the six rubber buffer nails are respectively provided with a buffer nail rod and a buffer head, the rubber buffer nails are clamped into the through hole of the fan main body through the respective buffer nail rods and are fixed on the fan main body, and the buffer heads are respectively provided with a clamping groove along the periphery;
the fan frame is provided with a U-shaped section and can be covered on the outer side of the fan main body, the fan frame is provided with first bayonets with openings facing forwards at four end corners of one side respectively corresponding to the positions of six rubber buffer nails on the fan main body, second bayonets with opening directions consistent with those of the first bayonets are arranged at two end corners of the other side of the fan frame, the fan frame is also provided with two dodging grooves at two end corners of the rear end, the openings of the dodging grooves face downwards and are communicated with the two second bayonets, the fan frame can be respectively clamped in clamping grooves of the six rubber buffer nails through the first bayonets and the second bayonets, and two penetrating fixing holes are arranged on the fan frame at positions aligned with through holes of the fan main body, which are not assembled with the rubber buffer nails;
and the two rubber fixing nails penetrate through the two fixing holes respectively and are clamped into the through hole of the fan main body after the fan frame is clamped on the rubber buffer nails, and are used for fixing the fan frame on the fan main body.
Preferably, the head thickness of the rubber fixing nail is smaller than that of the buffering head of the rubber buffering nail.
Preferably, the fan case is an integrally formed part.
Preferably, the two fixing holes are respectively arranged on two cantilevers on the fan frame
Compared with the prior art, the fan module of the invention has the advantages that the first bayonet facing the front opening and the second bayonet communicated with the dodging groove with the downward opening are arranged on the fan frame, so that the fan frame can be pushed downwards and forwards from the upper part of the fan main body, the first bayonet and the second bayonet of the fan frame are respectively clamped in the clamping grooves of the rubber buffering nails fixed in advance on the fan main body, finally the rubber fixing nails penetrate through the fixing holes on the fan frame and are clamped in the through holes of the fan main body, the fan frame is fixed on the fan main body, therefore, the invention has a buffering design at eight fixing points on two sides, six fixing points adopt six rubber buffering nails, the heads of the six rubber buffering nails are provided with thick rubber buffering cushions, the shock absorption effect is greatly increased, and no tool is needed in the assembling process of the fan frame and the fan main body, saves labor and is fast, and the efficacy of fast assembling the fan frame is really achieved.

[ detailed description ] embodiments
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a fan module suitable for a server (not shown), which includes a fan main body 10, six rubber buffer pins 20, a fan case 30, and two rubber fixing pins 40.
The fan body 10 has a through hole 100 formed at each of the four corners of the two opposite sides.
The six rubber buffer nails 20 have a buffer nail rod 200 and a buffer head 201, respectively. As shown in fig. 2, the rubber buffer pins 20 are fixed to the fan body 10 by inserting the respective buffer pin rods 200 into the through holes 100 of the fan body 10. The buffer heads 201 are respectively provided with a clamping groove 2010 along the periphery.
The fan case 30 has a U-shaped cross section and is covered on the outer side of the fan main body 10, the fan case 30 is provided with four first bayonets 300 with openings facing forward at four corners of one side, two second bayonets 301 with opening directions consistent with the first bayonets 300 are arranged at two end corners of the other side of the fan frame 30, the fan case 30 further has two evasion grooves 302 formed at two end corners of the rear end, the evasion grooves 302 facing downward and communicating with the two second bayonets 301, so that, as shown in fig. 3-4, the fan case 30 can be assembled on the fan main body 10 from above the fan main body 10 by means of the evasion groove 302, then, the fan case 30 is pushed forward, so that the first bayonet 300 and the second bayonet 301 of the fan case are clamped into the corresponding clamping grooves 2010 of the rubber buffer nails 20, and are limited on the fan main body 10. Two through fixing holes 303 are formed on the fan case 30 at positions aligned with the through holes 100 of the fan body 10 where the rubber buffer pins 20 are not installed. In the present embodiment, the fan case 30 is an integrally formed component.
After the fan case 30 is fastened to the rubber buffer nails 20, as shown in fig. 5, the two rubber fixing nails 40 are respectively inserted into the through holes 100 of the fan main body 10 through the two fixing holes 301, so as to fix the fan case 30 to the fan main body 10. In other embodiments of the present invention, in order to further increase the damping effect, only one rubber fixing nail 40 may be provided, and the number of the rubber fixing nails 20 may be increased, so as to reduce the effect of vibration conduction of the rubber fixing nail 40, and therefore, only the change of the number of elements is not described in detail herein.
In the embodiment, in order to further reduce the vibration conduction and improve the damping effect, the fan case 30 is provided with two cantilevers a, the two fixing holes 303 are respectively opened on the two cantilevers a on the fan case 30, and the cantilevers a are not strong and hard iron pieces, so that the fan case can swing back and forth when being stressed, thereby reducing the vibration conduction.
In summary, in the fan module of the present invention, the fan case 30 is provided with the first bayonet 300 opening toward the front and the second bayonet 301 communicating with the evasion groove 302 opening downward, so that the fan case 30 can be pushed downward and forward from the upper side of the fan main body 10 to make the first bayonet 300 and the second bayonet 301 of the fan case 30 respectively clamped in the clamping groove 2010 of the rubber buffer nail 20 pre-fixed on the fan main body 10, and finally the rubber fixing nail 40 is inserted into the through hole 100 of the fan main body 10 through the fixing hole 301 on the fan case 30 to fix the fan case 30 on the fan main body 10, thereby it can be seen that the eight fixing points on both sides of the fan module have a buffer design, and six fixing points adopt six rubber buffer nails 20, the heads of the six rubber buffer nails 20 have thick rubber buffer pads, and the shock absorption effect is greatly increased, in addition, no tool is needed in the assembly process of the fan case 30 and the fan main body 10, which is labor-saving and fast, and the effect of fast assembling the fan case is achieved.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present invention, and all the changes or substitutions should be covered within the scope of the present invention.
