With continued reference to fig. 1, as shown in fig. 1, the flat panel display device 10 for displaying dynamic decorations may further include at least one light source 500, and as can be seen from the figure, the light source 500 is disposed within the space 410 defined by the peripheral wall panel in combination with the top and bottom wall panels. It is understood that the light source 500 may emit light, at least a portion of which may be emitted toward the top wall panel 200 of the flat panel display device 10 for displaying dynamic decoration and further irradiated to the decorative panel 100 positioned on the upper side of the top wall panel 200 through the top wall panel 200 made of a light-transmitting material, and may also be emitted from the top surface 110 of the decorative panel 100 through the decorative panel 100 made of a light-transmitting material, so that the first decorative pattern provided on the top surface 110 of the decorative panel 100 is illuminated from the back of the decorative panel 100, such that the first decorative pattern has a brightness different from the environment, with the configuration of a suitable power source and under the control of a suitable control device, thereby providing a basis for the flat panel display device for displaying dynamic decoration according to the present application to display dynamic decoration.
According to one embodiment of the present application, a thickness of a decorative plate of a flat panel display device for displaying dynamic decoration may be 0.08 to 0.5 mm, so that the decorative plate can be tightly wrapped and can transmit light to the maximum extent to display dynamic decoration.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present application, the thickness of the decorative plate of the flat panel display device for displaying dynamic decoration may be 0.33 mm, so that the decorative plate can be tightly wrapped and can transmit light to the maximum extent, thereby enabling the displayed dynamic decoration to achieve more realistic touch and texture effects.
According to one embodiment of the present application, the number of the light sources 500 of the flat panel display device 10 for displaying dynamic decoration is 1.
According to other embodiments of the present application, the number of the light sources 500 of the flat panel display device 10 for displaying dynamic decoration is plural, in which case the plural light sources 500 may be in an array of various configurations, such as a matrix type, a concentric circle type, a radial type, etc. Fig. 6 illustrates a top view of an array of light sources 500 in the flat panel display device 10 for displaying dynamic decoration illustrated in fig. 1, which array of light sources is shown in a 16 × 10 matrix form.
In the flat panel display device 10 for displaying dynamic decoration according to the embodiment of the present application, when the number of the light sources 500 is 1, light of varying intensity and color or no light may be emitted through a suitable control device (i.e., under controlled conditions) so that when the light emitted from the light sources 500 finally illuminates the first decoration pattern (e.g., wood grain pattern) from the rear surface of the decoration plate 100, the light of varying intensity and color (including no light emission) enables the wood grain pattern to exhibit complicated light shade variation, thereby displaying a dynamic decoration effect; when the number of the light sources 500 is plural, the light sources can emit light with varying intensity and color or emit no light through a proper control device (i.e. under a controlled condition), and then the light emitting variation of the light source array is matched, so that the wood grain pattern can present more complicated light and shadow variations, thereby displaying more special dynamic decorative effect. In this way, it is achieved that the flat display device 10 displays dynamic decoration through its decorative panel 100.
According to one embodiment of the present application, a light source of a flat panel display device for displaying dynamic decoration may be a Light Emitting Diode (LED). In other embodiments according to the present application, the light source of the flat panel display device for displaying dynamic decorations may also be any suitable light source, such as incandescent lamps, tungsten halogen lamps, electroluminescent light sources, fluorescent lamps, low pressure sodium lamps, high pressure mercury lamps, high pressure sodium lamps, metal halide lamps, and the like.
In other embodiments according to the present application, the flat panel display device for displaying dynamic decorations may further have other arrangements to enhance the effect thereof on displaying dynamic decorations. These settings are described below.
According to an embodiment of the present application, a circuit board may be disposed between a top wall plate and a bottom wall plate of a flat panel display device for displaying dynamic decoration, and a light source may be disposed on the circuit board.
According to one embodiment of the present application, a light guide plate may be disposed between a top wall plate and a circuit board of a flat panel display device for displaying dynamic decoration, so that light emitted from a light source can be emitted toward the top wall plate.
