Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an elbow adjusting device 10 according to an embodiment of the invention includes a clamping member 120, a fixing base 130 and a supporting member 110, wherein the clamping member 120 is connected to the fixing base 130 and defines a clamping space 160 with an opening 161 at one end with the fixing base 130. The supporting member 110 is disposed between the fixing base 130 and the rod 20 (described below) along the axial direction of the light changing rod. The support member 110 is deformed when applied with a force to change an angle between a plane in which the opening 161 of the clamping space 160 is located and an axial direction of the rod body 20. When a force is applied to the support 110, the plane of the opening 161 of the clamping space 160 no longer maintains a fixed angle with the axial direction of the rod body 20 (as the plane of the opening 161 of the prior art light exchange rod 100 is horizontal when it is vertically arranged, only the vertically-installed energy-saving lamp 200 can be replaced), but the angle is variable, so that the replacement of the non-vertically-installed high altitude energy-saving lamp 200 is facilitated.
It should be noted here that the above-mentioned acting force can include several ways: the user applies a force to the stem 20 of the light pole 100, a force transmitted by the stem 20 to the support 110, or a force applied directly to the support 110 by the user.
The elbow adjustment device 10 of the present embodiment further includes a first connecting member 140 and a second connecting member 150, wherein the first connecting member 140 is disposed between the fixing base 130 and the supporting member 110, and the second connecting member 150 is disposed between the supporting member 110 and the rod 20. The first connecting member 40, the second supporting member 150, the clamping member 120, the fixing base 130 and the supporting member 110 are connected together to form the elbow adjusting device 10.
Specifically, the clamping member 120 includes at least two fixing posts 121, each two adjacent fixing posts 121 are spaced apart from each other, and all the fixing posts 121 and the fixing base 130 define a clamping space 160.
In an embodiment, the clamping member 120 may include four fixing posts 121, wherein every two adjacent fixing posts 121 are spaced apart from each other around the edge of the fixing base 130 and have the same distance from the center of the fixing base 130, and together with the fixing base 130, define a clamping space 160 having a rectangular parallelepiped shape with the fixing posts 121 as the bottom, the upper end opening 161, and the edge. In other embodiments, the clamping space 160 may also be spherical or ellipsoidal in shape.
The fixing column 121 is fixed to the fixing base 130 by a fixing member 170, and the fixing member 170 may be a bolt or a nut. For example, a threaded hole is formed in the lower end of the fixing post 121, and a bolt is screwed into the threaded hole of the fixing post 121 to connect the fixing post 121 and the fixing base 130 together. For example, an external thread is turned on the outer side of the lower portion of the fixing post 121, and a nut is screwed into the external thread on the bottom of the fixing post 121 at the bottom of the fixing seat 130 to connect the fixing post 121 and the fixing seat 130 together. The diameter of the fixing post 121 is set according to the size of the clamping groove 301 of the energy saving lamp 200 to be replaced, for example, for the energy saving lamp 200 with the U-shaped lamp tube 300 structure, the fixing post can be clamped in the clamping groove 301 formed between every two U-shaped lamp tubes 300 of the energy saving lamp 200 to fix the energy saving lamp 200. A gap 1211 is formed between every two adjacent fixing posts 121, and the U-shaped lamp tube 300 of the energy saving lamp 200 can extend from the gap.
Further, the length of the fixing post 121 may be set to 20cm to 30cm, the diameter of the fixing post 121 may be 0.5cm to 1.0cm, and the fixing post 121 may be fixed for a U-shaped energy saving lamp usually smaller than 20cm, otherwise, the fixing post 121 of this embodiment may not be in a regular shape, for example, for a conventional incandescent lamp, the fixing post 121 may be set to be a curved upright post with a curvature, the bulb of the incandescent lamp may be directly wrapped by the fixing post 121, and a portion of the incandescent lamp may protrude from the notch 1211.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the fixing base 130 is a circular disc, and the thickness thereof is determined by the fixing manner of the clamping member 120, and is not too thick as long as the fixing base can be connected with the clamping member 120 and can sufficiently support the clamping member 120. The upper surface of which is connected to the clamping member 120 and the lower surface facing away from the clamping member 120 is connected to the first connecting member 140.
