In an eleventh aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides an information processing apparatus, including: the system comprises a detection unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the detection unit is used for detecting the current position of a target distribution resource with a state of waiting for carrying a target order, and the target order is an order for distributing an object provided by a target entity object; and a modifying unit, configured to modify, if the current location is outside a target area range, or if the current location of the target delivery resource cannot be detected, a state of the target delivery resource from a state of waiting to receive a target order to a state of not waiting to receive the target order, where the target area range is an area range corresponding to the target entity object.
In a twelfth aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides an information processing apparatus, including: a modification request obtaining unit, configured to obtain a third request message sent by the first terminal application, where the third request message is used to request that a state of the target delivery resource is modified from a state of waiting for taking a target order to a state of not waiting for taking the target order, where the target order is an order for delivering an object provided by a target entity object; and a modifying unit, configured to modify, in response to the third request message, a state of the target delivery resource from a state of waiting to receive a target order to a state of not waiting to receive the target order.

Detailed Description
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present application. This application is capable of implementation in many different ways than those herein set forth and of similar import by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of this application and is therefore not limited to the specific implementations disclosed below.
In order to more clearly show the information processing method provided by the embodiment of the present application, an application scenario of the information processing method provided by the embodiment of the present application is introduced first. The information processing method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to a scene that when a rider or a distributor receives orders of a certain supermarket or a certain supermarket, the rider or the distributor is automatically queued to receive the orders of the supermarket.
The information processing method provided by the above can be used on the side of a terminal used by a rider or a distributor to take orders, so that the rider or the distributor can be automatically queued to take orders. The terminal may refer to a device carried by a rider or a delivery person for clicking on delivery of an order. For example, it may refer to a cell phone or a tablet device. In particular, the rider or distributor may take the order through the target application of the terminal. The target application may refer to an application used by a rider or distributor to pick up an order to complete the distribution of the order. The rider or distributor can obtain information on the queue of target orders to be undertaken in the target application and take orders through the target application.
Taking the example that a rider or a distributor takes over an order of a certain supermarket or a certain merchant, when the existing rider or distributor takes over the order of the certain supermarket or the merchant, the rider or the distributor needs to manually check in the target application to indicate that the rider or the distributor is located near the supermarket or the merchant, so that the supermarket or the merchant can conveniently distribute the order. If there are multiple orders in the supermarket or business, the order may be picked up by the rider or distributor by queuing in the destination application. However, the conventional manner in which the rider or dispenser needs to manually operate in the target application is inconvenient for the rider or dispenser to ride.
The information processing method of the embodiment is that in the target application of the terminal of the rider or the distributor, the current position of the rider or the distributor can be detected in real time. If the previously detected position of the rider or dispatcher is outside the target area range and the current position is within the target area range, the rider or dispatcher may be added to a rider queue waiting to take the target order.
In this embodiment, the fact that the position of the rider or the distributor detected before is outside the target area range means that the historical position of the rider or the distributor corresponding to the time point before the current time point corresponding to the current position is outside the target area range. Adding a rider or distributor to a rider queue waiting to take a target order may refer to: the terminal target application sends a request message for indicating that the state of a rider or a distributor is required to be set to be a state waiting for receiving a target order to a server; and obtaining a confirmation message of the request information which is returned by the server and aims at setting the state of the rider or the distributor to the state of waiting for accepting the target order, and adding the rider or the distributor to a rider queue waiting for accepting the target order based on the confirmation message.
Specifically, the target area range is an area range corresponding to a supermarket or a merchant, and the target order is a delivery order for delivering goods or items provided by the supermarket or the merchant. For example, the distribution task of the rider is to receive an order of a supermarket a, and a circular area covered by taking the position of the supermarket a as a center of a circle and taking 400 meters away from the position of the supermarket a as a radius can be taken as a target area range of the supermarket a. The geographic area range of the supermarket a can also be used as the target area range of the supermarket a, the geographic area range can refer to a community or a street or a business district where the address of the supermarket a is located, and the target area range of the supermarket a can also be obtained based on the community or the street or the business district where the address of the supermarket a is located. In addition, some supermarkets or merchants may define the area range for receiving the delivery orders themselves, and if the supermarket a defines the area range for receiving the delivery orders, the area range defined by the supermarket a for receiving the delivery orders may be used as the target area range of the supermarket a. The information of the target area range may be obtained at the server, and the server obtains and stores the information of the target area range in advance, and then provides the information to the target application in the terminal.
In this embodiment, in order to facilitate efficient order taking by a rider during riding, when it is detected that a current position where a rider B rides is driven from outside a target area range of a supermarket a to within the target area range of the supermarket a, the target application of the terminal may add rider information to a queue waiting for taking a target order in the target application of the terminal. Of course, the target order may refer to an order for supermarket a.
The server side can provide target area range information for the target application of the terminal, and can also send information allowing the information of the current handle to be added into a queue waiting for taking a target order to the target application. The precondition that the information of the current rider needs to be satisfied when the information of the current rider is added into a queue waiting for taking over a target order can be that the current position of the rider is within the range of the target area, and the position of the rider is detected to be out of the range of the target area before. Of course, in order to further confirm that the current rider has practical significance in queuing to receive the target order through the target application, that is, the rider can receive the target order, and whether the current time is the time when the supermarket A receives the delivery order can also be judged. For example: the time when the supermarket A takes over the delivery order is nine am to five pm of Monday to Friday, and when the current time is eight pm, even if the information of the current rider is added into the queue waiting for taking over the target order, the time has no practical significance.
In order to further confirm that the current rider can take over the order of the supermarket a, the confirmation operation of the rider for adding the information of the current rider into the queue waiting to take over the target order can be obtained in the target application. Specifically, the first prompt information used for adding the information of the current rider to a queue waiting for taking over the target order is displayed in the target application, and whether the current rider performs confirmation operation on the first prompt information or not is detected.
