s3, the control center issues a patient nursing flow table to a nursing handheld end of a current responsibility nurse according to a responsibility nurse table, the nursing handheld end receives a plurality of patient nursing flow tables from the control center and generates a nursing schedule information table according to information in the plurality of patient nursing flow tables, and the nursing handheld end carries out voice broadcast on a nursing schedule in the nursing schedule information table;
s4, a responsibility nurse carries out nursing work according to a nursing schedule broadcasted by the nursing handheld end in a voice mode, the nursing handheld end is firstly contacted with the electronic tag to represent that the nursing schedule is started to be processed, the nursing handheld end is contacted with the electronic tag, meanwhile, the nursing handheld end starts a timing function to carry out nursing work, the nursing handheld end is contacted with the electronic tag again to represent that the nursing schedule is finished, and when the nursing handheld end detects that the nursing handheld end is not contacted with the electronic tag again within a certain time, the nursing handheld end sends an alarm;

s6, a patient contacts the ward terminal through the electronic tag to inquire a responsibility nurse list and feed back nursing work evaluation and stroke setting to the control center, the control center receives the nursing work evaluation and the stroke setting, updates a patient nursing flow chart according to the stroke setting, and the nursing handheld end updates nursing schedule information;
s7, the control center continuously analyzes the state of the working environment of the nursing handheld end, receives the positioning information of the nursing handheld end and the human body infrared image information around the nursing handheld end, and judges and generates a conventional event, a special event or an emergency event according to the human body infrared image information; if the special event is judged, the control center transmits positioning information and alarm signals to other nursing handheld ends in the alarm range; and if the emergency is judged, the control center transmits positioning information and an alarm signal to a nursing handheld end of the general department.