The fixing base 130 is further provided with at least two mounting holes 131, each fixing post 121 is mounted in each mounting hole 131, and the fixing posts 121 can slide in the mounting holes 131 according to the size of the energy-saving lamp 200 to be replaced, so as to form clamping spaces 160 with different volumes. In an embodiment, the mounting hole 131 may be four elongated holes, each fixing post 121 passes through the elongated hole respectively and is connected to the fixing base 130 through the fixing member 170, wherein a position of at least one fixing post 121 in the elongated hole is adjustable, and when the plurality of fixing posts 121 are located at different positions of the plurality of elongated holes, a plurality of clamping spaces with different volumes are correspondingly formed.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4, the energy saving lamp 200 can enter the clamping space 160 through the upper end opening 161, when the energy saving lamp 200 is accommodated in the clamping space 160, each fixing post 121 is aligned to the clamping groove 301 between two U-shaped lamp tubes 300, and the fixing base 130 is slowly close to the energy saving lamp 200 until the fixing base 130 contacts the top of the U-shaped lamp tube 300 of the energy saving lamp 200, so that the fixing of the energy saving lamp 200 is completed, and the subsequent screwing is facilitated. After the fixing is completed, the energy saving lamp 200 can be directly held by the fixing posts 121 and the portion of the U-shaped lamp 300 can protrude from the notch 1211.
It is to be noted that, in the present embodiment, the number, distance, and size of the fixing posts 121 are all designed specifically according to the structure of the energy saving lamp 200, but the number, distance, and size of the fixing posts 121 are not limited thereto, and as long as the number, distance, and size are designed specifically according to the shape of the lamp to be replaced, the lamp to be replaced can be fixed, so as to facilitate the subsequent replacement, and such structures are all within the protection scope of the present invention.
In one embodiment, the first connecting member 140 includes at least two first cylinders 141 connected to each other, and the at least two first cylinders 141 connected to each other may have different diameters, and may be respectively arranged to connect and support the supporting member 110 and the fixing base 130 according to different cross-sectional areas. Specifically, the first connecting member 140 includes three first cylinders 141 coaxially disposed and having different diameters, the first cylinder 141 located above the first connecting member 140 forms a first connecting end 1411 thereof, the first connecting member 140 is connected to the fixing base 130 through the first connecting end 1411 to support the fixing base 130 and the clamping member 120, the first cylinder 141 located below is connected to the supporting member 110, and the middle first cylinder 141 connects the upper and lower first cylinders 141 and supports the upper and lower first cylinders 141. Here, the first cylinder 141 may not be a cylinder, and may be a rectangle, a square, or the like, but this embodiment is only one of the solutions.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in an embodiment, the supporting member 110 includes a first supporting member 111 and a second supporting member 112, the second supporting member 112 is sleeved outside the first supporting member 111, and an elastic modulus of the second supporting member 112 is greater than an elastic modulus of the first supporting member 111, and the second supporting member 112 can support the first supporting member 111 while deforming with the first supporting member 111. Specifically, the second support member 112 is wrapped around the first support member 111.