In addition, in order to further confirm that the order of supermarket a can be assigned to the current rider, it can also be confirmed whether the current rider has the right to join in the rider queue waiting to take the target order of supermarket a. In fact, the delivery service for supermarket a may specify that some specialized riders take over orders for supermarket a, if the current rider is a specialized rider specified for the delivery service for supermarket a, it may be confirmed that the current rider has permission to join in a rider queue waiting to take over a target order for supermarket a, otherwise it is confirmed that the current rider does not have permission to join in a rider queue waiting to take over a target order for supermarket a. Specifically, the special rider information specified for the delivery service of the supermarket a may be stored in the server in advance, and then, before the target application intends to add the current rider to the rider queue accepting the target order of the supermarket a, the second request information inquiring whether the current rider has the authority to be added to the rider queue waiting to accept the target order of the supermarket a may be sent to the server. When second result information provided by the server and aiming at the second request information and confirming that the current rider has the authority to be added into the rider queue waiting for accepting the target order of the supermarket A is received, a first request message requesting that the current rider has the authority to be added into the rider queue waiting for accepting the target order of the supermarket A can be sent to the server, and first result information returned by the server and used for indicating that the current rider has the authority to be added into the rider queue waiting for accepting the target order of the supermarket A is obtained.
Based on the interaction between the server and the target application of the current rider's terminal, as shown in fig. 1, it is an application scenario diagram of the information processing method in this embodiment. The target application of the terminal detects the current position of the current rider at first and obtains the historical position of the current rider corresponding to the time point before the current time point corresponding to the current position at the same time; then, judging whether the historical position is out of the range of the target area or not and whether the current position is in the range of the target area or not; and if the historical position is determined to be outside the target area range and the current position is determined to be within the target area range, sending a request message for indicating that the state of the current rider is required to be set to be the state waiting for taking the target order to the server, and obtaining a confirmation message returned by the server and aiming at the request message for setting the state of the current rider to be the state waiting for taking the target order. After the terminal target application obtains the confirmation message, it adds the current rider's information to the rider queue waiting to take over the target order.
Before adding the information of the current rider into the rider queue waiting to accept the target order, second request information for inquiring whether the current rider has the authority of being added into the rider queue waiting to accept the target order of the supermarket A can be sent to the server. And when second result information which is provided by the server and aims at the second request information and confirms that the current rider has the authority of being added into a rider queue waiting to accept the target order of the supermarket A is received, adding the information of the current rider into the rider queue waiting to accept the target order.
The application scenario of the information processing method is only one embodiment of the application scenario of the information processing method provided by the present application, and the application scenario embodiment is provided to facilitate understanding of the information processing method provided by the present application, and is not used to limit the information processing method provided by the present application. Other application scenarios of the provided information processing method are not described in detail in the embodiment of the present application.
First embodiment
A first embodiment of the present application provides an information processing method, which is described below with reference to fig. 2.
Please refer to fig. 2, which is a flowchart illustrating an information processing method according to a first embodiment of the present application.
Step S201: and detecting the current position of the target distribution resource.
In this embodiment, as a primary step of the information processing method, the current location of the target delivery resource is first detected. In this embodiment, the target delivery resource may be a rider or a deliverer who takes the order and delivers the order. Detecting the current location of the target delivery resource actually refers to detecting the current location of the current rider.
As one way of detecting the current position of the current rider, it may be to detect the current position of a terminal for taking an order, which is carried by the current rider. Specifically, detecting the current position of the current rider may refer to detecting the current position of the current rider on a target application on the terminal side.
There are various ways for the target application of the terminal to detect the current position of the current rider, and one way may be that the target application of the terminal initiates the right to obtain the current position information to a module of the terminal for positioning. Then, based on the obtained authority, the current position of the current rider is obtained. The module for positioning of the terminal may be a positioning system installed at the terminal, such as: gps (global Positioning system), i.e. global Positioning system, or also beidou satellite Positioning system. Of course, the current position of the current rider may also be obtained in other manners as a manner of detecting the current position of the current rider, and in this embodiment, the manner of detecting the current position of the current rider is not limited.
Step S202: and obtaining the historical position of the target distribution resource corresponding to the time point before the current time point corresponding to the current position.
Since the current location of the target delivery resource can be detected in real time in step S201, the historical location of the target delivery resource can be obtained. The time point corresponding to the historical location of the target delivery resource is a time point prior to the time point corresponding to the current location of the target delivery resource. For example: the time point corresponding to the historical location of the target delivery resource may be referred to as taAnd the time point corresponding to the current position of the target distribution resource is tbThen t isaEarlier than tb
Step S203: whether the historical position of the target delivery resource is outside the range of the target area and whether the current position of the target delivery resource is within the range of the target area is judged.
After the historical position of the target delivery resource and the current position of the target delivery resource are obtained, whether the historical position of the target delivery resource is located outside the range of the target area or not and whether the current position of the target delivery resource is located within the range of the target area or not are judged.
In this embodiment, the target area range is an area range corresponding to at least one target entity object, and the target order is a delivery order for delivering an object provided by the at least one target entity object. The target entity object may be a merchant or a store such as a supermarket for receiving the user order. The target area range can be an area range corresponding to an address where a merchant or supermarket is located. The target order may refer to an order of an object to be delivered in a merchant or a supermarket, where the object may refer to a commodity of the merchant or the supermarket, and of course, may also refer to a meal of the merchant.
In this embodiment, the area range corresponding to the target entity object may be any one of the following:
a region range having a distance to the target solid object within a predetermined distance range; or, the regional scope formed by the address information set with the distance between the target entity object and the target entity object within the preset distance scope; or, the geographical region range where the target entity object is located; or the target entity object takes the area range of the delivery order.
Specifically, the predetermined distance range is determined based on historical address information when the delivery resources take over historical delivery orders for delivering objects provided by the target entity objects, or the predetermined distance range is determined based on historical target delivery address information corresponding to historical delivery orders for delivering objects provided by the target entity objects, or the predetermined distance range is determined based on historical delivery characteristic information of the delivery resources dedicated to delivering the delivery orders.
In this embodiment, the information of the target area range and the information of the predetermined distance range may be provided by the server.
Step S204: and if the historical position of the target delivery resource is determined to be outside the range of the target area and the current position of the target delivery resource is determined to be within the range of the target area, sending a request message for indicating that the state of the target delivery resource is required to be set to be the state waiting for taking the target order to the server.
Specifically, if it is determined that the historical location of the target delivery resource is outside the target area range and the current location of the target delivery resource is within the target area range, sending a request message to the server to indicate that the status of the target delivery resource is required to be set to a status waiting for taking the target order may refer to: and if the historical position of the target delivery resource is determined to be outside the range of the target area, the current position of the target delivery resource is determined to be inside the range of the target area, and the current time is the time for the target entity object to take over the delivery order, sending a request message for indicating that the state of the target delivery resource is required to be set to be the state waiting for taking over the target order to the server.
Before setting the status of the target delivery resource to the status of waiting for taking over the target order, it may be determined whether the target delivery resource confirms that the status of the target delivery resource is set to the status of waiting for taking over the target order when the location of the target delivery resource is within the target area.
