When the 10kV insulating glove method is used for live replacement of the linear side phase insulator, the insulator iron feet and the cross arm need to be shielded. At present, no special shielding cover is available, and no porcelain bottle and cross arm can be simultaneously shielded integrally; the existing operation safety is poor, and a porcelain bottle cross arm integrated shielding cover is urgently needed to be developed and used for improving the operation safety and reducing the labor intensity.

The lead fixing device comprises a left upright post 4, a hinged nut 5, a connecting plate 6, a shaft 7 and a right upright post 8; the left upright post 4 is positioned at the left side of the right upright post 8, and the lower end of the left upright post 4 and the lower end of the right upright post 8 are respectively and fixedly connected (such as screwed) with the cross arm cover upper plate 20; a shaft 7 is fixed at the upper end of the right upright post 8, an external thread is arranged at the upper part of the shaft 7, a fastening nut is screwed at the upper part of the shaft 7, a socket is arranged at the right end part of the connecting plate 6, and the socket of the connecting plate 6 is inserted into the shaft 7; the left end of the connecting plate 6 is provided with a screw rod through hole, the screw rod is sleeved on the screw rod at the upper end of the left upright post 4 through the hole (equivalently, the sleeved part can be a polished rod), the screw rod is screwed with a hinged nut 5, and the hinged nut 5 is positioned above the left end of the connecting plate 6 (the left upright post 4, the connecting plate 6 and the right upright post 8 enclose a groove 18 which can be opened).

Removing the link plate 6 from the shaft 7 (releasing the link plate 6) to open the upper end of the openable groove 18; moving the conducting wire on the porcelain insulator into the slot 18 which can be opened; the connecting plate 6 is then fastened to the shaft 7, i.e. the wire is fixed. 4. And (3) carrying out the operation of replacing the linear side phase insulator in an electrified way by a 10kV insulating glove method, finally opening the connecting plate 6 (taking the connecting plate 6 off the shaft 7), taking out the lead in the groove 18 which can be opened, and connecting the lead to the porcelain insulator. 5.
