The conveying device 5 comprises an n-shaped fixing frame 51 and a double rotating roller 52 arranged in the n-shaped fixing frame 51, and the n-shaped fixing frame 51 is fixed on the frame 1. The conveyor 5 is installed at one side of the lifting device 4, and the double rotating rollers 52 of the conveyor 5 are provided at the end of the diagonal bar 41 of the lifting device 4 and are not connected to the end of the diagonal bar 41. The double rotating rollers 52 of the conveying device 5 are parallel to each other and are controlled to rotate by a motor respectively, and the rotating directions of the double rotating rollers 52 are opposite.
