user terminal 6, and triggering a call to a multimedia telephone service application server corresponding to the called number through a calling side mobile switching center 3 from a service control point node 10 in a preset block chain 7;

an operator registers in the block chain, sends a query request to at least one adjacent node adjacent to the operator through a registration node, receives feedback information fed back by each adjacent node, and determines a created block according to each feedback information, wherein the query request carries information for querying the created block;

The communication method according to claim 1, wherein the step of the calling side service control point inquiring about operator membership of a carry-out user terminal corresponding to the called number, whether the user terminal is a group user/is in a same group private network as the carry-out user terminal, and extracting a long number of the carry-out user terminal from a service control point node in a preset block chain, and triggering the call to a multimedia telephony service application server corresponding to the called number through a mobile switching center comprises:
the calling side service control point judges whether the calling number and the called number belong to the same group, and inquires that the carried-out user terminal carries the number and changes the network to other network operators, and marks all the information in the triggered call ticket for selecting a routing path in subsequent communication;
the calling side service control point sends a basic call state model event report request to a calling side mobile switching center to request for reporting related events;
the calling side service control point sends an AC message to a calling side mobile switching center;
the calling side service control point sends FCI message to the calling side mobile switching center to inform the service switching point to add related content in the call ticket;
judging that the calling number of the user terminal and the called number of the carrying-out user terminal belong to the same group user through the service control point node in a preset block chain, inquiring a corresponding long number according to the group short number of the carrying-out user terminal, and issuing a connection message to a calling side mobile switching center;
and the calling mobile switching center triggers the call to a called multimedia telephone service application server according to the T-CSI of the carrying-out user terminal.
3. The communication method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the first network and the second network are communication networks corresponding to the operators; the operator's home location register node list includes at least the following information: the method comprises the steps that the identification and the public key of a home location register node are communicated, the identification and the public key of a telecommunication home location register node and the identification and the public key of a mobile home location register node are communicated; the session control function entity node list of the operator at least comprises the following information: the method comprises the steps that an identification and a public key of a session control function entity node of the communication are communicated, an identification and a public key of a session control function entity node of the telecommunication are communicated, and an identification and a public key of a session control function entity node of the mobile are communicated; the session control function entity node list of the operator at least comprises the following information: the identification and public key of the node of the Unicom service control point, the identification and public key of the node of the telecommunication service control point, and the identification and public key of the node of the mobile service control point.

The communication method according to claim 3, wherein the operator belongs to communication jurisdictions of different regions, the block chain includes sub-block chains corresponding to a plurality of different communication jurisdictions, and the list information of the home location register node, the session control function entity node, and the service control point node includes a plurality of sub-list information respectively corresponding to the different communication jurisdictions;
the application request further comprises region information of the operator, the Ministry of industry and communications node verifies the region information and the operation qualification corresponding to the registration node of the application request according to the region information in the application request of the operator, and when the verification is passed, the Ministry of industry and communications node sends broadcast information signed by a private key of the Ministry of industry and communications node to the sub-block chain so as to declare that the registration node forms the operator of the sub-block chain, correspondingly configures a home location register node, a session control function entity node and a service control point node, and respectively adds the identity information corresponding to the operator to sub-list information of a jurisdiction home location register node, a session control function entity node and a service control point node of the operator.
5. The communication method according to claim 3, further comprising, before an operator registers in the blockchain, the steps of:
the Ministry of work node issues a created block of the block chain in the block chain by using its corresponding private key signature, wherein the created block comprises: the identity and the public key of the Ministry of industry and trust node and the identity information of the originator.

