Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the invention can be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the invention to those skilled in the art.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic diagram of a conventional VOLTE-based video call processing process, and as shown in fig. 1, a basic flow for a VOLTE network to implement a common video call is briefly summarized as follows:
step 1, calling side service triggering: in the process of video call, A, B, when the mobile phones of both users support video call, user a (i.e. calling user) initiates a video call to user B (i.e. called user), base station (eNodeB) sends "Initial Context Setup Response" signaling to Mobility Management node (MME), and brings GTP-based tunnel termination identity (GTP-TEID) and transport layer address (such as IP address) carried by eNodeB side to MME connection MME signaling equipment. A Session Border Controller (SBC) applies for call resources (temporary) to Policy Control and Charging (PCC), and requests location information of a calling subscriber. A Policy and Charging Rules Function (PCRF) issues policies to a Serving GateWay (S-GW) and a public data GateWay (PDN GateWay, P-GW), a calling side reserves wireless side resources, an MME carries calling position information in a message, the S/P-GW returns the calling position information to the PCRF, the PCRF reports the calling position information to an SBC, and the calling side completes service triggering.
For convenience of the following description, the call session control network element is described herein. The call session control network elements (CSCFs) include SBCs/P-CSCFs (Proxy-CSCFs), and I/S-CSCFs, including I-CSCFs (Interrogating-CSCFs, interrogating-call session control network elements) and S-CSCFs (Serving-CSCFs, serving-call session control network elements).
Step 2, calling a called Application Server (AS) by a calling AS: and the calling AS completes the called number, and then the calling S-CSCF acquires the called I-CSCF address through a query number and a domain name system (ENUM/DNS) and sends the call request to the called I-CSCF.
Step 3, the called side service is triggered: the called I-CSCF queries a Home Subscriber Server (HSS) to acquire an S-CSCF registered by the called Subscriber. The called party triggers to VOLTE AS, after the triggering of the basic call and the supplementary service is finished, an SCC Application Server (SCCAS) of the called path is triggered, the SCCAS selects the called domain and inquires the called access domain selection (T-ADS) information from HSS. And the HSS returns the T-ADS information to the SCC AS.
Step 4, call connection: the call request is forwarded to a called User Equipment (UE), that is, a called mobile phone, and the called UE responds, the return 183 includes a called Description Session protocol (SDP) information, and the called side applies for call resources.
Step 5, negotiating resources: the calling path is forwarded to the calling party, the calling party modifies the resource application according to the negotiation result, the calling UE (namely the calling mobile phone) acquires the successful reservation of the call resources through the air interface flow, and the called UE acquires the successful reservation of the call resources through the air interface flow.
Step 6, starting communication: the calling party and the called party finish the call signaling process, the calling party and the called party establish connection through the SBC/P-CSCF, establish special bearing for voice communication, transmit voice, and start communication.
Example one
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a video call method based on a VOLTE network according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the method includes the following steps:
s201: and a call session control network element corresponding to the first user receives a video live broadcast request aiming at the called number, which is initiated by the first user terminal based on the VOLTE network.
Step S201 further includes:
a call session control network element corresponding to a first user receives a video live broadcast request aiming at a called number, which is initiated by a first user terminal based on a VOLTE network and forwarded through a plurality of network element devices in a core network.
Specifically, a call session control network element (CSCF) is mainly responsible for handling signaling control during a multimedia call session, managing user authentication of a core network, controlling a voice or video session in cooperation with other network entities, service negotiation and resource allocation, and the like. And the CSCF corresponding to the first user receives a video live broadcast request aiming at the called number, which is initiated by the first user terminal based on the VOLTE network and forwarded by a plurality of network element devices in the core network.