Specifically, as a way for the target delivery resource to confirm in the target application that the status of the target delivery resource is set to a status waiting for taking over the target order, the following way may be adopted: and in response to detecting that the target delivery resource confirms the target function of which the state is set to be the state of accepting the target order when the position of the target delivery resource is within the range of the target area, saving confirmation information of the target delivery resource for the target function.
In addition, as a method for confirming that the status of the target delivery resource is set to the status of waiting for taking over the target order in the target application, the target delivery resource may be: showing inquiry information for indicating whether the state of the target delivery resource is set to be a state waiting for taking over the target order or not to the target delivery resource; and obtaining the confirmation information of the target delivery resource for the inquiry information in response to detecting the confirmation operation of the target delivery resource for the inquiry information.
Specifically, the step of presenting, to the target delivery resource, query information indicating whether to set the status of the target delivery resource to a status waiting for taking the target order may be: and when the position of the target delivery resource is within the range of the target area, the inquiry information is displayed to the target delivery resource.
After the target delivery resource confirms that the status of the target delivery resource is set to the status waiting for taking over the target order when the location of the target delivery resource is within the target area range, as a way of sending a request message indicating that the status of the target delivery resource is set to the status waiting for taking over the target order to the server if it is determined that the historical location of the target delivery resource is outside the target area range and the current location of the target delivery resource is within the target area range, the method may include: and if the target delivery resource confirms that the state of the target delivery resource is set to be the state waiting for taking over the target order when the position of the target delivery resource is located within the range of the target area, and if the historical position of the target delivery resource is determined to be located outside the range of the target area and the current position of the target delivery resource is determined to be located within the range of the target area, sending a request message for indicating that the state of the target delivery resource is required to be set to be the state waiting for taking over the target order to the server.
Specifically, determining whether the target delivery resource confirms that the position of the target delivery resource is within the target area range, and setting the state of the target delivery resource to a state of waiting for taking over the target order may refer to: first, first prompt information for indicating whether to confirm that the status of the target delivery resource is set to be a status of waiting for taking over the target order when the position of the target delivery resource is within the target area is presented.
And then, if the confirmation operation of the target delivery resource for the first prompt message is detected, determining that the target delivery resource confirms that the state of the target delivery resource is set to be in a state of waiting for taking over the target order when the position of the target delivery resource is within the range of the target area.
Or if the denial operation of the target delivery resources to the first prompt message is detected, determining that the target delivery resources deny that the state of the target delivery resources is set to be in a state of waiting for taking over the target order when the position of the target delivery resources is within the range of the target area.
In addition, in the present embodiment, in order to further confirm that the target order can be allocated to the target delivery resource, it may be further determined whether the status of the target delivery resource has the authority to be set to the status waiting for taking over the target order.
If it is determined that the historical location of the target delivery resource is outside the target area range and the current location of the target delivery resource is within the target area range, sending a request message to the server to indicate that the status of the target delivery resource is requested to be set to a status waiting for taking the target order may refer to: if the status of the target delivery resource has the authority to be set to the status waiting for taking over the target order, and if it is determined that the historical location of the target delivery resource is outside the target area range and the current location of the target delivery resource is within the target area range, a request message indicating that the status of the target delivery resource is requested to be set to the status waiting for taking over the target order is transmitted to the server.
The authority for determining whether the state of the target delivery resource has the state of waiting to receive the target order may be: and judging whether the target delivery resource is a delivery resource special for delivering the delivery order. If the target delivery resource is determined to be a delivery resource dedicated to delivering the delivery order, determining that the status of the target delivery resource has the authority to be set to the status waiting to take over the target order, otherwise, determining that the status of the target delivery resource does not have the authority to be set to the status waiting to take over the target order.
As a right to determine whether the state of the target delivery resource has a state of waiting to take over the target order, there may be: sending a second request message for inquiring whether the state of the target distribution resource has the authority set to be in the state of waiting for taking the target order to the server; and obtaining second result information which is returned by the server and used for indicating whether the state of the target delivery resource has the authority set to be in the state of waiting for taking the target order.
Step S205: and obtaining a confirmation message returned by the server and aiming at the request information that the state of the target delivery resource is set to be the state of waiting for taking over the target order.
After obtaining the confirmation message, playing the confirmation message in voice; and/or presenting the confirmation message.
After obtaining the confirmation message of the request information for setting the state of the target delivery resource to the state waiting for taking over the target order, which is returned by the server, the state of the target delivery resource is set to the state waiting for taking over the target order.
As another way of setting the status of the target delivery resource to the status of waiting to take over the target order, in response to detecting a trigger operation for applying for setting the status of the target delivery resource to the status of waiting to take over the target order, if it is determined that the current location of the target delivery resource is within the target area range, the status of the target delivery resource is set to the status of waiting to take over the target order.
In addition, it is also necessary to determine whether the current location of the target delivery resource matches the address information of the target entity object. And when the current position of the target delivery resource is matched with the address information of the target entity object, setting the state of the target delivery resource to be in a state of waiting for taking the target order.
After the status of the target delivery resources is set to the status waiting for taking over the target order, the target order needs to be allocated for the target delivery resources. As one way to obtain a target order for allocation of target delivery resources: obtaining second prompt information which is provided by the server and used for indicating that the target order is distributed to the target distribution resources; and simultaneously, the second prompt message is played or displayed in voice.
When the information processing method of the embodiment of the application is used, the current position of the target delivery resource is detected, and the historical position of the target delivery resource is obtained, if the historical position of the target delivery resource is located outside the range of the target area and the current position is located within the range of the target area, a request message for indicating that the state of the target delivery resource is required to be set to the state waiting for taking over the target order is sent to the server, and a confirmation message of the request information, which is returned by the server and aims at setting the state of the target delivery resource to the state waiting for taking over the target order, is obtained. Second embodiment
Similarly to the first embodiment, the second embodiment of the present application provides another information processing method. Different from the first embodiment, an execution main body of the embodiment is a server, and the same parts as the first embodiment in the second embodiment will not be described again, specifically refer to the relevant parts of the first embodiment.
Please refer to fig. 3, which is a flowchart illustrating an information processing method according to a second embodiment of the present application.