A block chain based communication system, comprising at least: a base station, a mobile switching center, a call session control function entity, a service control point application server, a multimedia telephone service application server and a block chain, when a user terminal calls a portable user terminal which is transferred to a second network by a first network with a number and is in the same group private network with the user terminal, the user terminal is registered in a CS domain as a calling party, the portable user terminal is registered in an IMS domain as a called party,
the user terminal is used for: establishing a radio bearer with the base station, and sending a call invitation message to a network side through a calling side call session control function entity, wherein: the call invitation message at least comprises the group short number of the carrying-out user terminal;
the calling side mobile switching center is used for: inquiring an operator membership of a carrying-out user terminal corresponding to a called number, whether the user terminal is a group user, whether the user terminal and the carrying-out user terminal are in the same group private network, extracting a long number of the carrying-out user terminal, and triggering calling to a multimedia telephone service application server corresponding to the called number through a mobile switching center from a preset service control point node in the block chain;
the called side multimedia telephone service application server is used for: anchoring the call to an IMS domain, and mapping the initial address message and the call invitation information through a media gateway control function entity;
the call session control function entity in the IMS domain is configured to: inquiring a session resource identifier of a called number from a home location register node through a call session control function entity node in a preset block chain, sending a call invitation message to a called side call session control function entity and a called side service control point application server, and inquiring the position information of a carrying-out user terminal of a called user by the called side service control point application server;
the called side service control point application server is used for: sending a call invitation message to a called side call session control function entity to route a called so as to enable a calling user and a called user to realize a session through a media gateway control function entity;
the call session control function entity in the IMS domain is configured to: sending a broadcast message to the home location register node by the call session control function entity node in a preset block chain to initiate query, and querying a name authority pointer record of a called number;
the home location register node is to: returning a session resource label carrying the routing code of the carrying-out user terminal;
the calling side call session control function entity is used for: according to the SIP URI of the carrying-out user terminal, sending a call invitation message to a called side call session control function entity;
the called side call session control function entity is used for: sending a call invitation message to a called side service control point application server according to the iFC information signed by the carry-out user terminal, and triggering a call to the called side service control point application server;
the called side service control point application server is used for: after receiving the call invitation message, acquiring a calling number through PAI;
the called side service control point application server is used for: sending the UDR to a home subscriber server to inquire the position information of the carrying-out user terminal;
the block chain comprises a work letter node and an interface module, wherein:
the interface module is configured to allow an operator to register in the block chain, send a query request to at least one adjacent node adjacent to the operator through a registration node, receive feedback information fed back by each adjacent node, and determine a created block according to each feedback information, wherein the query request carries information for querying the created block;
and the registration node acquires the address of the Ministry of industry and telecommunication node from the created block and sends an application request carrying operator information for applying to become the block chain to the Ministry of industry and telecommunication node, wherein the application request comprises: the registration node corresponds to: the system comprises a block chain identifier, a public key, a home location register device identifier and number, a session control function entity device identifier and number, and a service control point device identifier and number;
the department of industry and trust node is used for: checking the operation qualification of the registered node according to the application request, and when the checking is passed, the Ministry of industry and communications node sends broadcast information signed by a private key of the Ministry of industry and communications node to the block chain so as to declare an operator of the block chain formed by the registered nodes and correspondingly configure a home location register node, a session control function entity node and a service control point node, and respectively add the identity information corresponding to the operator to the list information of the home location register node, the session control function entity node and the service control point node;
the business communication department node is provided with a block for storing and updating the list information of the home location register node, the session control function entity node and the service control point node corresponding to the operator in real time.

the calling side service control point is used for: judging whether a calling number and a called number belong to the same group, inquiring whether the carried-out user terminal carries the number and changes the network to other network operators, and marking the information in a triggered call ticket for selecting a routing path in subsequent communication;
the calling side service control point is used for: sending a basic call state model event report request to a calling mobile switching center to request for reporting related events;
the calling side service control point is used for: sending an AC message to a mobile switching center at a calling side;
the calling side service control point is used for: transmitting FCI message to the mobile exchange center at the calling side to inform the service exchange point to add related content in the call ticket;
the service control point node in the preset block chain is configured to: judging that the calling number of the user terminal and the called number of the carrying-out user terminal belong to the same group user, inquiring a corresponding long number according to the group short number of the carrying-out user terminal, and issuing a continuing message to a calling mobile switching center;
the calling side mobile switching center is used for: and triggering the call to a multimedia telephone service application server of the called side according to the T-CSI of the carrying-out user terminal.
