s203: the server stores the image-text evidence added with the time stamp and the case code into a database;

s301: uploading case files through an operation terminal, and associating the case files with the image-text evidences;
s302: preparing case codes for the cases;
s303: extracting the case and the corresponding image-text evidence from the database according to the case coding information when reading the case coding;
the law enforcement quantification statistic program, when executed by a processor, performs the following operations:
s401: and counting the task chains corresponding to the operation terminals, and performing statistical analysis on each processing flow in each task chain.
