The target operation system is an operation system that the control signal wants the outdoor unit to execute, and the current operation system is an operation system that the outdoor unit is currently executing. The operation system of the outdoor unit includes a heating system and a cooling system, in which the flowing directions of the refrigerant (refrigerant) in the refrigerant circulating pipes are different, and the functions of the outdoor heat exchanger are different.
In order to obtain a target operation system of the outdoor unit, in some embodiments, the determining the target operation system of the outdoor unit according to the control signal specifically includes: if the target operation mode is a heating mode, a floor heating mode or an air-conditioning floor heating mode, the target operation system is a heating system; and if the target operation mode is a refrigeration mode, a dehumidification mode or a floor heating dehumidification mode, the target operation system is a refrigeration system.
The running states of the outdoor unit comprise an air-conditioning state, a floor heating state, an air-conditioning floor heating state and a floor heating dehumidification state.
In the air-conditioning state, the outdoor unit does not open the floor heating water module, the water pump is not started, the water module expansion valve is closed, and the outdoor unit basically has the same operation mode as the common air-conditioning outdoor unit.
In a floor heating state, the outdoor unit opens the floor heating water module, the water pump is started, the expansion valve of the water module is opened, the four-way valve of the outdoor unit is conducted, the refrigerant circulation direction of the outdoor unit is the heating circulation direction, and the refrigerant in the outdoor unit mainly enters the sleeve heat exchanger to exchange heat with water in the floor heating water module, so that the refrigerant circulation pipeline is blocked, and the refrigerant does not enter the outdoor unit.
The air conditioner is similar to the floor heating state, the refrigerant circulation direction of the outdoor unit is still the heating circulation direction, and the difference is that the refrigerant circulation pipeline is smooth, and the refrigerant can enter the indoor unit through the refrigerant circulation pipeline.
The outdoor unit refrigerant circulation direction in the ground heating dehumidification state is the refrigeration cycle direction, the opening of the ground heating water module is different from the ground heating state in the state, the four-way valve of the outdoor unit is not conducted, namely the outdoor unit refrigerant circulation direction is still the refrigeration cycle direction, the refrigerant is controlled to enter the sleeve heat exchanger only through the water module electronic expansion valve, the sleeve heat exchanger is used as a condenser to assist the outdoor heat exchanger to participate in the refrigeration cycle, namely, the waste heat in the refrigerant is utilized to heat the water in the ground heating water module.
In some embodiments, the controller is further configured to: and if the outdoor unit does not operate, directly determining the operating state of the outdoor unit according to the control signal, and controlling the floor heating coil and the corresponding indoor unit to operate according to the target operation mode.
When the controller receives the control signal for the first time or the outdoor unit does not operate, the current operation system is empty, and the control signal can be directly executed without the mode conflict problem. It should be noted that when only one line controller switches the mode, the outdoor unit is equivalent to a non-operating state.
In some embodiments, the mode conflict warning signal may control the line controller to display the mode conflict warning message, and simultaneously control the indoor unit to enter a standby mode, or enter a mode suitable for the outdoor unit to operate according to a preset instruction.
In some embodiments, determining the operation state of the outdoor unit according to the control signal includes:
if the target operation mode and all current operation modes are operated without a floor heating mode, the operation state of the outdoor unit is an air-conditioning state;
and if only the floor heating mode is operated in the target operation mode and all the current operation modes, the operation state of the outdoor unit is the floor heating state.
The floor heating mode is not opened in all the rooms, only the indoor unit is started in the refrigerating mode, the heating mode or the dehumidifying mode, and the outdoor unit is in the same operation mode as the common air conditioner and enters the air conditioning state.
One or more rooms are started in a floor heating mode, indoor units of all the rooms are not opened, a water pump in a floor heating water module, a water module electronic expansion valve and a water module temperature sensor are controlled correspondingly at the moment, and the outdoor unit enters a floor heating state at the moment.