Because the first supporting member 111 has elasticity and natural elasticity (deformation is generated when external force is applied, and after the external force is removed, the deformation disappears, and the material recovers to the original shape, which is called elasticity), the elbow adjusting device 10 is easy to be upright when the external force disappears, so that the bending angle α of the elbow adjusting device 10 is unstable. Therefore, here, wrapping the first support member 111 with the second support member 112 having a larger elastic modulus than the first support member 111 greatly slows down the elastic recovery of the first support member 111, thereby achieving stable and effective transformation of the bending angle α. In this embodiment, the outer surface of the first supporting member 111 is attached to the inner surface of the second supporting member 112; the first supporting member 111 is connected to the first connecting member 140 and the second connecting member 150. In the initial state, the supporting member 110 is perpendicular to the fixing base 130 along the axial direction of the rod 20, and no change is needed if the energy saving lamp 200 installed vertically needs to be replaced. If the energy saving lamp 200 installed at an angle of 45 ° downward needs to be replaced, the support member 110 needs to be bent at an angle of 135 ° upward for use. When the energy-saving lamp is used, after the rotating acting force from the rod body 20 is received, the supporting part 110 drives the clamping part 120 to rotate so as to drive the energy-saving lamp 200 to rotate, in the process, the first supporting part 111 is easily deformed under the stress to generate the change of the bending angle alpha, the second supporting part 112 is fixed on the first supporting part 111 in a fitting manner and also changes along with the change of the combination degree of the energy-saving lamp 200 and the lamp holder, the formed bending angle alpha can be changed from 90 degrees to 180 degrees in a three-dimensional space, and the bending angle alpha can also be changed adaptively along with the continuous change of the combination degree of the energy-saving lamp 200 and the lamp holder, so that the energy-saving lamp 200 can be conveniently replaced in different.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the first supporting member 111 is an aluminum alloy strong spring, and the cross-sectional diameter may be 3cm, but is not limited to this aluminum alloy material, and the second supporting member 112 is a soft rubber member, and the elastic modulus of the soft rubber member is greater than that of the aluminum alloy strong spring and has tension. The elasticity of the powerful spring of aluminum alloy is greater than the elasticity of rubber, and the soft rubber spare can take place to deform and support the powerful spring of aluminum alloy along with the spring, and the supporting role of soft rubber spare prevents to produce on the one hand and kick-backs after the powerful spring of aluminum alloy warp, on the other hand prevents that the powerful spring of aluminum alloy if receiving the perpendicular decurrent effort of fixing base 130 when with spring pressure deformation.
Further, in one embodiment, the second supporting member 112 is formed in a shape with two open ends and four closed sides, and preferably, the shape may be a cylinder, but is not limited to this shape, after the wrapping, a space is formed in the middle for the first supporting member 111 to be placed and deformed, and the openings at the two ends of the second supporting member 112 may be flush with the two ends of the first supporting member 111.
Specifically, the second connector 150 includes at least two second cylinders 151 connected to each other, and the at least two first cylinders 141 connected to each other may have different diameters, and may be respectively arranged to have a connecting and supporting function with respect to different cross-sectional areas of the rod body 20 and the supporting member 110. Specifically, the second connector 150 includes three first cylinders 151 coaxially disposed and having different diameters, the second cylinder 151 located above the second connector 150 forms a second connection end 1511, the second connector 150 is connected to the support through the second connection end to support the support 110, and is connected to the rod 20 of the light exchange pole 100 through the second cylinder 151 located below, the second cylinder 151 located in the middle is located between the upper and lower second cylinders 151 to connect the two second cylinders 151 and support the two second cylinders 151, here, the second cylinder 151 may not be a cylinder, and may be a rectangle or a square, and the like, which is only one of the solutions in this embodiment.
The second connecting member 150 plays a role of strong support in the process of transmitting the acting force of the rod 20 to the support member 110, the second support member 110 can strongly support the elbow adjusting device 10 and transmit the force of the user acting on the rod 20 to the elbow adjusting device 10, so that the support member 110 deforms according to the direction of the applied force, the first connecting member 140 can strongly support the fixing seat 130 and the clamping member 120 and transmit the deformation effect of the support member 110 to the energy-saving lamp 200 to immediately rotate, and the effective action of the elbow adjusting device 10 is achieved through the action of the two connecting members.
