The key indexes of the harmonic reducer mainly comprise transmission error, return difference, torsional rigidity, backlash, friction torque, transmission efficiency and the like.
The test results of the return difference, the torsional rigidity and the backlash are all reflected from the hysteresis curve, so that the accuracy and the precision of the measurement result of the hysteresis curve are the detection standards of which the precision of the test bed is crucial. The definition of the hysteresis curve in the latest national standard GB/T35089-: and fixing the input end, gradually loading the output end to rated torque, then unloading, reversely and gradually loading the output end to rated torque, then unloading, recording torque and rotation angle values corresponding to the output end, and drawing a closed torque-rotation angle curve.