In this step, the first user needs to subscribe a new service type "live video", which is a new service type different from a normal voice call or a video call, in advance, so that the dialing software of the first user terminal needs to be modified, a button supporting the service type is newly added in the dialing software, and after the called party is dialed, the called video image comes from a desktop picture of the first user terminal instead of a front-end camera or a back-end camera. Specifically, the first user may subscribe to the service "live video broadcast" through operations such as a short message gateway, a customer service telephone, APP software, a wechat public number, and the like, and the service subscription information may be registered on a Home Subscriber Server (HSS).
S202: and the call session control network element corresponding to the first user inquires the service ordering information of the first user recorded by the home subscriber server corresponding to the first user according to the live video request.
In this step, a Home Subscriber Server (HSS) is used to store authentication data, service subscription information, and the like of the user, so that the HSS can query the service subscription information of the first user to determine whether the first user subscribes to a service of which the service type is "live video".
S203: if the service ordering information of the first user comprises the video live broadcast service ordering information, establishing connection with a call session control network element corresponding to a called number through a media resource service module managed by a telephone application server corresponding to the first user, calling video media information of the first user terminal, forwarding the video media information of the first user terminal to a terminal corresponding to the called number, and recording the current state of the first user as the state in a video live broadcast call in the telephone application server corresponding to the first user.
In this step, a Media Resource service Module (MRS) managed by a telephony application Server (Tel AS) includes two Multimedia sub-modules, that is, a Multimedia Resource Controller (MRFC) and a Multimedia Resource Processor (MRFP), and on the basis of voice call of the VOLTE network, when video call direct broadcasting is implemented, when only a first user and a called number are called, the video Media information of the first user terminal may be called by connecting the MRS managed by the Tel AS corresponding to the first user to an SBC/P-CSCF of the called number, where the video Media information is a desktop screen of the first user terminal, and after video live connection is established, a "live video call" state of the first user is recorded on the corresponding Tel AS.
By adopting the method provided by the embodiment, a video live broadcast request aiming at a called number, which is initiated by a first user terminal based on a VOLTE network, is received through a call session control network element corresponding to a first user; inquiring service subscription information of the first user recorded by a home subscriber server corresponding to the first user; establishing connection with a call session control network element corresponding to a called number through a media resource service module managed by a telephone application server corresponding to a first user, calling video media information of the first user terminal, and forwarding the video media information of the first user terminal to a terminal corresponding to the called number. Under the condition that no software is pre-installed and no hardware is added, the video live broadcast service is ordered through the VOLTE network architecture and the service ordering process of the existing operator and the mobile phone, the video media information is shared, the fast live broadcast is realized, and the technical problem that the video live broadcast access speed is too slow due to the large dependence degree of the live broadcast method on software and hardware in the prior art is solved.
Example two
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a video call method based on a VOLTE network according to another embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the method includes the following steps:
step S301: a call session control network element corresponding to a first user receives a video live broadcast request aiming at a called number, which is initiated by a first user terminal based on a VOLTE network; the called number is a video live broadcast service designated number or a third user number.
In this step, the first user may call any other called number supporting VOLTE through the first user terminal, where the called number may be a video live broadcast service designated number, such as 1 ×, or a third user number, such as a mobile phone number of a third user who needs to join a video live broadcast, and a "video live broadcast" channel is established through the called number. The third user and the second user are both users needing to join the live video, but the third user and the second user are not the same user.
Step 302: and the call session control network element corresponding to the first user inquires the service ordering information of the first user recorded by the home subscriber server corresponding to the first user according to the live video request.
Step S303: if the service ordering information of the first user comprises the live video service ordering information, establishing connection with a call session control network element corresponding to a called number through a media resource service module managed by a telephone application server corresponding to the first user, calling video media information of the first user terminal, forwarding the video media information of the first user terminal to a terminal corresponding to the called number, and recording the current state of the first user as a live video call state in the telephone application server corresponding to the first user.
