Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of desulfurizing towers, in particular to a coke oven gas desulfurizing tower.
Background
The coke oven gas, also called coke oven gas, is high in combustible content and belongs to high-calorific-value gas, raw gas or crude gas. The coke oven gas is a combustible gas produced when coke and tar products are produced after high-temperature dry distillation in a coke oven, and is a byproduct of the coking industry. Coke oven gas consists mainly of hydrogen and methane, 56% and 27% respectively, with small amounts of carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, oxygen and other hydrocarbons.
The desulfurization tower is tower equipment for performing desulfurization treatment on industrial waste gas. The desulfurizing tower was originally built with granite as the most widely used, which utilized the principles of water film desulfurization and dust removal, also known as a granite water film desulfurization dust remover, or a granite water film desulfurization dust remover.
In the prior patent (publication number: CN111518592A), a coke oven gas desulfurizing tower comprises a shell, two observation mechanisms, an air inlet pipe, a driving mechanism, a spraying mechanism, a demisting mechanism, a protection mechanism and a water tank. The protection mechanism is fixed in the shell, so that the sulfur-containing flue gas cannot rise along the tower wall of the desulfurizing tower and the sprayed circulating liquid cannot be sprayed on the tower wall, and thick scale is prevented from being formed on the tower wall to block the desulfurizing tower; the spiral on the spiral pipe that the mechanism of spraying contained communicates through communicating pipe to the stability of spiral pipe itself of being convenient for, and make things convenient for the circulation speed of circulating water in the spiral pipe, also increase the circulating water and follow the power of spouting in the shower nozzle.
In the process of implementing the invention, the inventor finds that at least the following problems in the prior art are not solved:
1. with the development of the glass fiber reinforced plastic technology, the desulfurization tower is gradually changed to be made of glass fiber reinforced plastic. Compared with a granite desulfurizing tower, the glass fiber reinforced plastic desulfurizing tower has low cost, easy processing, no corrosion and light weight, so the glass fiber reinforced plastic desulfurizing tower becomes the development trend of the desulfurizing tower in future, most of the existing desulfurizing towers are prefabricated tower bodies in the using process, and then constructors fix the glass fiber reinforced plastic desulfurizing tower on the appointed ground and generally adopt welding or building on the ground, and although the mode is firm, the complexity of disassembling and assembling the tower bodies is greatly increased, so the convenience of the assembly is reduced, the workload of the constructors is increased, and the construction period is prolonged;
2. in the operation process of the desulfurizing tower, the coke oven gas enters the inside of the tower body through the air inlet pipe for desulfurization, the desulfurized coke oven gas enters the connecting pipeline through the air outlet pipe and enters the next processing mechanism, however, the coke oven gas enters the connecting pipeline through the air outlet pipe, the airflow fluidity of the connecting part of the connecting pipeline and the air outlet pipe is stronger due to the impact of the desulfurizing mechanism in the tower body on the coke oven gas, so that the connecting pipeline is shaken up and down due to the impact of the airflow, the fracture of the connecting part of the air outlet pipe and the connecting pipeline is easily caused after long-time use, the loss is caused, and the air pollution is caused by the gas escape in the connecting pipeline.
Therefore, the coke oven gas desulfurization tower is provided.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a coke oven gas desulfurization tower, which is provided with a fixing mechanism, so that the firmness of a tower body is ensured, and convenience is provided for constructors to install and detach the tower body, thereby reducing the workload of the constructors and shortening the construction period; through setting up supporting mechanism, utilize first bracing piece, second bracing piece and backup pad to support the connecting pipe, thereby improved the stability of connecting pipe, reduced the probability of the damage between connecting pipe and the outlet duct, and set up the buffering cotton through the contact department at U template and connecting pipe, avoided the rigid contact of U template and connecting pipe, thereby reduced loss between them, in order to solve the problem that proposes among the above-mentioned background art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a coke oven gas desulfurization tower comprises a bottom plate, a mounting plate and a tower body, wherein the tower body is fixedly connected to the outer surface of the upper end of the bottom plate, an air outlet pipe is arranged on the outer surface of the upper end of the tower body, one end, far away from the tower body, of the air outlet pipe is fixedly connected with a connecting pipe, an air inlet pipe is arranged at the position, close to the lower end, of the outer surface of one side of the tower body, a fixing mechanism is arranged inside the mounting plate, the mounting plate is positioned below the bottom plate, and a supporting mechanism is arranged at the position, close to one side, of the outer surface of the upper end of the bottom plate;

By adopting the technical scheme, in the operation process, the coke oven gas enters the interior of the tower body through the gas inlet pipe, the desulfurization mechanism in the tower body purifies the gas, in the prior art, water flow is often used for impact desulfurization of the gas, in the process of impact, the water flow and the air flow simultaneously impact the interior of the tower body to easily cause the tower body to vibrate, in addition, in the process of long-term operation, the vibration of the tower body causes the vibration of the bottom plate, the friction between the bottom plate and the mounting plate is increased, the loss is caused to the device body, and the mounting plate is easy to loosen, so that the spring is arranged in the connecting cylinder, the bottom plate drives the connecting cylinder to vibrate in a small amplitude mode to extrude the spring when the bottom plate is vibrated by the tower body, so that the vibration of the bottom plate and the tower body is effectively reduced, the abrasion between the bottom plate and the mounting plate is reduced, and the service life of the device is prolonged.

