s3, preparing a styrene block polymer layer (231) with the concentration of 30-40%, a C5 hydrogenated petroleum resin layer (232) with the concentration of 40-50%, a naphthenic rubber filled oil layer (233) with the concentration of 10-20% and a hindered phenol antioxidant layer (234), and preparing a waterproof glue layer (23) by using the styrene block polymer layer (231), the C5 hydrogenated petroleum resin layer (232), the naphthenic rubber filled oil layer (233) and the hindered phenol antioxidant layer (234);
s4, preparing 62 parts of a zirconium oxide layer (251), 6-8 parts of a barium oxide layer (252), 4-5 parts of a polyethylene layer (253), 3-4 parts of a polyvinyl chloride layer (254), 1.37 parts of a boric acid layer (255), 17-19 parts of an aluminum oxide layer (256), 10-11 parts of a silicon micropowder layer (257), 8-9 parts of titanium dioxide (258) and 0.2-0.5 part of a triethylene diamine layer (259), and mixing to prepare a high-temperature-resistant glue layer (25);
s5, manufacturing the insulating layer (26) by using the polyester adhesive layer (261) and the PET material layer (262);
s6, fixing the subbase layer (21), the first isolation film layer (22), the waterproof glue layer (23), the second isolation film layer (24), the high-temperature-resistant glue layer (25), the insulating layer (26) and the protective outer layer (27) in sequence to form the adhesive tape body (2), and attaching the adhesive tape body (2) and the protective strip (3).
