Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. The components of the embodiments of the present application, generally described and illustrated in the figures herein, can be arranged and designed in a wide variety of different configurations.
It should be noted that the features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
Shower equipment is a device that flows from different branches again after realizing cold water and hot water mixture through the shower valve body, and can adjust the temperature after the mixture according to user's needs.
The shower valve body needs to design a cold water waterway, a hot water waterway, a mixed waterway, an outflow branch and the like on the same pipeline main body at the same time. When the branch road that flows is three and above branch road, the waterway structure after the design is accomplished is comparatively complicated, in addition, and forming process also can be complicated when production, and then leads to the die sinking inconvenient, and manufacturing cost is high.
In order to improve the above problem, the embodiment of the present application provides a shower valve body.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic structural diagram of a shower valve body 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is shown. The shower valve body 100 may include a mixing assembly 110 and a dispensing assembly 120 that are removably coupled.
The mixing assembly 110 is used to mix water flows (e.g., cold water and hot water) from different waterways and then discharge the mixed fluid from a water outlet (not shown). The water diversion assembly 120 is used for enabling the mixed water flow to flow out through different water diversion branches (not shown in the figure), so that when a user uses the water diversion assembly, the communication condition of the water diversion branches can be adjusted according to specific use requirements, and therefore the mixed water flow can flow out from one of the water diversion branches.
The shower valve body 100 provided by the embodiment of the application is produced by separately designing the water mixing assembly 110 and the water diversion assembly 120 and independently opening the mold, and finally fixedly connecting the water mixing assembly 110 and the water diversion assembly 120 through the locking member (not shown in the figure) during installation. On the premise of realizing the function of the shower valve body 100, the process difficulty of production is greatly reduced, the die sinking difficulty is also reduced, and therefore the production cost is reduced.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2 together, fig. 2 is an exploded view of a shower valve body 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
In particular, the mixing assembly 110 may include a mixing body 111 and a mixing cartridge 115.
The mixing valve core 115 is fixedly connected to the mixing body 111. The water mixing body 111 is used for communicating with an external cold water pipe and an external hot water pipe, and can convey cold water and hot water to the water mixing valve core 115 through different water flow branches. The mixing valve core 115 is installed on one side of the mixing body 111, the mixing valve core 115 is used for mixing fluid flowing in through different water paths on the mixing body 111, and the mixing valve core 115 can adjust the flow of cold water and hot water flowing in according to requirements, so that the water flow of the required temperature of a user flows out.
Because the water mixing component 110 and the water distribution component 120 are detachably connected through the locking member 130, a first fixing portion 114 can be further arranged on the water mixing body 111, and the first fixing portion 114 can be matched with the water distribution component 120, so that the locking connection can be conveniently performed through the locking member 130. In the embodiment of the present application, the first fixing portion 114 is used to cooperate with the second fixing portion 123 of the water diversion assembly 120, and then the water diversion assembly 120 and the water mixing assembly 110 are locked and fixed by the locking member 130.
Further, referring to fig. 3 and 4 together, fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of a first perspective view of a water mixing body 111 of a water mixing assembly 110 in the shower valve body 100 according to the embodiment of the present application, and fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of a second perspective view of the water mixing body 111 of the water mixing assembly 110 in the shower valve body 100 according to the embodiment of the present application.

The first water inlet pipe 112, the second water inlet pipe 113, the first fixing portion 114 and the water mixing body 111 may be integrally formed.
The shower valve body 100 is conveniently installed on a wall or a fixed object of any application occasion, and meanwhile, the attractiveness of the shower valve body is improved by embedding a cold water pipe and a hot water pipe in the wall or hiding the cold water pipe and the hot water pipe in the wall. Optionally, the first water inlet pipe 112 and the second water inlet pipe 113 are both located on the same side of the water mixing body 111, and the axial directions of the first water inlet pipe 112 and the second water inlet pipe 113 and the plane where the water mixing body 111 is located form an included angle. For example, the axial direction of the first inlet pipe 112 and the axial direction of the second inlet pipe 113 are parallel to each other and are perpendicular to the plane of the mixer body 111.
In addition, in order to reduce the volume of the mixer body 111, the first inlet pipe 112 and the second inlet pipe 113 may be provided at both ends of the mixer body 111 with respect to the mixer body 111.