Step S301: and obtaining current position information of the target distribution resources provided by the target terminal application and historical positions of the target distribution resources corresponding to time points before the current time point corresponding to the current position. Step S302: whether the historical position of the target delivery resource is outside the range of the target area and whether the current position of the target delivery resource is within the range of the target area is judged. Step S303: and if the historical position of the target delivery resource is determined to be outside the range of the target area and the current position of the target delivery resource is determined to be within the range of the target area, sending a notification message to the target terminal application, wherein the notification message sets the state of the target delivery resource to be a state waiting for taking the target order.
In this embodiment, the method further includes: and obtaining the information of the target area range, and providing the information of the target area range to the target terminal application.
As one way to obtain the information of the target area range, it may refer to: acquiring information of a target signing entity object having a distribution signing relationship with a target distribution resource; and acquiring the information of the target area range based on the area range information corresponding to the target signing entity object.
In this embodiment, the method further includes: and obtaining the information of the region range to which the current position of the target distribution resource belongs.

In this embodiment, as a primary step of the information processing method, the current location of the target delivery resource is first detected. In this embodiment, the target delivery resource may be a rider or a deliverer who takes the order and delivers the order. Detecting the current location of the target delivery resource actually refers to detecting the current location of the current rider.
As one way of detecting the current position of the current rider, it may be to detect the current position of a terminal for taking an order, which is carried by the current rider. Specifically, detecting the current position of the current rider may refer to detecting the current position of the current rider on a target application on the terminal side.
There are various ways for the target application of the terminal to detect the current position of the current rider, and one way may be that the target application of the terminal initiates the right to obtain the current position information to a module of the terminal for positioning. Then, based on the obtained authority, the current position of the current rider is obtained. The module for positioning of the terminal may be a positioning system installed at the terminal, such as: gps (global Positioning system), i.e. global Positioning system, or also beidou satellite Positioning system. Of course, the current position of the current rider may also be obtained in other manners as a manner of detecting the current position of the current rider, and in this embodiment, the manner of detecting the current position of the current rider is not limited.
Step S602: and if the position of the target delivery resource detected before is positioned outside the range of the target area and the current position is positioned inside the range of the target area, adding the target delivery resource into a delivery resource queue waiting for taking the target order.
In this embodiment, the target area range is an area range corresponding to at least one target entity object, and the target order is a delivery order for delivering an object provided by the at least one target entity object. The target entity object may be a merchant or a store such as a supermarket for receiving the user order. The target area range can be an area range corresponding to an address where a merchant or supermarket is located. The target order may refer to an order of an object to be delivered in a merchant or a supermarket, where the object may refer to a commodity of the merchant or the supermarket, and of course, may also refer to a meal of the merchant.
In this embodiment, the area range corresponding to the target entity object may be any one of the following:
a region range having a distance to the target solid object within a predetermined distance range; or, the regional scope formed by the address information set with the distance between the target entity object and the target entity object within the preset distance scope; or, the geographical region range where the target entity object is located; or the target entity object takes the area range of the delivery order.
For example, the delivery task of the rider is to take an order of supermarket a, i.e. supermarket a is the target entity object. A circular area covered by taking the position of the supermarket a as a circle center and taking 400 meters away from the position of the supermarket a as a radius can be taken as a target area range of the supermarket a, which is an example of an area range with a distance between the target entity object and the target entity object within a predetermined distance range. For another example, all address information in a circular area covered by taking the position of the supermarket a as a center of a circle and taking 400 meters from the position of the supermarket a as a radius is taken as a target area range of the supermarket a, which is an example of an area range formed by an address information set with a distance to a target entity object within a predetermined distance range. The address information may refer to address information of other merchants, and may also be address information of other roads or address information of traffic nodes. Another example is: the geographical area range of the supermarket a is used as the target area range of the supermarket a, the geographical area range can be a community or a street or a business district where the address of the supermarket a is located, and the target area range of the supermarket a can be obtained based on the community or the street or the business district where the address of the supermarket a is located, and the target area range is an example of the geographical area range where the target entity object is located. For another example, some supermarkets or merchants may define an area range for receiving delivery orders by themselves, and if the supermarket a defines an area range for receiving delivery orders, the area range for receiving delivery orders defined by the supermarket a may also be used as a target area range of the supermarket a, which is an example of the area range for receiving delivery orders by the target entity object.
Specifically, the predetermined distance range is determined based on historical address information when the delivery resources take over historical delivery orders for delivering objects provided by the target entity objects, or the predetermined distance range is determined based on historical target delivery address information corresponding to historical delivery orders for delivering objects provided by the target entity objects, or the predetermined distance range is determined based on historical delivery characteristic information of the delivery resources dedicated to delivering the delivery orders.
The historical address information when the delivery resource accepts the historical delivery order for delivering the object provided by the target entity object may be a historical address where the rider received the order at a historical time. The historical target delivery address information corresponding to the historical delivery order for delivering the object provided by the target entity object may be target address information to which all previous orders of the supermarket a are delivered, and the predetermined distance range may be obtained based on the target address information.
The information of the target area range may be provided by the server, and the server stores the information of the target area range in advance and then provides the information of the target area range to the terminal. Meanwhile, the server can also provide information of a preset distance range.
To further enable the rider to take the order at the current time, when the current position of the rider is within the target area, the current time is also determined as the time for the target entity object to take the delivery order. And if the current time is the time for the target entity object to take over the delivery order, adding the target delivery resource into a delivery resource queue waiting for taking over the target order.
Specifically, adding the target delivery resource to the delivery resource queue waiting to receive the target order may be: firstly, sending a first request message for requesting to add target distribution resources into a distribution resource queue waiting for taking over a target order to a server; and then, first result information returned by the server and used for indicating that the target delivery resources are added into a delivery resource queue waiting for taking over the target orders is obtained. After the first result information is obtained, it can be determined whether the target delivery resource is added to the delivery resource queue waiting to receive the target order.
In order to further facilitate the rider to obtain the first result information, the first result information may be played in a target application of the terminal through voice, or may be presented on an interface in the target application. Of course, the above-mentioned manner of displaying and playing the first result information may be performed simultaneously.
In order to further confirm that the current rider can take over the order of the supermarket a, in this embodiment, it may be further determined in advance whether the current rider confirms that the rider is added into the distribution resource queue waiting for taking over the target order when the position of the rider is within the target area range. For example, an information confirmation box may pop up in the target application, and when the rider clicks on the confirmation, the rider is added to the rider queue waiting to take the target order.
As a way for the rider to confirm in the target application that the rider is joining the rider to the queue of delivery resources waiting to take over the target order, the following can be followed: and in response to the confirmation operation of the target function of joining the current rider to a delivery resource queue waiting for taking over the target order when the position of the current rider for the current rider is detected to be within the range of the target area, saving the confirmation information of the current rider for the target function.
