Abstract
The invention provides a waterproof color-changing corrugated board which comprises an inner layer oil layer, an inner waterproof layer, a corrugated inner paper layer, a corrugated core paper layer, a corrugated surface paper layer, an outer waterproof layer, a microfibrillated cellulose coating layer, a color layer, an outer layer oil layer and a color-changing layer which are sequentially stacked from inside to outside. The invention also provides a waterproof color-changing corrugated carton. The invention also provides a preparation method of the waterproof color-changing corrugated case. The invention has the beneficial effects that: the moisture-proof and waterproof performance of the corrugated board is improved, and the corrugated board can be used under the conditions of high humidity or humid environment; can be recycled and reused, and is relatively environment-friendly.

Technical Field

Background
With the rapid development of the logistics industry, paper product packaging containers increasingly play an important role, wherein corrugated cartons are the paper product packaging containers which are most used in production and life. The corrugated case has the advantages of light weight, good buffering performance, low cost, easy logistics and the like, and the application range is more and more extensive, but the corrugated case is easy to absorb moisture and damp to cause weakening of strength, and various physical performance indexes can be sharply reduced after meeting water, so that the use effect and the appearance of the case are directly influenced, and the complaints of consumers are increased. On the other hand, the express delivery industry in China shows blowout type development under the drive of electronic commerce. The quantity of express packaging garbage is increased, and recycling becomes a difficult problem. Corrugated case that present commodity circulation used usually single structure, the printing is only some simple information on the packing, because can not recycle, the consumer is after receiving the express delivery, often will directly abandon it as rubbish, will bring serious wasting of resources and environmental pollution like this.

The invention provides a waterproof color-changing corrugated board which comprises an inner layer oil layer, an inner waterproof layer, a corrugated inner paper layer, a corrugated core paper layer, a corrugated surface paper layer, an outer waterproof layer, a microfibrillated cellulose coating layer, a color layer, an outer layer oil layer and a color-changing layer which are sequentially stacked from inside to outside.
As a further improvement of the invention, the inner waterproof layer and the outer waterproof layer are both waterproof coating layers.
As a further improvement of the invention, the waterproof coating layer is prepared by a mixed solution of polyvinyl alcohol, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, oxidized starch and a water repellent agent for paper.
As a further improvement of the invention, the inner waterproof layer is uniformly coated on the outer surface of the corrugated inner paper layer, and the outer waterproof layer is uniformly coated on the outer surface of the corrugated surface paper layer.
The invention also provides a waterproof color-changing corrugated case which comprises a case body formed by folding the waterproof color-changing corrugated board.
As a further improvement of the invention, the box body is provided with a closed tearing line which encloses a reusable color-changing area.
As a further improvement of the invention, the color-changing layer is located on the color-changing region.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the waterproof color-changing corrugated case, which comprises the following steps:
s1, respectively manufacturing an offset plate and a silk screen plate according to the required printing content and the printing area of the color-changing area;
s2, in the process of forming the corrugated board, coating a layer of waterproof layer on the outer surfaces of the corrugated surface paper layer, the corrugated core paper layer and the corrugated lining paper layer respectively, wherein the waterproof layer on the corrugated surface paper layer is an outer waterproof layer, and the waterproof layer on the corrugated lining paper layer is an inner waterproof layer;
s3, coating a microfibrillated cellulose coating layer on the outer surface of the outer waterproof layer;
s4, printing a color layer on the microfibrillated cellulose coating layer by an offset printing process;
s5, respectively printing surface oil on the outer surfaces of the color layer and the inner waterproof layer through a UV printing process;
and S6, printing the color changing layer on the outermost layer on the outer surface of the color changing area formed by enclosing the tearing line of the box body through a screen printing process.
As a further improvement of the invention, the inner waterproof layer and the outer waterproof layer are both waterproof coating layers, and the waterproof coating layers are prepared by a mixed solution of polyvinyl alcohol, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, oxidized starch and a water repellent agent for paper.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the moisture-proof and waterproof performance of the corrugated board is improved, and the corrugated board can be used under the conditions of high humidity or humid environment; can be recycled and reused, and is relatively environment-friendly.