According to another embodiment of the present application, in the flat panel display device for displaying dynamic decoration, the top wall plate is a light guide plate, and there is no need to specially dispose a light guide plate, so that light emitted from the light source can be emitted toward the top wall plate.
According to an embodiment of the present application, a light shielding sheet may be disposed between a top wall plate and a light guide plate of a flat panel display device for displaying dynamic decoration, so as to prevent light emitted from a light source from leaking around the light guide plate.
According to an embodiment of the present application, a reflective paper may be disposed between a circuit board and a light guide plate of a flat panel display device for displaying dynamic decoration, thereby reflecting light toward a desired direction.
According to one embodiment of the present application, a touch film may be disposed between a circuit board and a bottom wall plate of a flat panel display device for displaying dynamic decoration, thereby providing touch input and visual linkage feedback for product interaction.
A flat panel display device for displaying dynamic decorations according to an embodiment of the present application will now be described with reference to fig. 7. As shown in fig. 7, similar to the flat panel display device for displaying dynamic decorations in the above embodiment, the flat panel display device 10 for displaying dynamic decorations also includes a decorative plate 100, a top wall plate 200, a bottom wall plate 300, a peripheral wall plate 400, and at least one light source 500, and further includes a light shielding sheet 600, a light guide plate 700, a reflective paper 800, a circuit board 900, a touch film 1000, a power connector 1100, and a connector 1200, wherein the positional relationship between the light shielding sheet 600, the light guide plate 700, the reflective paper 800, the circuit board 900, and the touch film 1000 and the decorative plate 100, the top wall plate 200, the bottom wall plate 300, and the peripheral wall plate 400 is similar to that in the above embodiment and will not be described herein again, and the power connector 1100 can be used to connect with an external power source to supply power to the light source 500, and the connector 1200 can be used to connect with a plurality of flat panel display devices 10 to, thereby, a display device array displaying dynamic decorations, which will be described later, by combining a plurality of flat panel display devices can be realized.
According to another aspect of the present application, there is also provided an array of display devices for displaying dynamic decorations. The display device array comprises a plurality of the flat panel display devices for displaying dynamic decorations, which are formed in an array. With such a display device array, a plurality of flat panel display devices are combined into various patterns, for example, the display device array is disposed on the surface of a wall surface, a ceiling, a floor, a table surface, etc., thereby enhancing a dynamic decorative effect.
Fig. 8 illustrates a schematic top view of an array of flat panel display devices according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 8, the display device array 50 is composed of 5 display devices 10 for displaying dynamic decoration having a hexagonal outer peripheral profile in a "W" type array, further enhancing the dynamic decoration effect.
In other embodiments according to the present application, the peripheral outline of the display device for displaying dynamic decoration may also be triangular, square, rectangular, pentagonal, octagonal, circular, elliptical, irregular, etc., and may be combined into various arrays with one or more outlines of the display device.
According to still another aspect of the present application, there is also provided a method for manufacturing the above flat panel display device for displaying dynamic decoration. Fig. 9 illustrates a flowchart of a method for manufacturing a flat panel display device for displaying dynamic decoration according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 9, a method M90 for manufacturing the above flat panel display device for displaying dynamic decorations includes: s100, preparing a decorative plate; s200, preparing a top wall plate; s300, preparing a bottom wall plate and a peripheral wall plate to obtain a light source installation space surrounded by the bottom wall plate and the peripheral wall plate; s400, installing a light source in a light source installation space; s500, assembling a top wall plate with the bottom wall plate and the peripheral wall plate so that the top wall plate closes the light source installation space; s600, applying an adhesive on a third surface of a top wall plate for closing the light source installation space; and S700, coating the decorative plate on the top wall plate, the peripheral wall plate and the bottom wall plate which form and close the light source installation space, so that the second surface of the decorative plate at least partially contacts the third surface of the top wall plate and the peripheral surface of the peripheral wall plate, thereby obtaining the flat panel display device for displaying dynamic decoration.
The method for manufacturing a flat panel display device for displaying dynamic decorations can be more clearly understood with reference to fig. 1.
