A tool-free hard disk support comprises a bracket body and an insulating sheet; the bottom of the bracket body is provided with a T-shaped nail, and the rear end of the bracket body is provided with a hand-turning screw; the insulating sheet is installed on the bracket body. A tool-free hard disk bracket mounting method comprises the following steps: assembling a hard disk support, assembling a case component and assembling the hard disk support and the case component. The invention has the beneficial effects that: the tool-free hard disk bracket mounting scheme designed by the invention not only can realize the mounting of the hard disk on the case under the tool-free condition, but also meets the layout requirement of the case; and the vibration reduction effect is good, and the structural reliability is high.

The case assembly matched with the hard disk support comprises a case right fixing frame 6, a case left fixing frame 7 and a base plate 10, wherein the case right fixing frame 6 and the case left fixing frame 7 are arranged on the left side and the right side of the base plate 10 and used for installing the hard disk support. The right fixing frame 6 of the case is provided with a right fixing frame gourd hole 62 matched with the T nail 12, and the left fixing frame 7 of the case is provided with a left fixing frame gourd hole 72 matched with the T nail 12.
The assembling method of the case assembly comprises the following steps: firstly, respectively clamping four damping rings 8 into semicircular holes 61 of right fixing frames on two sides of a right fixing frame 6 of a case, and then, passing through a middle through hole of the damping ring 8 through a flat head screw 9 and locking the damping ring on a short stud 101 of a base plate 10; and then the two damping rings 8 are clamped into the semicircular holes 71 of the left fixing frame at the two ends of the left fixing frame 7 of the chassis, and then the damping rings are locked on the short studs 101 of the base plate 10 through the flat head screws 9 penetrating through the middle through holes of the damping rings 8. The right fixing frame 6 and the left fixing frame 7 of the case are respectively isolated from the base plate 10 through the damping rings 8, so that the second layer of the hard disk 4 is damped.
The installation method of the hard disk bracket and the case assembly comprises the following steps: the hard disk support is arranged in the case assembly, and four T-shaped nails 12 on the bottom surface of the bracket body 1 are respectively clamped into the right fixing frame gourd hole 62 and the left fixing frame gourd hole 72, so that the limit of the hard disk support group in the up-down, left-right and forward directions is realized; the hard disk bracket is locked on the long stud 102 on the base plate 10 through a hand-turning screw 5, so that the hard disk bracket is fixed on the chassis component.