In addition, as a way for the rider to confirm in the target application that the rider is added to the queue of delivery resources waiting to take over the target order, it may be: presenting, to the current rider, inquiry information indicating whether to join the current rider in a queue of delivery resources waiting to receive the target order; then, in response to detection of a confirmation operation of the current rider for the inquiry information, confirmation information of the current rider for the inquiry information is obtained. Specifically, the inquiry information may be presented to the current rider when the position of the current rider is within the target area.
Therefore, if the position of the previously detected target delivery resource is outside the target area range and the current position is inside the target area range, adding the target delivery resource to the delivery resource queue waiting to receive the target order may be: and if the target delivery resource confirms that the target delivery resource is added to the delivery resource queue waiting to take over the target order when the position of the target delivery resource is located within the range of the target area, and if the position of the target delivery resource detected before is located outside the range of the target area and the current position is located within the range of the target area, the target delivery resource is added to the delivery resource queue waiting to take over the target order.
More specifically, the step of determining whether the target delivery resource confirms that the target delivery resource is added to the delivery resource queue waiting to receive the target order when the position of the target delivery resource is within the target area may be: and displaying first prompt information for indicating whether to confirm whether to add the target delivery resource into a delivery resource queue waiting for taking the target order when the position of the target delivery resource is within the range of the target area. If the confirmation operation of the target delivery resources for the first prompt message is detected, determining that the target delivery resources confirm that the target delivery resources are added into a delivery resource queue waiting for taking the target order when the position of the target delivery resources is within the range of the target area;
and if the denial operation of the target delivery resources for the first prompt message is detected, determining that the target delivery resources deny that the target delivery resources are added into a delivery resource queue waiting for taking the target orders when the position of the target delivery resources is within the range of the target area.
In summary, if it is detected that the current rider is confirmed in the target application for the first prompt message if the rider is added to the rider waiting to take the target order when the position of the rider is within the target area range, and if the previously detected position of the rider is outside the target area range and the current position is within the target area range, the rider is added to the rider queue waiting to take the target order. If it is detected that the current rider is denied in the target application for the first prompt message if the rider is added to the rider waiting to take the target order when the position of the rider is within the target area range, and if the previously detected position of the rider is outside the target area range and the current position is within the target area range, the rider is not added to the rider queue waiting to take the target order.
In addition, in order to further confirm that the order of supermarket a can be assigned to the current rider, it can also be confirmed whether the current rider has the right to join in the rider queue waiting to take the target order of supermarket a. That is, whether the target delivery resource has the right to join in the delivery resource queue waiting to receive the target order is judged.
If the position of the target delivery resource detected before is outside the target area range and the current position is inside the target area range, adding the target delivery resource into a delivery resource queue waiting to take the target order, which may be: if the target delivery resource has the authority to be added to the delivery resource queue waiting to take over the target order, and if the position of the target delivery resource detected before is outside the target area range and the current position is within the target area range, adding the target delivery resource to the delivery resource queue waiting to take over the target order.
The above-mentioned determining whether the target delivery resource has the authority to join in the delivery resource queue waiting to accept the target order may be according to the following description: first, it is determined whether the target delivery resource is a delivery resource dedicated to delivering the delivery order, that is: whether the current rider is a rider dedicated to delivering the order. If the target delivery resource is determined to be a delivery resource dedicated to delivering the delivery order, determining that the target delivery resource has the authority to join the delivery resource queue waiting to take over the target order, otherwise, determining that the target delivery resource does not have the authority to join the delivery resource queue waiting to take over the target order.
As one way to determine whether a target delivery resource has authority to join a queue of delivery resources waiting to take a target order: sending a second request message for inquiring whether the target delivery resource has the authority of being added into a delivery resource queue waiting for taking over the target order to the server; and obtaining second result information returned by the server and used for indicating whether the target delivery resource has the authority of being added into the delivery resource queue waiting for taking over the target order. The target application of the terminal can send the second request information to the server before detecting the current position of the current rider, and can also send the second request information to the server when or after obtaining that the current position of the rider is within the target area range, so as to inquire whether the current rider has the authority of being added into a rider queue waiting for accepting the target order.
As another way to add the target delivery resource to the delivery resource queue waiting to receive the target order, in response to detecting a trigger operation for applying for adding the target delivery resource to the delivery resource queue waiting to receive the target order, if the current location of the target delivery resource is determined to be within the target area, the target delivery resource may be added to the delivery resource queue waiting to receive the target order. In this process, the current rider may join the rider queue waiting to take over the target order by triggering a request by the target application, thereby causing the target application to join the current rider to the rider queue waiting to take over the target order.
In addition, adding the target delivery resource into the delivery resource queue waiting to take the target order may also be: and when the current position of the target delivery resource is matched with the address information of the target entity object, adding the target delivery resource into a delivery resource queue waiting for taking the target order. For example: when detecting that the current position of the current rider is located at the address of the supermarket A, the current rider can be directly added into a rider queue waiting to take the target order.
And after the current rider is dispatched, the target application of the terminal can also obtain second prompt information which is provided by the server and used for indicating that the target order is distributed to the current rider. Meanwhile, the second prompt message can be played or displayed in the target application through voice.
To prevent the current rider from leaving the target area range during the addition to the rider queue waiting to take over the target order, the target application of the terminal may detect the current position of the target delivery resource that has joined the delivery resource queue waiting to take over the target order. If the current location is outside the target area range, or if the current location of the target delivery resource cannot be detected, the target delivery resource is removed from the delivery resource queue.
Specifically, if the current location is outside the target area range, the target delivery resource is removed from the delivery resource queue, which may be: and if the current position is located outside the target area range and the times that the position of the target delivery resource is detected to be located outside the target area range within the preset time before the current time meet the first preset condition, removing the target delivery resource from the delivery resource queue. For example: the preset condition is that the position of the current rider is detected 10 times in every 5 minutes, and the current rider can be removed from the rider queue as long as the current rider is out of the target area range for 6 times in the detection result. In actual testing, it was found that there were 8 times when the current rider was outside the target area, satisfying the above 6 times, and it could be removed from the rider queue.
If the current location of the target delivery resource cannot be detected, as a way to remove the target delivery resource from the delivery resource queue, the following may be used: and if the current position of the target delivery resource cannot be detected and the number of times that the position of the target delivery resource cannot be detected within the preset time length before the current time meets a second preset condition, removing the target delivery resource from the delivery resource queue. For example: if the current rider is currently detected outside the target zone range, and the current rider is detected outside the target zone range multiple times or all times within the previous 5 minutes, it may be removed from the rider queue.