As an embodiment of the present invention, both sides of the inner surface of the supporting plate 83 are provided with sliding grooves 831, the inside of the sliding grooves 831 is connected with a sliding block 832 in a sliding manner, the area of the cross section of the sliding block 832 is smaller than the area of the cross section of the sliding block 832, one side of the outer surface of one side of the sliding block 832 close to the U-shaped plate 86 is fixedly connected with an arc-shaped elastic sheet 833, both ends of the outer surface of the arc-shaped elastic sheet 833 are fixedly connected with the U-shaped plate 86, and the outer surface of one side is fixedly connected with the U-shaped plate 86, during operation, due to the impact of a desulfurization mechanism inside the tower body 1 on the arc-shaped elastic sheet 833, the air flow inside the connecting pipe 5 is strong, so that the connecting pipe 5 vibrates due to the impact of the air flow, and the supporting mechanism 8 is used for supporting the connecting pipe 5 during use; by arranging the supporting mechanism 8, the first supporting rod 81, the second supporting rod 82 and the supporting plate 83 are utilized to support the connecting pipe 5, so that the stability of the connecting pipe 5 is improved, and the probability of damage between the connecting pipe 5 and the air outlet pipe 4 is reduced, but in the actual operation process, the flow of air flow in the connecting pipe 5 is stronger due to the impact of a desulfurization mechanism in the tower body 1 on the connecting pipe, so that the connecting pipe 5 vibrates due to the impact of the air flow, the connecting rod 72 tends to shake forwards and backwards, and the mounting block 85 is easy to break, therefore, by arranging the sliding block 832 and the arc-shaped elastic sheet 833, and utilizing the cross section area of the sliding block 832 is smaller than that of the sliding block 832, and the cross section area of the mounting block 85 is smaller than that of the mounting groove 84, so that the connecting pipe 5 drives the U-shaped plate 86 to move in the small range in the front-back direction in the supporting plate 83 in the vibrating process, meanwhile, the U-shaped plate 86 is effectively damped by the elasticity of the two groups of arc-shaped elastic pieces 833, the influence of the vibration of the connecting pipe 5 on the U-shaped plate 86 and the mounting block 85 is reduced, and the service life of the supporting mechanism 8 is prolonged.

through the first movable groove 8155 and are movably connected with the first movable groove 8155, the outer surface of the threaded rod 8156 is positioned above and below the driven wheel 8154 and is respectively in threaded connection with a first movable block 8157, the connecting part of the outer surface of the two groups of first movable blocks 8157 and the threaded rod 8156 is provided with a second threaded hole, the internal thread turning directions of the two groups of second threaded holes are opposite, one side of the inner surface of the tower body 1, which is far away from the first movable groove 8155, the inside of the second movable groove 8158 is in sliding connection with a second movable block 8159, the first movable blocks 8157 and the second movable blocks 8159 are in one-to-one correspondence, the annular scraping plates 816 are fixedly connected between the two corresponding first movable blocks 8157 and the second movable blocks 8159, the outer surface of one side of each annular scraping plate 816 is tightly attached to the inner surface of the tower body 1, the problem of blockage of the tower body 1 is solved by bias flow of a desulfurization solution in the prior art, but a large amount of scale deposits generated on the inner wall of the tower body 1 in a long-time operation process cannot be avoided, if the scale deposits are not cleaned in time, the space in the tower body 1 is reduced due to long-term adhesion and condensation of the scale deposits, and the tower body 1 can be blocked due to the accumulation of the scale deposits in the day and month, therefore, by arranging the first mounting cylinder 815, the second mounting cylinder 817, the rotating rod 8152 and the annular scraping plates 816, in the use process, a worker holds the rotating disk 8151 by hand and rotates the rotating disk 8152 in the forward direction, the rotating rod 8152 drives the driving wheel 8153 to rotate in the forward direction under the driving of the rotating disk 8151, and the driven wheel 8154 is vertically meshed with the driving wheel 8153, therefore, in the process, the driven wheel 8154 drives the threaded rod 8156 to rotate, because two groups of first movable blocks 8157 arranged on the surface of the threaded rod 8156 are in threaded connection with the threaded rod 8156, and the joints of the outer surfaces of the two groups of first movable