The elbow adjusting device 10 provided by the embodiment clamps the energy-saving lamp 200 through the clamping member 120 fixed on the fixing seat 130; when the energy-saving lamp 200 needs to be unscrewed, the supporting member 110 drives the clamping member 120 to rotate counterclockwise through the first connecting member 140, the energy-saving lamp 200 is driven to rotate while the clamping member 120 rotates, and the bending angle α of the supporting member 110 is continuously changed and freely adjusted during the rotation process until the energy-saving lamp 200 can be taken down from the clamping space 160 formed by the clamping member 120 and the fixing seat 130 together after being completely unscrewed. On the contrary, when the energy-saving lamp 200 is installed, the energy-saving lamp 200 can be clamped in the clamping space 160 formed by the clamping member 120 and the fixing seat 130 in advance; the lamp holder corresponds to the lamp holder by adjusting the initial bending angle of the support member 110, the support member 110 drives the clamping member 120 to rotate clockwise and counterclockwise through the first connecting member 140, the energy-saving lamp 200 is driven to rotate and rotate clockwise towards the interior of the lamp holder, the clamping member 120 is pulled out backwards in the direction parallel to the energy-saving lamp 200 after the energy-saving lamp 200 completely enters, and the elbow adjusting device 10 is taken down. The elbow adjusting device 10 can freely adjust the angle by utilizing the elastic force and the supporting force of the second supporting member 110 and the elastic force of the first supporting member 110 to generate powerful deformation, even if the energy-saving lamp 200 is in an inclined position or a position close to a corner, and the operation is very simple and convenient.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present invention further provides a light changing pole 100, which includes the above-mentioned elbow adjusting device 10 and a pole 20, wherein the pole 20 is connected to the elbow adjusting device 10 through a support 130.
The material, length and shape of the rod 20 are not limited, and may be set according to the requirements of the place to be replaced. Specifically, the rod 20 is connected to the supporting member 110 through the second connecting member 150, so as to support the entire elbow adjusting device 10, and the connection between the rod 20 and the elbow adjusting device 10 may be a loose joint or a fixed welding. Preferably, a loose joint is used, so that the same elbow adjusting device 10 can be adapted to different rod bodies 20 with different lengths and different specifications to form different lamp changing poles 100 for changing the energy saving lamps 200 in different places. The rod body 20 may be hollow and have an internal thread turned at an upper portion thereof, an external thread turned on the second cylinder 151 at a lower end of the second connector 150, and the second connector 150 may be screwed into the rod body 20 to be connected to the rod body 20.
When the energy-saving lamp is used, a user stands on the ground or any stable table surface, holds the other end of the rod body 20, operates the whole lamp changing rod 100, rotates the rod body 20, transmits force to the elbow adjusting device 10 through the supporting effect of the second connecting piece 150 to deform, changes the angle between the plane of the opening 161 of the clamping space 160 and the axial direction of the rod body 20, and realizes the replacement of the energy-saving lamp 200. Even in the high place or the narrow and small position in space, tools such as a ladder do not need to be carried any more, the high place is climbed for replacement, the user can operate on the ground, the working strength and the working time of workers can be reduced to a great extent, and meanwhile, the working efficiency is improved while the working time is saved due to the fact that the climbing is not required to be carried back and forth. Moreover, because the light changing pole 100 has a certain length and is made of insulating materials, a relatively long distance is kept between the light changing pole and the electric equipment when a user uses the light changing pole, and the safety of workers is greatly improved while the replacement efficiency is ensured.
The lamp post 100 is a targeted design for the inconvenience of replacing the energy-saving lamp 200 which is not vertically installed in a complex place such as an electric power place, a large-scale factory and the like, and particularly has a more obvious effect on replacing the energy-saving lamp 200 which is not vertically installed, and of course, the lamp post 100 is also applicable to replacing other types of lamps or lamps in other places and installation angles, so that the use place and the use object of the lamp post 100 are not limited to the above embodiments.
The light changing pole 100 and the elbow adjusting device 10 in the above embodiment of the invention have the following advantages:
(1) the elbow adjusting device 10 can be twisted and deformed freely as required to change the angle between the plane of the opening 161 and the axial direction of the rod body 20 without being limited by the replacement space and position, so that the replacement operation of various non-vertical installation and corner installation lamps is more convenient;