Specifically, as an embodiment for removing the target delivery resource from the delivery resource queue, the following may be implemented: and sending a request message for removing the target delivery resource from the delivery resource queue to the server. And then, obtaining result information returned by the server and used for indicating that the target delivery resource is removed from the delivery resource queue.
After the target delivery resource is removed from the delivery resource queue, a prompt indicating that the order for the target delivery resource is to be stopped may be presented in the target application.
If the current rider receives the prompt message through the target application, the display of the prompt message can be cancelled in response to the detection of the confirmation operation for the prompt message. Specifically, prompt information for indicating that the order dispatching for the target delivery resource is stopped may be presented on the target application of the terminal. And when the target application of the terminal responds to the detection of the started triggering operation, displaying the prompt information. The prompt information includes information for prompting that the target application of the terminal is not to be closed after the target delivery resource is added to the delivery resource queue.
More specifically, the prompt includes reason information to stop dispatching orders for the target delivery resources.
In this embodiment, another way to remove the target delivery resource from the delivery resource queue waiting to take the target order is also involved. In practice, this approach is to remove the target delivery resources from the delivery resource queue waiting to take over the target order through the administrator's terminal. Namely, the execution subject of the removal mode is the terminal of the administrator. The administrator may refer to a person corresponding to a management resource of a distribution mechanism to which the management target distribution resource belongs.
Specifically, the removal manner is described as follows. First, a third request message sent by the first terminal application for requesting to remove the target delivery resource from the delivery resource queue waiting to take over the target order is obtained. Thereafter, in response to the third request message, the target delivery resource is removed from the delivery resource queue waiting to fill the target order. The first terminal is the terminal of the administrator. The terminal referred to in the foregoing is the one used by the rider to receive the order, and is different from the rider.
The third request message comprises reason information for removing the target delivery resources from the delivery resource queue waiting for taking over the target order; specifically, in response to the third request message, the target delivery resource is removed from the delivery resource queue waiting to receive the target order, which may be: and if the reason information meets the condition that the target delivery resource is removed from the delivery resource queue waiting to take over the target order, removing the target delivery resource from the delivery resource queue waiting to take over the target order.
In this removal mode, the method further includes: and sending third prompt information for indicating that the target delivery resources are removed from the delivery resource queue waiting for taking over the target orders to the terminal application corresponding to the target delivery resources.
The third prompt message includes at least one of the following messages: removing the target delivery resources from a delivery resource queue waiting for taking over the target order; and forbidding the target delivery resource from adding the time length information of the delivery resource queue.
In addition, the removing method further comprises the following steps: acquiring a request message which is sent by a terminal application corresponding to a target distribution resource and used for requesting to join a distribution resource queue waiting for carrying a target order; and if the time interval between the moment when the target distribution resource is removed from the distribution resource queue and the current moment is determined not to exceed the duration information, sending fourth prompt information for indicating that the target distribution resource is refused to be added into the distribution resource queue to the terminal application corresponding to the target distribution resource.
Specifically, the fourth prompting message includes at least one of the following: reason information used for prompting to refuse to add the target delivery resources into the delivery resource queue; and the residual duration information is used for prompting the time when the distance allows the target distribution resource to be added into the distribution resource queue.
When the information processing method of the embodiment of the application is used, the current position of the target delivery resource can be detected, and if the previously detected position of the target delivery resource is outside the range of the target area and the current position is within the range of the target area, the target delivery resource is added into a delivery resource queue waiting for taking the target order. Therefore, the order taking of the rider when the rider leaves the target area range can be avoided, and the order taking in the target area range is guaranteed.
Eighth embodiment
The eighth embodiment of the present application provides another information processing method, and the information processing method of the eighth embodiment has been described in detail in the first embodiment and the fifth embodiment, and the relevant description of this part is only illustrative, and the relevant part refers to the first embodiment and the fifth embodiment. In this embodiment, the first terminal application is a terminal application corresponding to a management resource of a distribution mechanism to which a management target distribution resource belongs.
In the embodiment, by obtaining a third request message sent by the first terminal application for requesting that the state of the target delivery resources is modified from the state of waiting for taking a target order to the state of not waiting for taking a target order, the state of the target delivery resources is modified from the state of waiting for taking a target order to the state of not waiting for taking a target order in response to the third request message. Therefore, the method of the embodiment can remove some riders in the queue in time, and other riders can be guaranteed to queue and receive orders normally.

Optionally, the target area range is an area range corresponding to at least one target entity object, and the target order is a delivery order for delivering an object provided by the at least one target entity object.
Optionally, the area range corresponding to the target entity object includes: a region range having a distance to the target physical object within a predetermined distance range; or, the regional scope is formed by the address information set with the distance between the regional scope and the target entity object within the preset distance scope; or, the geographical area range where the target entity object is located; or the target entity object takes over the area range of the delivery order.

Optionally, the modifying unit is specifically configured to: and if the current position is located outside the range of the target area and the number of times that the position of the target delivery resource is detected to be located outside the range of the target area within the preset time before the current time meets a first preset condition, changing the state of the target delivery resource from the state of waiting for taking the target order to the state of not waiting for taking the target order.

Since the present embodiment sets the current position of the target delivery resource in the state of waiting to take over the target order by detecting the status, if the current position is outside the range of the target area, or if the current position of the target delivery resource cannot be detected, the status of the target delivery resource is changed from the state of waiting to take over the target order to the state of not waiting to take over the target order. Therefore, the order taking of the rider when the rider leaves the target area range can be avoided, and the order taking in the target area range is guaranteed.
Sixteenth embodiment
A sixteenth embodiment of the present application corresponds to the eighth embodiment of the present application and further provides an information processing apparatus. Optionally, the third request message includes reason information for removing the target delivery resource from the delivery resource queue waiting for taking over the target order; the modification unit is specifically configured to: and if the reason information meets the condition that the state of the target delivery resources is changed from the state of waiting for taking over the target orders to the state of not waiting for taking over the target orders, changing the state of the target delivery resources from the state of waiting for taking over the target orders to the state of not waiting for taking over the target orders.

Optionally, the fourth prompt message includes at least one of the following messages: reason information for prompting to refuse to set the state of the target delivery resource to a state of waiting for taking over a target order; and the residual duration information is used for prompting the time when the distance is allowed to set the state of the target distribution resource to the state of waiting for taking the target order.
