In the annular milling pipe jacking construction equipment, the annular headstock and the pipe joint can be one or a combination of a circular ring shape, a square ring shape, a triangular ring shape or other hollow special-shaped ring shapes.

Detailed Description
As an embodiment of the present invention, a structure and an operation principle of a circular milling pipe-jacking construction device according to the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 3, the circular milling pipe-jacking construction device includes seven parts, namely a milling gear (1), a gear shaft (2), a circular headstock (3), a pipe joint (4), a soil discharging device, a power system, and a control system, wherein the milling gear (1) is a gear-shaped member that cuts a rock-soil body in a jacking direction of a pipe jacking by rotating around the gear shaft (2) parallel to a pipe wall direction of the pipe jacking, in the present embodiment, a high-hardness alloy structure can be mounted on the milling gear (1), and the alloy structure can be made into a cone shape, as shown in fig. 1 and 2. The soil body in the advancing direction of the top pipe is gradually cut through the rotation of the milling gear (1), and an annular cut is formed in the soil body. The gear shaft (2) is parallel to the plane direction of the pipe wall of the top pipe, the milling gear (1) is installed on the gear shaft (2), if the top pipe is circular, the arrangement direction of the gear shaft (2) is perpendicular to the radius direction of the circular ring, and the circular ring is spliced by a plurality of polygons, as shown in figure 3. The milling gear (1) cuts up the soil body and then removes the soil body, an annular space is formed in the soil body, and the jacking pipe can be jacked conveniently. An annular milling pipe-jacking construction device is characterized by comprising seven parts, namely a milling gear (1), a gear shaft (2), an annular headstock (3), a pipe joint (4), a soil discharging device, a power system and a control system, wherein the milling gear (1) is a gear-shaped component which rotates around the gear shaft (2) parallel to the pipe wall direction of a pipe jacking and cuts a rock-soil body along the jacking direction of the pipe jacking, the gear shaft (2) is parallel to the pipe wall surface of the pipe jacking, the milling gear (1) is installed on the gear shaft (2), the gear shaft (2) is fixed on the annular headstock (3), the pipe joint (4) is a structure which is connected with the annular headstock (3) and provides jacking counter force and supports the rock-soil body after jacking, the soil discharging device is installed on the pipe joint (4) or the annular headstock (3), the device for discharging the residual soil body (4) in the pipe joint (4), the power system is a device for providing power for the jacking of the pipe joint (4) and cutting the rock-soil body, the control system is a device for controlling the jacking direction, the jacking speed and the magnitude of the jacking counterforce.
2. Annular milling pipe-jacking construction equipment according to claim 1, wherein said annular headstock (3) and pipe joint (4) are one or more combinations of circular, square, triangular or other hollow profile ring.
3. Annular milling pipe jacking installation according to claim 1, wherein a high hardness alloy structure is mounted on said milling gear (1).
4. Annular milling pipe jacking equipment according to claim 1, wherein said soil removal means is a conveyor belt mounted below the pipe joints (4).
