a law enforcement and case handling closed loop system is further arranged in the server, a plurality of task chains are stored in the law enforcement and case handling closed loop system, and each task chain comprises 1 st to N th processing flows of receiving and processing alarms, distributing police situations, receiving and setting cases, surveying and obtaining evidences, enforcement measures, case-related article management, case ending, case quality evaluation and the like which are sequentially arranged;
a law enforcement full-process management and control program, a video and audio management program, a case management function program, a case-related article management program, a law enforcement quantitative statistical program and a data integration butt joint program are arranged in the server;
the law enforcement flow control program, when executed by the processor, performs the steps of:
s101: starting an X +1 processing flow when an X processing flow finishing instruction sent by an operation terminal is received and X is smaller than N; simultaneously starting a reminding information sending function, and sending the reminding information corresponding to the X +1 processing flow to the corresponding operation terminal; when X is equal to N, ending the task chain;
s102: starting a timer when starting the X +1 th processing flow, wherein each processing flow is respectively provided with a first time threshold, starting an expiration information sending function when the timer reaches the first time threshold, and sending the expiration information corresponding to the X +1 th processing flow to a corresponding operation terminal;
the video and audio management program, when executed by a processor, performs the following operations:
s201: collecting image-text evidences such as videos, audios and pictures through an operation terminal;
s202: uploading the collected image-text evidences to a server through an operation terminal, and adding timestamps and case codes to the image-text evidences through the server;
s203: the server stores the image-text evidence added with the time stamp and the case code into a database;
when being executed by a processor, the file management function program realizes the following operations:
s301: uploading case files through an operation terminal, and associating the case files with the image-text evidences;
s302: preparing case codes for the cases;
s303: extracting the case and the corresponding image-text evidence from the database according to the case coding information when reading the case coding;
the law enforcement quantification statistic program, when executed by a processor, performs the following operations:
s401: and counting the task chains corresponding to the operation terminals, and performing statistical analysis on each processing flow in each task chain.
2. The police law enforcement surveillance management system of claim 1,