Optionally, the first terminal application is a terminal application corresponding to a management resource of a distribution mechanism to which the target distribution resource belongs.
In the embodiment, by obtaining a third request message sent by the first terminal application for requesting that the state of the target delivery resources is modified from the state of waiting for taking a target order to the state of not waiting for taking a target order, the state of the target delivery resources is modified from the state of waiting for taking a target order to the state of not waiting for taking a target order in response to the third request message. Therefore, the device of the embodiment can remove some riders in the queue in time, and other riders can be guaranteed to queue and receive orders normally.
Seventeenth embodiment
Corresponding to the eighth embodiment, a seventeenth embodiment of the present application further provides an information processing method, where an execution main body of the eighth embodiment is a server, and the execution main body of the eighth embodiment is a terminal that targets a resource to be distributed.
The method comprises the following steps: sending a fourth request message for requesting to modify the state of target delivery resources from the state of waiting for taking a target order to the state of not waiting for taking the target order to the server, wherein the target delivery resources are delivery resources previously modified to the state of not waiting for taking the target order, and the target order is an order for delivering an object provided by a target entity object; and obtaining reason information which is returned by the server and refuses to set the state of the target delivery resource to be in a state of waiting for taking over the target order, wherein the reason information comprises information which is used for indicating that the time interval between the time when the state of the target delivery resource is set to be in the state of not waiting for taking over the target order and the current time does not exceed a preset time interval.
In this embodiment, the obtaining of the reason information for rejecting setting the state of the target distribution resource to the state of waiting for taking over the target order, which is returned by the server, includes; and if the time interval between the time when the state of the target distribution resource is set to be the state not waiting for taking the target order and the current time is determined not to exceed the duration information, obtaining reason information for refusing to set the state of the target distribution resource to be the state waiting for taking the target order, which is returned by the server.
This embodiment still includes: playing the reason information in a voice mode; and/or, displaying the reason information.
Eighteenth embodiment
An eighteenth embodiment of the present application corresponds to the seventeenth embodiment of the present application and further provides an information processing apparatus. Since the device embodiment is substantially similar to the seventeenth embodiment, it is relatively simple to describe, and reference may be made to the part of the seventeenth embodiment for relevant points. The device embodiments described below are merely illustrative.
The device of the embodiment comprises: a request message sending unit, configured to send, to a server, a fourth request message for requesting that a state of a target delivery resource be modified from a state of waiting for taking a target order to a state of not waiting for taking the target order, where the target delivery resource is a delivery resource previously modified to a state of not waiting for taking the target order, and the target order is an order for delivering an object provided by a target entity object; and the reason information obtaining unit is used for obtaining reason information which is returned by the server and refuses to set the state of the target delivery resource to the state waiting for taking over the target order, and the reason information comprises information which is used for indicating that the time interval between the time when the state of the target delivery resource is set to the state not waiting for taking over the target order and the current time does not exceed a preset time interval.
Optionally, the reason information obtaining unit is specifically configured to obtain the reason information; and if the time interval between the time when the state of the target distribution resource is set to be the state not waiting for taking the target order and the current time is determined not to exceed the duration information, obtaining reason information for refusing to set the state of the target distribution resource to be the state waiting for taking the target order, which is returned by the server.
Optionally, the method further includes: a reason information playing and displaying unit; the reason information playing and displaying unit is specifically configured to: playing the reason information in a voice mode; and/or, displaying the reason information.
Nineteenth embodiment
Corresponding to the methods of the first to eighth embodiments and the seventeenth embodiment of the present application, the nineteenth embodiment of the present application further provides an electronic device.

Claims (20)

1. An information processing method characterized by comprising:
detecting the current position of the target distribution resource;
obtaining a historical position of a target distribution resource corresponding to a time point before a current time point corresponding to the current position;
judging whether the historical position of the target delivery resource is outside the range of a target area or not and whether the current position of the target delivery resource is within the range of the target area or not;
if the historical position of the target delivery resource is determined to be outside the target area range and the current position of the target delivery resource is determined to be within the target area range, sending a request message for indicating that the state of the target delivery resource is required to be set to be a state waiting for taking a target order to a server;
and obtaining a confirmation message which is returned by the server and aims at the request information that the state of the target delivery resource is set to be the state of waiting for carrying the target order.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
in response to detecting that the target delivery resource is in the target area, setting the state of the target delivery resource to a confirmation operation of a target function waiting for taking a target order, and when the position of the target delivery resource is within the target area, saving confirmation information of the target delivery resource for the target function.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, further comprising: judging whether the target distribution resources confirm that the positions of the target distribution resources are within the range of a target area or not, and setting the state of the target distribution resources as a state waiting for carrying a target order;
if the historical position of the target delivery resource is determined to be outside the target area range and the current position of the target delivery resource is determined to be within the target area range, sending a request message to a server for indicating that the state of the target delivery resource is required to be set to be a state waiting for taking a target order, wherein the method comprises the following steps: and if the target delivery resource confirms that the state of the target delivery resource is set to be a state waiting for taking over target orders when the position of the target delivery resource is located within the range of the target area, and if the historical position of the target delivery resource is determined to be located outside the range of the target area and the current position of the target delivery resource is determined to be located within the range of the target area, sending a request message for indicating that the state of the target delivery resource is required to be set to be the state waiting for taking over target orders to a server.
4. An information processing method characterized by comprising:
acquiring current position information of target distribution resources provided by a target terminal application and historical positions of the target distribution resources corresponding to time points before the current time point corresponding to the current position;
judging whether the historical position of the target delivery resource is outside the range of a target area or not and whether the current position of the target delivery resource is within the range of the target area or not;
and if the historical position of the target delivery resource is determined to be outside the target area range and the current position of the target delivery resource is determined to be within the target area range, sending a notification message for setting the state of the target delivery resource to a state waiting for taking a target order to the target terminal application.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising: and obtaining the information of the target area range, and providing the information of the target area range for the target terminal application.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the obtaining information of the target area range comprises:
obtaining information of a target signing entity object having a distribution signing relationship with the target distribution resource;
and acquiring the information of the target area range based on the area range information corresponding to the target signing entity object.
7. The method of claim 4, further comprising: obtaining the information of the region range to which the current position of the target distribution resource belongs;
the sending, to the target terminal application, a notification message that sets the state of the target delivery resource to a state of waiting for taking over a target order includes: and sending a notification message for setting the state of the target distribution resource to a state of waiting for taking over the target order in the region range to which the target distribution resource belongs to the target terminal application.