In some embodiments, determining the operation state of the outdoor unit according to the control signal further includes:
if the target operation mode and the current all operation modes simultaneously have a floor heating mode and a heating mode for operation, or have an air-conditioning floor heating mode for operation, the operation state of the outdoor unit is an air-conditioning floor heating state;
and if the target operation mode and the floor heating dehumidification mode in all the current operation modes operate, the operation state of the outdoor unit is a floor heating dehumidification state.
When the running state of the outdoor unit is the air-conditioning floor heating state, three conditions mainly exist:
1. the same room is heated and ground-heated;
2. wherein, some rooms are only provided with heating, and other rooms are only provided with floor heating;
3. the 1/2 condition described above all occurs.
The running state of the outdoor unit is a floor heating dehumidification state, and four conditions are mainly adopted:
1. the same room is not only dehumidified but also heated;
2. wherein, one room is dehumidified, and the other rooms are dehumidified and ground-heated;
3. wherein, one room is refrigerated, and the other rooms are dehumidified and warmed;
4. the 1/2/3 condition described above all occurs.
The invention provides a multi-split air-conditioning floor heating system and control, which comprises an outdoor unit, an indoor unit, a floor heating coil, a floor heating water module, a line controller and a controller, wherein the outdoor unit is connected with the indoor unit through a refrigerant circulating pipeline, and the floor heating coil is arranged corresponding to the indoor unit; the floor heating water module is arranged in the outdoor unit and is connected with the floor heating coil through a water supply pipeline; the wire controller is used for outputting a control signal containing a floor heating coil and a target operation mode of a corresponding indoor unit; the controller is configured to acquire a control signal output by the wire controller and determine a target operation system of the outdoor unit according to the control signal; judging whether the target operation system is consistent with the current operation system of the outdoor unit; if the indoor units are consistent with the indoor units, determining the running state of the outdoor units according to the control signals, and controlling the floor heating coil pipes and the corresponding indoor units to run according to a target running mode; if not, the running state of the outdoor unit is maintained and a mode conflict alarm signal is output. Through using above technical scheme, can use indoor set and ground in the same drive-by-wire ware control room more high-efficiently conveniently, avoid too much mode conflict that appears, improve user's actual experience
Correspondingly, the invention also provides a control method of the multi-split air-conditioning floor heating system, the method is applied to the multi-split air-conditioning floor heating system comprising an outdoor unit, an indoor unit, a floor heating coil, a floor heating water module, a wire controller and a controller, and as shown in fig. 3, the method comprises the following steps:
s101, obtaining a control signal output by the wire controller, and determining a target operation system of the outdoor unit according to the control signal.
The control signal contains the floor heating coil and a corresponding target operation mode of the indoor unit;
s102, judging whether the target operation system is consistent with the current operation system of the outdoor unit; if yes, executing S103; if not, go to step S104.
And S103, determining the running state of the outdoor unit according to the control signal, and controlling the floor heating coil and the corresponding indoor unit to run according to a target running mode.
And S104, maintaining the running state of the outdoor unit and outputting a mode conflict alarm signal.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises:
and if the outdoor unit does not operate, directly determining the operating state of the outdoor unit according to the control signal, and controlling the floor heating coil and the corresponding indoor unit to operate according to a target operation mode.
In some embodiments, determining the target operation system of the outdoor unit according to the control signal specifically includes:
if the target operation mode is a heating mode, a floor heating mode or an air-conditioning floor heating mode, the target operation system is a heating system;
and if the target operation mode is a refrigeration mode, a dehumidification mode or a floor heating dehumidification mode, the target operation system is a refrigeration system.
In some embodiments, determining the operation state of the outdoor unit according to the control signal includes:
if the target operation mode and all current operation modes are operated without a floor heating mode, the operation state of the outdoor unit is an air-conditioning state;
and if only the floor heating mode is operated in the target operation mode and all the current operation modes, the operation state of the outdoor unit is the floor heating state.
In some embodiments, determining the operation state of the outdoor unit according to the control signal further includes:
if the target operation mode and the current all operation modes simultaneously have a floor heating mode and a heating mode for operation, or have an air-conditioning floor heating mode for operation, the operation state of the outdoor unit is an air-conditioning floor heating state;

if the indoor units are consistent with the target operation mode, determining the operation state of the outdoor unit according to the control signal, and controlling the floor heating coil and the corresponding indoor unit to operate according to the target operation mode;
and if the outdoor unit is inconsistent with the mode conflict alarm signal, maintaining the running state of the outdoor unit and outputting the mode conflict alarm signal.
