Disassembling a spinneret plate assembly replaced on a production line, firstly cleaning a spinneret plate with deionized water, plasticizing and skinning a spinning solution adhered to the spinneret plate in the deionized water, stripping the surface of the spinneret plate as much as possible, and soaking the cleaned spinneret plate in a prepared alkali liquor for 15 hours; and cleaning the soaked spinneret plate with deionized water, and then blowing the spinneret plate for 4min by using compressed air until no water drops exist. Wherein the alkali liquor is prepared by the following steps: according to the weight ratio of sodium hydroxide: ethanol: adding sodium hydroxide and ethanol into deionized water according to the mass ratio of 1:32:0.3, and uniformly mixing.
And then putting the spinneret plate into a spinneret plate circulating cleaning system, treating for 6 hours by using a hot solvent at 160 ℃, then putting the spinneret plate into an ultrasonic cleaning machine for cleaning, wherein the ultrasonic cleaning temperature is 70 ℃, the cleaning time is 40min, blowing the spinneret plate by using compressed air, then putting the spinneret plate into an oven for drying, the oven temperature is 120 ℃, the drying time is 30min, observing by naked eyes without plugging holes, and putting the spinneret plate under a microscopy instrument for detecting the cleaning condition.
Comparative example
The method comprises the following steps of disassembling a spinneret plate assembly replaced on a production line, firstly cleaning a spinneret plate by using deionized water, plasticizing and skinning a spinning solution adhered to the spinneret plate in the deionized water, and stripping the surface skinning of the spinneret plate as far as possible.
And then putting the spinneret plate into a solvent bath to be soaked for 24h, then putting the spinneret plate into an ultrasonic cleaning machine to be cleaned, blowing the spinneret plate by using compressed air at the ultrasonic cleaning temperature of 50 ℃ for 30min, then putting the spinneret plate into an oven to be dried, wherein the oven temperature is 90 ℃, the drying time is 120min, observing the spinneret plate by naked eyes without plugging holes, and detecting the cleaning condition under a microscopic examination instrument.
The cleaning results of the cleaned spinnerets in the examples and the comparative examples under a microscopic examination instrument are as follows:

The detection conditions set by the microscopic examination instrument are that the dirt proportion is less than or equal to 0.5 percent, the roundness is greater than or equal to 90 percent (the roundness is defined as measuring the area of a spinneret orifice/measuring the calculated area of the maximum diameter of the spinneret orifice), the dirt proportion mainly represents the cleaning effect of the spinneret plate, and the roundness mainly represents the integrity of the orifice and can also reflect the cleaning condition of the orifice.
The spinneret plate to be cleaned is placed on the interlayer during working, the number of layers can be selected according to requirements by the interlayer, the system heats a solvent to a certain temperature in a steam or electric heating mode, certain cleaning pressure is provided for the circulating cleaning system through the booster centrifugal pump, so that the spinneret plate has better cleaning efficiency in the system, and the spinneret plate is not damaged.
After the cleaning agent is soaked in the alkali liquor, the cleaning agent is treated in a circulating cleaning system of a hot solvent bath, and the cleaning effect of the embodiment is obviously improved compared with that of a comparative example, referring to (a), (b), (c) and (d) in a figure 3 and (a), (b), (c) and (d) in a figure 4, the cleaning effect of the spinneret plate in the embodiment and the comparative example is detected under a microscopic examination instrument, and the qualified rate of the spinneret plate treated by the alkali liquor soaking and the hot solvent bath in the circulating cleaning system is more than 93%. The process of the invention not only can clean the spinneret plate more cleanly, but also greatly reduces the damage of the spinneret plate and prolongs the service life.

Claims (10)

1. A spinneret plate cleaning process is characterized in that firstly, cleaning liquid is adopted to clean a spinneret plate, and surface spinning solution crust is removed; then soaking the fabric in a cleaning agent, and cleaning the fabric by using the cleaning agent; and then blowing, putting into a spinneret plate circulating cleaning system filled with a hot solvent bath for treatment, and finally carrying out ultrasonic cleaning.
2. The spinneret plate cleaning process according to claim 1, wherein the cleaning solution is deionized water.
3. The spinneret plate cleaning process according to claim 1, wherein the cleaning agent is an alkali solution.
4. The spinneret plate cleaning process according to claim 3, wherein the lye is prepared by: sodium hydroxide and ethanol were added to deionized water.
5. The spinneret plate cleaning process according to claim 4, wherein the ratio of sodium hydroxide: ethanol: the mass of the deionized water is 1 (25-40) and 0.2-0.5.
6. The spinneret plate cleaning process according to claim 1, wherein the soaking time is 4-24 hours.
7. The spinneret plate cleaning process according to claim 1, wherein the temperature of the hot solvent bath is 100-160 ℃ and the treatment time is 1-6 h.
8. The spinneret plate cleaning process according to claim 1, wherein the solvent is N, N-dimethylformamide, N-dimethylacetamide, N-methylpyrrolidone or dimethylsulfoxide.

The spinneret plate cleaning process according to claim 1, wherein the spinneret plate circulating cleaning system comprises a shell, a booster centrifugal pump (4), a filter (5) and a spray header (8), a plurality of interlayers (6) are arranged in the shell, a plurality of spray headers (8) are arranged at the top in the shell, a steam inlet is formed in one side of the top of the shell, a steam outlet is formed in one side of the bottom of the shell, a solvent inlet is formed in the top of the shell, the solvent inlet is connected with the spray header (8), a solvent outlet is formed in the bottom of the shell, the solvent outlet is connected with an inlet of the filter (5) through a second steam valve (3), the booster centrifugal pump (4) and a third steam valve (9), and an outlet of the filter (5) is connected with the solvent inlet through a.
10. A spinneret plate cleaning process according to claim 9 wherein steam enters the steam inlet through the first steam valve (2) and steam exiting the steam outlet is condensed into the steam condensate (7) through the fifth steam valve (11).