8. The method of claim 4, further comprising: obtaining a plurality of candidate target area range information;
matching the current position information of the target distribution resources with the range information of the candidate target areas to obtain the range information of the target candidate areas to which the current position of the target distribution resources belongs;
the sending, to the target terminal application, a notification message that sets the state of the target delivery resource to a state of waiting for taking over a target order includes:
and sending a notification message to the target terminal application, wherein the notification message sets the state of the target distribution resource to be in a state of waiting for taking over the target order in the target candidate area range to which the target distribution resource belongs.
9. An information processing method characterized by comprising:
detecting the current position of the target distribution resource;
judging whether the current position of the target distribution resource is within the range of a target area or not, wherein the state of the target distribution resource is not set as a state waiting for carrying a target order;
if the current position of the target delivery resource is determined to be within the range of the target area and the state of the target delivery resource is not set to be the state waiting for taking a target order, sending a request message for indicating that the state of the target delivery resource is set to be the state waiting for taking the target order to a server;
and obtaining a confirmation message which is returned by the server and aims at the request information that the state of the target delivery resource is set to be the state of waiting for carrying the target order.
10. An information processing method characterized by comprising:
obtaining current position information of target distribution resources provided by target terminal application;
judging whether the current position of the target distribution resource is within the range of a target area or not, wherein the state of the target distribution resource is not set as a state waiting for carrying a target order;
and if the current position of the target delivery resource is determined to be located in the target area range and the state of the target delivery resource is not set to be the state waiting for taking the target order, sending a notification message for setting the state of the target delivery resource to be the state waiting for taking the target order to the target terminal application.
11. An information processing method characterized by comprising:
detecting the current position of a target delivery resource in a state of waiting for carrying a target order, wherein the target order is an order for delivering an object provided by a target entity object;
if the current position is located outside a target area range, or if the current position of the target delivery resource cannot be detected, modifying the state of the target delivery resource from a state of waiting for taking a target order to a state of not waiting for taking the target order, wherein the target area range is an area range corresponding to the target entity object.
12. An information processing method characterized by comprising:
obtaining a third request message sent by a first terminal application and used for requesting to change the state of target delivery resources from the state of waiting for taking over a target order to the state of not waiting for taking over the target order, wherein the target order is an order for delivering an object provided by a target entity object;
and responding to the third request message, and changing the state of the target delivery resources from the state of waiting for taking over the target orders to the state of not waiting for taking over the target orders.
13. An information processing apparatus characterized by comprising:
a current position detection unit for detecting the current position of the target distribution resource;
a historical position detection unit, configured to obtain a historical position of the target distribution resource corresponding to a time point before a current time point corresponding to the current position;
the judging unit is used for judging whether the historical position of the target delivery resource is positioned outside a target area range or not and whether the current position of the target delivery resource is positioned within the target area range or not;
a request message sending unit, configured to send, to a server, a request message indicating that the status of the target delivery resource is required to be set as a status waiting for taking a target order if it is determined that the historical location of the target delivery resource is outside the target area range and the current location of the target delivery resource is within the target area range;
and the confirmation message obtaining unit is used for obtaining a confirmation message which is returned by the server and aims at the request information that the state of the target distribution resource is set to be the state of waiting for carrying the target order.
14. An information processing apparatus characterized by comprising:
a location obtaining unit, configured to obtain current location information of a target distribution resource provided by a target terminal application and a historical location of the target distribution resource corresponding to a time point before a current time point corresponding to the current location;
the judging unit is used for judging whether the historical position of the target delivery resource is positioned outside a target area range or not and whether the current position of the target delivery resource is positioned within the target area range or not;
and a notification message sending unit, configured to send a notification message to the target terminal application, where the notification message sets the status of the target delivery resource to a status waiting for taking a target order, if it is determined that the historical location of the target delivery resource is outside the target area range and the current location of the target delivery resource is within the target area range.
15. An information processing apparatus characterized by comprising:
a current position detection unit for detecting the current position of the target distribution resource;
the judging unit is used for judging whether the current position of the target distribution resource is located in a target area range or not, and the state of the target distribution resource is not set to be a state waiting for carrying a target order;
a request message sending unit, configured to send, to a server, a request message indicating that the state of the target delivery resource is set to be a state of waiting for taking a target order if it is determined that the current position of the target delivery resource is within the target area range and the state of the target delivery resource is not set to be the state of waiting for taking the target order;
and the confirmation message obtaining unit is used for obtaining a confirmation message which is returned by the server and aims at the request information that the state of the target distribution resource is set to be the state of waiting for carrying the target order.
16. An information processing apparatus characterized by comprising:
the system comprises a position obtaining unit, a position obtaining unit and a resource distributing unit, wherein the position obtaining unit is used for obtaining current position information of target distribution resources provided by a target terminal application;
the judging unit is used for judging whether the current position of the target distribution resource is located in a target area range or not, and the state of the target distribution resource is not set to be a state waiting for carrying a target order;
and a notification message sending unit, configured to send a notification message that sets the state of the target delivery resource to a state of waiting for taking a target order to the target terminal application if it is determined that the current position of the target delivery resource is within the target area range and the state of the target delivery resource is not set to the state of waiting for taking the target order.
17. An information processing apparatus characterized by comprising:
the system comprises a detection unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the detection unit is used for detecting the current position of a target distribution resource with a state of waiting for carrying a target order, and the target order is an order for distributing an object provided by a target entity object;
and a modifying unit, configured to modify, if the current location is outside a target area range, or if the current location of the target delivery resource cannot be detected, a state of the target delivery resource from a state of waiting to receive a target order to a state of not waiting to receive the target order, where the target area range is an area range corresponding to the target entity object.
18. An information processing apparatus characterized by comprising:
a modification request obtaining unit, configured to obtain a third request message sent by the first terminal application, where the third request message is used to request that a state of the target delivery resource is modified from a state of waiting for taking a target order to a state of not waiting for taking the target order, where the target order is an order for delivering an object provided by a target entity object;
and a modifying unit, configured to modify, in response to the third request message, a state of the target delivery resource from a state of waiting to receive a target order to a state of not waiting to receive the target order.
19. An electronic device, comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing a computer program to be executed by the processor for performing the information processing method of any one of claims 1 to 12.
20. A computer storage medium, characterized in that the computer storage medium stores a computer program that is executed by a processor to execute the information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 12.