2. The multi-split air-conditioning floor heating system as recited in claim 1, wherein the controller is further configured to:
and if the outdoor unit does not operate, directly determining the operating state of the outdoor unit according to the control signal, and controlling the floor heating coil and the corresponding indoor unit to operate according to the target operation mode.
3. The multi-split air-conditioning floor heating system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the determining of the target operation system of the outdoor unit according to the control signal specifically includes:
if the target operation mode is a heating mode, a floor heating mode or an air-conditioning floor heating mode, the target operation system is a heating system;
and if the target operation mode is a refrigeration mode, a dehumidification mode or a floor heating dehumidification mode, the target operation system is a refrigeration system.
4. The multi-split air-conditioning floor heating system as claimed in claim 1, wherein determining the operation state of the outdoor unit according to the control signal comprises:
if the target operation mode and all current operation modes are operated without a floor heating mode, the operation state of the outdoor unit is an air-conditioning state;
and if only the floor heating mode is operated in the target operation mode and all the current operation modes, the operation state of the outdoor unit is the floor heating state.
5. The multi-split air-conditioning floor heating system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the determining of the operation state of the outdoor unit according to the control signal further comprises:
if the target operation mode and the current all operation modes simultaneously have a floor heating mode and a heating mode for operation, or have an air-conditioning floor heating mode for operation, the operation state of the outdoor unit is an air-conditioning floor heating state;
and if the target operation mode and the floor heating dehumidification mode in all the current operation modes operate, the operation state of the outdoor unit is a floor heating dehumidification state.

The control method of the multi-split air-conditioning floor heating system is characterized by being applied to the multi-split air-conditioning floor heating system comprising an outdoor unit, an indoor unit, a floor heating coil, a floor heating water module, a wire controller and a controller, and comprising the following steps of:
acquiring a control signal output by the wire controller, and determining a target operation system of the outdoor unit according to the control signal, wherein the control signal comprises the floor heating coil and a corresponding target operation mode of the indoor unit;
judging whether the target operation system is consistent with the current operation system of the outdoor unit;
if the indoor units are consistent with the indoor units, determining the running state of the outdoor unit according to the control signal, and controlling the floor heating coil and the corresponding indoor units to run according to a target running mode;
and if the outdoor unit is inconsistent with the mode conflict alarm signal, maintaining the running state of the outdoor unit and outputting the mode conflict alarm signal.
7. The control method of claim 6, wherein the method further comprises:
and if the outdoor unit does not operate, directly determining the operating state of the outdoor unit according to the control signal, and controlling the floor heating coil and the corresponding indoor unit to operate according to a target operation mode.
8. The control method of claim 6, wherein the determining the target operation system of the outdoor unit according to the control signal comprises:
if the target operation mode is a heating mode, a floor heating mode or an air-conditioning floor heating mode, the target operation system is a heating system;
and if the target operation mode is a refrigeration mode, a dehumidification mode or a floor heating dehumidification mode, the target operation system is a refrigeration system.
9. The method of claim 6, wherein determining the operation state of the outdoor unit according to the control signal comprises:
if the target operation mode and all current operation modes are operated without a floor heating mode, the operation state of the outdoor unit is an air-conditioning state;
and if only the floor heating mode is operated in the target operation mode and all the current operation modes, the operation state of the outdoor unit is the floor heating state.
10. The method of claim 6, wherein the determining the operation state of the outdoor unit according to the control signal, further comprising:
if the target operation mode and the current all operation modes simultaneously have a floor heating mode and a heating mode for operation, or have an air-conditioning floor heating mode for operation, the operation state of the outdoor unit is an air-conditioning floor heating state;
and if the target operation mode and the floor heating dehumidification mode in all the current operation modes operate, the operation state of the outdoor unit is a floor heating dehumidification state.