blocks 8157 and the threaded rod 8156 are both provided with second threaded holes, and the thread directions of the two groups of second threaded holes are opposite, in the process that the threaded rod 8156 rotates along with the driven wheel 8154, the two groups of first movable blocks 8157 respectively drive the two groups of annular scraping plates 816 to move up and down along the threaded rod 8156, in the process, the outer surface of one side of the annular scraping plate 816 cleans the scale on the inner wall of the tower body 1, and drives the second movable block 8159 to move in the second movable groove 8158, so as to improve the stability of the annular scraping plate 816 in the moving process, the device utilizes manual rotation of the rotary table 8151 to enable the annular scraping plate 816 to move in the interior of the tower body 1, thereby cleaning the inner wall of the tower body 1, the device has avoided the device to adhere to the scaling of the inner wall of tower body 1 in long-time operation process and condense, leads to the space reduction in the tower body 1, has improved the operating efficiency of tower body 1.
As an embodiment of the present invention, an annular groove 9 is formed at one end of an outer surface of the first mounting cylinder 815, which is close to the turntable 8151, an annular sealing ring 91 is connected to one end of an inner surface of the annular groove 9, which is close to the turntable 8151, in an embedded manner, an mounting ring 92 is connected to the inside of the annular groove 9 in a sliding manner, a sealing ring 93 is fixedly connected to a connection portion of an outer surface of one side of the mounting ring 92 and the annular sealing ring 91, an inner surface of the annular sealing ring 91 is tightly attached to an outer surface of the sealing ring 93, one end of the mounting ring 92, which is far away from the annular groove 9, is fixedly connected to the turntable 8151, an outer surface of one side of the turntable 8151 is tightly attached to an outer surface of one side of the first mounting cylinder 815, and in a process of operation, the turntable 8151 is manually rotated to enable the annular scraping plate 816 to move inside the tower body 1, so as to clean an inner wall of the tower body 1, and prevent scale from adhering and condensing on the inner wall of the tower body 1 during long-time operation of the apparatus, the space in the tower body 1 is reduced, however, in the actual operation process, the coke oven gas in the tower body 1 easily escapes from the connection position of the turntable 8151 and the first connecting cylinder 71, so the annular groove 9 is formed at one end of the outer surface of the first mounting cylinder 815 close to the turntable 8151, the annular sealing ring 91 is arranged in the annular groove 9, the sealing performance of the device body is improved by the mutual fit of the annular sealing ring 91 and the sealing ring 93, the sealing ring 93 always rotates in the annular sealing ring 91 in the rotation process of the turntable 8151, and the probability of gas escape in the tower body 1 is reduced by the fit of the sealing ring 93 and the annular sealing ring 91.
The working principle is as follows: through the arrangement of the fixing mechanism 7, the firmness of the tower body 1 is guaranteed, and meanwhile convenience is brought to installation and disassembly of the tower body 1 by constructors, so that the workload of the constructors is reduced, the construction period is shortened, the operation is simple and the damage to the tower body 1 is not easy to cause, and secondary use of the tower body 1 is facilitated; by providing the support mechanism 8, the connection pipe 5 is supported by the first support rod 81, the second support rod 82 and the support plate 83, thereby improving the stability of the connecting pipe 5, reducing the probability of damage between the connecting pipe 5 and the outlet pipe 4, and the hard contact between the U-shaped plate 86 and the connecting pipe 5 is avoided by arranging the buffer cotton 87 at the contact part of the U-shaped plate 86 and the connecting pipe 5, thereby reducing the loss of the U-shaped plate 86 and the connecting pipe 5, during the installation process, the installer selects the second support rod 82 with different specifications to be connected with the first support rod 81 according to the height of the connection pipe 5, when the connecting piece is connected, the connecting piece 812 is clamped in the notch 811, then the bolt 814 penetrates through the first threaded hole 813 to fix the connecting piece 812 and the first supporting rod 81, and at the moment, the outer surface of the lower end of the connecting pipe 5 is tightly attached to the outer surface of the upper end of the buffer cotton 87, so that the stability of the connecting pipe 5 in the operation process is improved.