For flat panel display devices 10 that display dynamic decorations, the trim panel 100 may be prepared in any suitable manner, including commercially available or self-produced trim panels of the desired specifications, and/or subjected to the necessary processing (e.g., washing, drying, etc.).
Likewise, top wall panel 200 may be prepared in any suitable manner, and in other embodiments, the necessary machining of top surface 210 of top wall panel 200 may be required to provide the desired protrusions, depressions, ridges, grooves, and combinations thereof on the surface of top surface 210.
Similarly, the bottom wall plate 300 and the peripheral wall plate 400 may be prepared in any suitable manner, where it is also necessary to obtain a light source installation space surrounded by the bottom wall plate 300 and the peripheral wall plate 400 in any suitable manner for installing the light source in a subsequent step. It can be seen that the light source installation space herein corresponds to the at least partially enclosed space 410 of the flat panel display device 10 displaying dynamic decoration. In one embodiment of the present application, the bottom wall panel 300 and the peripheral wall panel 400 may be assembled together by means including adhesion, mechanical mounting, thermal fusion bonding, or the like, such that the outer peripheral profile of the peripheral wall panel 400 corresponds to the outer peripheral profile of the bottom wall panel 300, and the peripheral wall panel 400 is substantially perpendicular to the bottom wall panel 300, so that a light source installation space surrounded by the bottom wall panel 300 and the peripheral wall panel 400 may be obtained; in another embodiment of the present application, the bottom wall plate 300 and the peripheral wall plate 400 are integrally formed, and the light source installation space surrounded by the bottom wall plate 300 and the peripheral wall plate 400 can be obtained as it is.
After obtaining the light source installation space, the light source 500 may be installed therein. According to an embodiment of the present application, it is also necessary to mount a circuit board in the light source mounting space in advance and then mount the light source 500 on the circuit board so that the light source can emit light of varying intensity and color or not emit light under controlled conditions. Of course, as described above, the number of the light sources may be 1 or more. In other embodiments according to the present application, a light guide plate, a light shielding sheet, a reflective paper, and the like may also be installed.
Next, the prepared top wall panel 200 is assembled with the prepared bottom wall panel 300 and peripheral wall panel 400 so that the top wall panel 200 can close the light source installation space. As described above, the top wall panel 200 may be assembled with the bottom wall panel 300 and the peripheral wall panel 400 in any suitable manner, such as adhesion, mechanical mounting, thermal fusion bonding, etc., such that the outer circumferential profile of the top wall panel 200 corresponds to the outer circumferential profile of the peripheral wall panel 400, and the peripheral wall panel 400 is substantially perpendicular to the top wall panel 200, so that the top wall panel 200 can enclose the light source mounting space.
Now, an adhesive may be applied on the top surface 210 of the top wall panel 200 enclosing the light source installation space. According to a preferred embodiment of the present application, the adhesive is a hot-melt adhesive film adhesive in a liquid state before application, and the adhesive can be applied by spraying, so that the adhesive can be uniformly distributed on the top surface 210 of the top wall plate 200. According to other embodiments of the present application, the adhesive may also be applied by means of coating. By applying the adhesive, it is possible to securely mount the decorative plate in the flat panel display device for displaying dynamic decoration which is finally obtained.
According to a preferred embodiment of the application, it is also possible to dry the applied adhesive after it has been applied and before the final coating is carried out, in order to obtain a better adhesion. According to the embodiment of the present application, the applied adhesive may be dried by natural ventilation, artificial heating ventilation, or the like.
Fig. 10 illustrates a flowchart of a method for manufacturing a flat panel display device for displaying dynamic decoration according to the embodiment. As shown in fig. 10, a method M90 for manufacturing the above flat panel display device for displaying dynamic decorations includes: s100, preparing a decorative plate; s200, preparing a top wall plate; s300, preparing a bottom wall plate and a peripheral wall plate to obtain a light source installation space surrounded by the bottom wall plate and the peripheral wall plate; s400, installing a light source in a light source installation space; s500, assembling a top wall plate with the bottom wall plate and the peripheral wall plate so that the top wall plate closes the light source installation space; s600, applying an adhesive on a third surface of a top wall plate for closing the light source installation space; s700, drying the applied adhesive; and S800, coating the decorative plate on the top wall plate, the peripheral wall plate and the bottom wall plate which form and close the light source installation space, so that the second surface of the decorative plate at least partially contacts the third surface of the top wall plate and the peripheral surface of the peripheral wall plate, thereby obtaining the flat panel display device for displaying dynamic decoration.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present application, a curing agent is applied in addition to the adhesive on the top surface 210 of the top wall panel 200, so that the bonding can be made stronger.