The invention is further described with reference to the following description and embodiments in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the waterproof and color-changing corrugated cardboard comprises an inner layer oil layer 1, an inner waterproof layer 2, a corrugated inner paper layer 31, a corrugated core paper layer 32, a corrugated surface paper layer 33, an outer waterproof layer 4, a microfibrillated cellulose coating layer 5, a color layer 6, an outer layer oil layer 7 and a color-changing layer 8 which are sequentially stacked from inside to outside.
As shown in fig. 2, the waterproof color-changing corrugated case comprises a case body 101 formed by folding a waterproof color-changing corrugated board and a printing coating on the inner side and the outer side of the case body, wherein the case body 101 is designed with a closed tear line 102, the tear line 102 encloses to form a color-changing area 103, the printing content of the part is a personalized pattern, and the part can be used as a water writing board after being torn.
The printing coating outside the box body consists of an outer waterproof layer 4, a microfibrillated cellulose coating layer 5, a color layer 6, a surface oil layer 7 and a color-changing layer 8 from inside to outside respectively, the inner side of the box body consists of an inner surface oil layer 1 and an inner waterproof layer 2 from inside to outside, the middle of the outer side of the box body and the inner side of the box body is a corrugated board 3, and the corrugated board 3 consists of a corrugated inner paper layer 31, a corrugated core paper layer 32 and a corrugated surface paper layer 33 from inside to outside.
Firstly, in order to enhance the waterproof performance of the corrugated board, a waterproof coating layer (a mixed solution of polyvinyl alcohol, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, oxidized starch and a water repellent agent for paper) is uniformly coated on the outer surfaces of the surface paper, the inner paper and the middle paper in the forming process of the surface paper of the corrugated board so as to further enhance the waterproof performance of each layer structure of the corrugated board.
And secondly, uniformly coating a microfibrillated cellulose coating layer 5 on the outer surface of the surface paper (namely the corrugated surface paper layer 33) coated with the waterproof coating layer to further enhance the surface strength of the corrugated paperboard, and simultaneously filling tiny pits on the outer surface of the surface paper by the microfibrillated cellulose coating layer 5, so that the outer surface of the surface paper is smoother and the surface smoothness is increased. The uniform transfer of the printing ink is ensured, so that the printing plate has more uniform contact pressure when being contacted with the surface paper of the corrugated board during the flexographic printing, the printing ink is more uniformly transferred, and the coloring is better.
In addition, the outer surface of the liner paper (namely the corrugated liner paper layer 31) coated with the waterproof coating is coated with an inner layer oil layer 1, the inner layer oil layer 1 has scratch resistance, the waterproof layer is protected from being damaged, and the inner layer oil layer 1 has a certain waterproof effect.
The color layer on the microfibrillated cellulose coating layer 5 is formed by printing through flexo transfer watermark ink, is used for presenting information patterns such as design patterns, characters and the like, and simultaneously realizes the aim of environmental protection.
An outer oil layer 7 is printed on the color layer 6, and the outer oil layer 7 is used for the scratch resistance of the color layer 6 in the transportation and use processes, so that the color layer 6 has a protection function and a certain waterproof function.
Finally, a color changing layer 8 (water color changing ink) is printed on the outer layer oil layer 7, and the color changing layer 8 is positioned on the surface of a color changing area 103 formed by the enclosing of the tearing lines 102 and can be torn off to be used as a water writing board.
A preparation method of a waterproof color-changing corrugated case comprises the following steps:
1. respectively manufacturing an offset plate, a silk screen plate and a carton box structure design according to the required printing content and the printing area of the color-changing area;
2. in the process of forming the corrugated board, a layer of waterproof layer is coated on the outer surfaces of the corrugated inner paper layer 31, the corrugated core paper layer 32 and the corrugated surface paper layer 33;
3. coating an inner layer oil layer 1 on the outer surface of the corrugated inner paper layer 31 coated with the inner waterproof layer 2;
4. coating a microfibrillated cellulose coating layer 5 on the outer surface of the corrugated surface paper layer 33 coated with the outer waterproof layer 4;
5. printing a color layer 6 on the microfibrillated cellulose coating layer 5 by an offset printing process;
6. respectively printing surface oil on the surfaces of the color layer 6 and the inner waterproof layer 2 by a UV printing process;
7. the outermost discoloration layer 8 is printed on the surface of a discoloration area 103 formed by enclosing a tear line 102 of a case 101 by a screen printing process.
The inner waterproof layer 2 and the outer waterproof layer 4 are waterproof coating layers, and the waterproof coating layers are made of mixed liquid of polyvinyl alcohol, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, oxidized starch and paper water repellent agent.
The waterproof color-changing corrugated board, the waterproof color-changing corrugated carton and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention have the following advantages:
1. through the corrugated container board forming process, at corrugated container board facial tissue, core paper and interior paper surface coating one deck waterproof layer and at the color layer surface and interior paper surface printing one deck oil reservoir, realize all-round water-proof effects in the outside, in the transportation of some higher products of humidity or on the way in rainy day transportation, can realize better water proof, the performance and the outward appearance of guarantee carton are not influenced.
2. The surface strength, the surface smoothness and the surface smoothness of the corrugated board are enhanced by coating the microfibrillated cellulose coating layer on the waterproof layer surface paper, so that more uniform contact pressure is realized during flexography, the ink transfer is more uniform, the coloring is better, the printed color layer pattern is fine and attractive, and the display effect of the color-changing layer is better.
3. The paper box has the advantages that the paper box changes color and recovers under the condition of meeting water in the transportation process due to the addition of the water color changing function and the design of the tear line of the box body when meeting water, so that the package is more personalized and interesting, and meanwhile, after the package is used, the panel on the box body can be torn down to be used as a water writing plate, so that the function of the package is increased, and the waste of resources is reduced.