In this step, it should be noted that the state in the live video call is an open state, and any user can directly establish a connection with the first user without being checked; and the video media information of the first user terminal is a desktop picture of the first user terminal. In the embodiment, only the sharing of the desktop picture of the first user terminal is needed to be realized, and the first user does not need to see the desktop pictures of other users, so that the process of bidirectional video call is not needed, and only the process of unidirectional video media transmission of the first user is needed. Therefore, the SIP message sent by the first user through the first user terminal is a sendonly instruction, and the desktop picture of the first user is shared through the instruction, so that the bandwidth occupation of the communication network and the bandwidth occupation of the IMS network are reduced.
If the called number is the third user number, after the third user answers through the third user terminal, the live video call is established, and the video media information of the first user terminal is forwarded to the third user terminal to be displayed, that is, the third user can see the live video media information of the first user through the third user terminal. The video media information of the first user terminal is a desktop picture of the first user terminal.
If the called number is the video live broadcast service designated number, the establishment of a video live broadcast call and the recording of the state in the video live broadcast call can be quickly realized without any user answering the call, so that other users (namely, a second user) can conveniently and quickly join the video live broadcast of the first user.
Step S304: and the call session control network element corresponding to the second user receives a call request aiming at the first user number, which is initiated by the second user terminal based on the VOLTE network.
In this step, when the first user is in a "live video call" state, the second user needs to join the live video, and a call request for the first user number may be initiated through the second user terminal.
Step S305: and the call session control network element corresponding to the second user inquires the current state of the first user recorded in the telephone application server corresponding to the first user according to the call request.
Step S306: and if the current state of the first user is the video live broadcast conversation state, establishing connection with a call session control network element corresponding to the second user through a media resource service module managed by a telephone application server corresponding to the first user, and forwarding the video media information of the first user terminal to the second user terminal for display.
In this step, it should be noted that the number of the second users may be one or more, and is not specifically limited herein.
The method provided by the embodiment can be well applied to various application scenes in daily life. For example, in daily life, when many people want to group a photo, there is a fear that the group photo is not beautiful enough or the photo is blinked. The person to be photographed cannot see the camera (mobile phone) picture of the person to be photographed, and cannot adjust the camera according to the defects and problems. The adjustment can only be carried out by depending on the photographer, and after the adjustment is finished, if someone is not satisfied, the photographer needs to re-stand and pose again, which is very troublesome, and if the number of people is too large, the photographer often has the problem of not taking care of the photographer. The method for solving the problem is that when the first user orders the "live video" service, and the first user holds the mobile phone to shoot at a particular place or angle, the first user can share the desktop picture of the mobile phone by using the scheme provided by the embodiment, and other users who want to see the desktop picture of the mobile phone of the first user can see the desktop picture of the mobile phone of the first user (namely, video media information) by dialing the mobile phone number of the first user. Other users can adjust themselves by watching the mobile phone desktop picture of the first user uploaded by the mobile phone of the first user, the first user takes a picture after the adjustment is completed, the first user displays the picture taking result on the mobile phone, people can watch the picture on the mobile phone of the first user without leaving the original place, and the picture can be taken again if the picture is not satisfactory.
For another example, when the first user has a need to display the desktop image of the first user terminal (i.e., the mobile phone) to other users, the method of this embodiment may implement fast multi-user access based on the communication VOLTE network on the premise of not depending on third-party software, not needing to register an account, not needing to know who the viewer is, not building a group in advance, and the like, temporarily share the desktop image of the first user terminal, and the sharing process does not have any reserved file at other user terminals, which is equivalent to burning after reading, thereby playing a certain role in confidentiality.
By adopting the method provided by the embodiment, under the condition that no software is pre-installed and any hardware is added, the video live broadcast service is ordered through the VOLTE network architecture and the service ordering flow of the existing operator, the desktop pictures of the user are shared, the occupied bandwidth of the communication network is reduced through the unidirectional video media information transmission of the first user, the fast live broadcast is realized, and the technical problems that the dependence degree of the live broadcast method on the software and the hardware is high, and the picture re-sharing step is complicated through the front camera and the rear camera in the traditional live broadcast, so that the video live broadcast access speed is too low are solved.