According to another embodiment of the present application, the adhesive is a hot-melt laminated adhesive in a solid state before application, and the adhesive can be applied on the bottom surface 120 of the decorative plate 100, so that the decorative plate in the flat panel display device for displaying dynamic decoration is finally obtained to be firmly mounted.
Fig. 11 illustrates a flowchart of a method for manufacturing a flat panel display device for displaying dynamic decoration according to the embodiment. As shown in fig. 10, a method M90 for manufacturing the above flat panel display device for displaying dynamic decorations includes: s100, preparing a decorative plate; s200, preparing a top wall plate; s300, preparing a bottom wall plate and a peripheral wall plate to obtain a light source installation space surrounded by the bottom wall plate and the peripheral wall plate; s400, installing a light source in a light source installation space; s500, assembling a top wall plate with the bottom wall plate and the peripheral wall plate so that the top wall plate closes the light source installation space; s600, applying an adhesive on the second surface of the decorative plate; and S700, coating the decorative plate on the top wall plate, the peripheral wall plate and the bottom wall plate which form and close the light source installation space, so that the second surface of the decorative plate at least partially contacts the third surface of the top wall plate and the peripheral surface of the peripheral wall plate, thereby obtaining the flat panel display device for displaying dynamic decoration.
Finally, the decorative sheet 100 may be wrapped around the top wall sheet 200, the peripheral wall sheet 400, and the bottom wall sheet 300 that constitute and close the light source installation space such that the bottom surface 120 of the decorative sheet 100 at least partially contacts the top surface 210 of the top wall sheet 200 and the outer peripheral surface 420 of the peripheral wall sheet 400, so that the decorative sheet 100 may wrap around the top wall sheet 200 and the peripheral wall sheet 400, resulting in the flat panel display device 10 for displaying dynamic decoration. By the manufacturing method, the flat panel display device for displaying dynamic decoration with reliable quality can be conveniently and efficiently manufactured.
According to another embodiment of the present application, the decorative sheet 100 may be coated on the top wall sheet 200, the peripheral wall sheet 400, and the bottom wall sheet 300 constituting and closing the light source installation space such that the bottom surface 120 of the decorative sheet 100 at least partially contacts the top surface 210 of the top wall sheet 200, the outer peripheral surface 420 of the peripheral wall sheet 400, and the bottom surface 320 of the bottom wall sheet 300, so that the decorative sheet 100 may coat the top wall sheet 200, the peripheral wall sheet 400, and the bottom wall sheet 300, resulting in the flat panel display device 10 for displaying dynamic decoration. By the manufacturing method, the flat panel display device for displaying dynamic decoration with more reliable quality can be conveniently and efficiently manufactured.
According to the embodiment of the present application, the decorative plate can be heated when the decorative plate covers the top wall plate, the peripheral wall plate, and the bottom wall plate that constitute and close the light source installation space. As mentioned above, the decorative sheet is made of a transparent thermoplastic material, which can flow and deform when heated, and then the decorative sheet is wrapped and deformed by applying a certain tension, so that the decorative sheet can have tension after cooling, and can be wrapped more tightly.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present application, the decorative sheet can be heated to a temperature ranging from 100 to 200 ℃, so that the best coating effect can be obtained.
According to the embodiment of the application, the coating of the decorative plate can be implemented through the plastic uptake machine, namely, the top wall plate, the peripheral wall plate and the bottom wall plate which form and seal the light source installation space are placed on the plastic uptake machine, and the top wall plate, the peripheral wall plate and the bottom wall plate coated by the decorative plate are placed through the plastic uptake machine.
