In a preferred embodiment, the intelligent monitoring system further includes an electric power monitoring module, the electric power monitoring module is connected to the wind power generation system, the solar photovoltaic power generation module and the general controller, and the electric power monitoring module is configured to monitor an operation state of the wind power generation system and start the solar photovoltaic power generation module when the wind power generation system fails in operation.
In the scheme, the power monitoring module monitors the power generation of the fan and the power running state of the whole fan in real time, so that the solar photovoltaic power generation module is started in time when the fan has a power failure, and each system in the fan is powered on, thereby ensuring the normal running of each system.
In a preferred embodiment, the magnetic attraction connection of the supporting block 102 is as follows: the two sides of the supporting block 102 are both provided with electromagnet layers, and after the fixing piece 105 fixedly connects the supporting blocks 102 with the supporting column 101, the electromagnet layers are electrified and magnetically attracted.

the bottom platform comprises a support body and a support plate arranged above the support body, wherein the support body comprises a support column and a plurality of support blocks which surround the support column and are connected in a magnetic attraction manner; the supporting column is sleeved with an annular clamping plate positioned in the middle of the supporting column, one side of the supporting block, which is opposite to the annular clamping plate, is provided with a clamping groove matched with the annular clamping plate, the supporting blocks are connected with the supporting column to form a cylindrical structure, the outer side of the cylindrical structure is provided with a plurality of fixing parts, and the fixing parts fixedly connect the supporting blocks with the supporting column; the bottom plate of the supporting plate is provided with a groove body matched with the cylindrical structure, the supporting plate is of a square structure, the fan is arranged on the supporting plate, and the periphery of the supporting plate is provided with a telescopic extension plate;
the protection device comprises a barrel body sleeved on the outer side of the fan and a supporting auxiliary piece arranged between the barrel body and the fan, wherein the radial size of the top end of the barrel body is larger than that of the bottom end of the barrel body, a bent part which is turned outwards is arranged at the top end of the barrel body, and a plurality of connecting rods which are connected with the supporting plate and the bent part are arranged on the bent part;
intelligent control device, it includes:
the system comprises a master controller and an intelligent monitoring system; the intelligent monitoring system comprises:
a sub-controller connected to the overall controller;
the photoelectric monitoring module comprises a solar photovoltaic power generation module and a photoelectric signal transmission module connected to the sub-controller, the solar photovoltaic power generation module is arranged on the supporting plate, and the solar photovoltaic power generation module is used for supplying power to a system for supplying power to the fan when the fan fails; the photoelectric signal transmission module is used for receiving a signal sent by the solar photovoltaic power generation module and transmitting the signal to the sub-controller;
the weather monitoring module is used for monitoring weather information at sea and transmitting the weather information to the sub-controller;
the structure monitoring module is connected to the sub-controller and used for monitoring stress information and whether structures of the bottom platform and the protection device are damaged and expansion and stretching states of the structures under the control of the sub-controller, real-time fault maintenance is carried out on the bottom platform and the protection device according to the monitored information, and meanwhile, a position to be maintained and fault reasons are given to be generated to the sub-controller.
2. The photovoltaic system-based wind power plant of claim 1, wherein the retractable extension panel comprises:
the telescopic display boards comprise first telescopic display boards arranged on the left side and the right side of the supporting board and second telescopic display boards arranged at the front end and the rear end of the supporting board, and the first telescopic display boards and the second telescopic display boards are the same in size and are respectively positioned on different surface layers;
the cavity comprises a first cavity and a second cavity, and cover plates are arranged outside the first cavity and the second cavity; the first cavity is positioned at the bottom end of the first telescopic display board or the second telescopic display board on the upper surface layer; the second cavity is positioned at the top end of the second telescopic display board or the first telescopic display board on the lower surface layer;
a balloon comprising a first balloon disposed within the first cavity and a second balloon disposed within the second cavity; when the first inflatable bag is inflated to saturation, a first arc column body located between the second telescopic display boards or the first telescopic display boards is formed, and the height of the first arc column body is matched with that of the second telescopic display boards or the first telescopic display boards; when the second inflatable bag is inflated to saturation, a second arc column body located between the first telescopic display board and the second telescopic display board is formed, and the height of the second arc column body is matched with that of the first telescopic display board or the second telescopic display board;
the arc column body of the first inflatable bag in the inflation saturation state is externally tangent to the first telescopic display board or the second telescopic display board.

The photovoltaic system-based wind power generation device of claim 2, wherein the first and second retractable panels are arranged in a manner that: the positions of the supporting plate relative to the first telescopic display plate and the second telescopic display plate are respectively provided with a first groove and a second groove; a first cylinder and a second cylinder which are connected to the first telescopic display board and the second telescopic display board are respectively arranged in the first groove and the second groove; the first and second cylinders are controlled by the sub-controller.

The photovoltaic system-based wind power generation apparatus of claim 1, wherein the supporting auxiliary is provided as an air-filled layer filled between the barrel and the blower, the barrel having a height below the blower blade without interfering with the rotating blower blade, the air-filled layer having a same height as the barrel.

The wind power generation device based on photovoltaic system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the intelligent monitoring system further comprises a power monitoring module, the power monitoring module is connected to the wind power generation system, the solar photovoltaic power generation module and the general controller, the power monitoring module is configured to monitor an operation status of the wind power generation system and start the solar photovoltaic power generation module when the wind power generation system fails to operate.

The photovoltaic system-based wind power generation device of claim 1, wherein the supporting block is magnetically connected in a manner that: the both sides of supporting shoe all set up the electromagnetism layer the mounting with a plurality of supporting shoes with support column fixed connection back will electromagnetism layer circular telegram magnetism is inhaled.