According to the preferred embodiment of the present application, the suction molding machine used is a positive/negative pressure suction molding machine, so that the coating effect can be further improved.
According to another preferred embodiment of the present application, the operating temperature range of the positive and negative pressure vacuum forming machines can be 70-220 ℃, the operating pressure range can be +500 KPa-90 KPa, and the operating pressing time can be about 200 seconds to 500 seconds.
According to an embodiment of the present application, a vacuum suction molding machine may also be employed as the suction molding machine.
According to other embodiments of the present application, the operating temperature of the vacuum forming machine ranges from 70 ℃ to 220 ℃, and can be generally set to 120 ℃, the operating pressure is about-77 KPa, and the operating pressing time is about 150 seconds.
The above-described embodiments should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, combinations, sub-combinations, and substitutions can occur, depending on design requirements and other factors. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A flat panel display device for displaying dynamic decorations, the flat panel display device comprising:
a decorative sheet having a first surface on which a first decorative pattern is provided and/or a second surface opposite to the first surface on which a second decorative pattern is provided, and being made of a light-transmitting thermoplastic material;
a top wall panel being sheet-like and light transmissive and having a third surface at least partially opposite the second surface and a fourth surface opposite the third surface;
a bottom wall panel in sheet form having a peripheral contour corresponding to the top wall panel and spaced from and substantially parallel to the top wall panel, the bottom wall panel having a fifth surface facing the fourth surface and a sixth surface opposite the fifth surface;
a peripheral wall panel disposed between and substantially perpendicular to the top wall panel and the bottom wall panel and defining together with the top wall panel and the bottom wall panel an at least partially enclosed space, and having an outer peripheral face facing away from the space;
at least one light source disposed within the space;
wherein the decorative sheet extends at least partially along the outer peripheral surface and toward the sixth surface such that the second surface at least partially contacts the outer peripheral surface and the at least one light source emits light of varying intensity and color or no light under controlled conditions, whereby the flat panel display device is capable of displaying dynamic decoration through the decorative sheet.
2. The flat panel display apparatus for displaying dynamic ornamentation of claim 1 wherein the decorative sheet extends at least partially along the peripheral surface and toward the sixth surface and the second surface also at least partially contacts the sixth surface.
3. The flat panel display apparatus for displaying dynamic decorations of claim 1 or 2, wherein the decoration plate is provided with a tension.
4. The flat panel display apparatus for displaying dynamic decorations of claim 3, wherein the decoration plate is made of polyvinyl chloride.
5. The flat panel display device for displaying dynamic decorations of claim 4, wherein the first decoration pattern comprises wood grain.
6. The flat panel display device according to claim 5, wherein the decorative plate has a thickness of 0.08 to 0.5 mm.
7. A flat panel display apparatus for displaying dynamic decorations according to any of the claims 4 to 6, characterized in that an adhesive is provided between the second and third surface.
8. The flat panel display apparatus for displaying dynamic decoration of claim 7, wherein the adhesive comprises a hot-melt laminated adhesive.
9. An array of display devices for displaying dynamic ornamentation, wherein the array of display devices comprises a plurality of flat panel display devices for displaying dynamic ornamentation according to any of claims 1-8 in an array.
10. Method for manufacturing a flat panel display device for displaying dynamic decorations according to any of the claims 1 to 8, characterized in that it comprises:
preparing a decorative plate;
preparing a top wall plate;
preparing a bottom wall plate and a peripheral wall plate to obtain a light source installation space surrounded by the bottom wall plate and the peripheral wall plate;
installing a light source in the light source installation space;
assembling the top wall panel with the bottom wall panel and the peripheral wall panel such that the top wall panel encloses the light source installation space;
applying an adhesive on a third surface of a top wall panel closing the light source installation space; and
and coating the decorative plate on a top wall plate, a peripheral wall plate and a bottom wall plate which form and close the light source installation space, so that the second surface of the decorative plate at least partially contacts the third surface of the top wall plate and the peripheral surface of the peripheral wall plate, thereby obtaining the flat panel display device for displaying dynamic decoration.
