after the punching operation of the heat dissipation fins is finished, the installation driving unit drives the first installation pipe 340 to move horizontally and is linked with the reserved heat pipe to be inserted into the holes of the heat dissipation fins, then the power unit drives the second installation pipe 350 and is linked with the nickel alloy pipe to be sleeved outside the heat pipe, so that the punching flanges of the heat dissipation fins are abutted against the outside of the nickel alloy pipe, the contact area between the punching flanges and the heat dissipation fins is increased, and the heat dissipation efficiency is improved.
In order to clamp one end of the heat pipe, a positioning elastic sheet 341 is arranged on the first installation pipe 340 in a horizontal manner, the positioning elastic sheets 341 are arranged in parallel with the first installation pipe 340 and are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the first installation pipe 340, and the positioning elastic sheets 341 abut against the inner wall of the heat pipe;

in order to separate the bent heat pipe from the heat pipe bending device 500, a separation block 561 is arranged on a rotating shaft block of the forming roller 542, a separation head 562 is arranged below the separation block 561, the separation head 562 is connected with a piston rod of a separation oil cylinder 563, the bent heat pipe is separated from an opening between the forming roller 542 by starting the separation oil cylinder 563, a separation nut is arranged on the heat pipe bending device 500 and connected with a separation lead screw 572, one end of the separation lead screw 572 is connected with a separation motor 573, the whole heat pipe bending device 500 is separated from the heat pipe by starting the separation motor 573, and the cover plate and the bent heat pipe are conveniently assembled with the heat dissipation fins.
Preferably, a cover plate guiding mechanism is disposed at an outlet of the cooling fin cover plate feeding mechanism, the cover plate guiding mechanism is configured to guide the bent heat pipe and the cover plate to a position of the cooling fin which is reserved for assembly above the heat pipe installation device 300, and the heat pipe assembly device 400 is configured to implement installation of the cover plate, the bent heat pipe and the assembled cooling fin.
After the heat pipe is bent, inserting installation of the bent heat pipe head and a reserved heat pipe orifice on the heat dissipation fin needs to be performed, the heat pipe assembling device 400 comprises an assembling pushing head 410, the assembling pushing head 410 is used for driving the cover plate to move horizontally, a heat pipe separating head 420 is arranged beside the assembling pushing head 410, the heat pipe separating head 420 is used for separating and poking the heat pipe and enabling the position of the bent head to correspond to the position of the reserved heat pipe orifice on the heat dissipation fin, and when the assembling pushing head 410 drives the cover plate to move horizontally, the bent head of the heat pipe and the reserved heat pipe orifice on the heat dissipation fin form inserting matching;
the assembling and pushing head 410 drives the heat dissipation fin cover plate to move horizontally, so that the cover plate is installed at the upper end of the heat dissipation fin and clamped and fixed, the heat pipe separation head 420 separates the plurality of bent heat pipes, so that the pipe heads of the heat pipes correspond to the reserved heat pipe orifices on the heat dissipation fins, and then the pipe heads of the heat pipes are inserted into the reserved heat pipe orifices on the heat dissipation fins, so that the installation operation of the heat pipes and the heat dissipation fins is realized.
When the inserting fit of the heat pipe head and the pipe orifice of the reserved heat pipe is implemented, the heat pipe separation head 420 comprises a plurality of groups of separation sheets 421 arranged at intervals, the surfaces of the separation sheets 421 are arranged vertically and at intervals, the separation sheets 421 are connected with a separation power mechanism, the separation power mechanism drives the separation sheets 421 to move horizontally and to be inserted into the gaps between the adjacent heat pipes, the separation sheets 421 are inserted into the gaps between the adjacent heat pipes and rotate, and the separation sheets 421 rotate to implement the rotation of the plurality of groups of heat pipes on the cover plate and enable the pipe heads of the heat pipes to correspond to the pipe orifices of the reserved heat pipes on the heat dissipation fins;
when the heat pipes which are parallel to each other are separated, the separating sheet 421 is inserted into the gap between the adjacent heat pipes and rotates, so that the two sides of the separating sheet 421 are abutted against the outer walls of the heat pipes, the bent ends of the heat pipes and the pipe orifices of the heat pipes reserved on the heat dissipation fins form an insertion fit, and the heat pipes and the pipe orifices of the heat pipes reserved on the heat dissipation fins form an insertion fit.
More preferably, a separation slide rod 422 is arranged on the separation sheet 421, a separation shifting block 4221 is arranged on the separation slide rod 422, the separation slide rod 422 and the separation sleeve 423 form a sliding fit, a separation spiral groove 4231 is arranged on the inner wall of the separation sleeve 423, and the separation shifting block 4221 and the separation spiral groove 4231 form an insertion fit;
when the operation of deflecting the separating sheet 421 is performed, the heat pipe is deflected, and the separating dial 4221 slides along the separating spiral groove 4231, so that the separating sheet 421 is deflected, and the bent end of the heat pipe corresponds to the position of the heat dissipating fin where one end of the heat pipe is reserved.
More preferably, a release bearing 424 is arranged at one end of the release slide rod 422, the release bearing 424 is rotatably arranged on the release plate 425, the release power mechanism drive comprises a release motor 426, the release motor 426 is connected with a release screw 4262, a release nut 4261 is arranged on the release plate 425, the release screw 4262 is connected with the release nut 4261, and the release screw 4262 is arranged in parallel with the moving direction of the pushing head 410;
when the separation motor 426 is started, one end of the separation sliding rod 422 is positioned on the separation bearing 424 to rotate, so that the deflection operation of the separation sheet 421 is implemented, and the insertion of the reserved heat pipe orifice on the heat dissipation fin is further realized.
More preferably, a support plate is vertically arranged at one end of the separating sheet 421, the separating slide bar 422 and the support plate form a sliding fit, a separating spring 427 is sleeved on the separating slide bar 422, and two ends of the separating spring 427 are respectively abutted to flanges on the support plate and the separating slide bar 422;
after the separation cylinder 426 is started, the separation sheet 421 abuts against the plate surface on one side of the heat dissipation fins, and the separation spring 427 is compressed to form deflection avoidance to the separation sheet 421, and the insertion and matching of the bent end of the heat pipe and one end of the heat pipe reserved on the heat dissipation fins can be implemented;
the insertion installation of one end of the heat pipe reserved for the heat dissipation fins and the bent end of the heat pipe is implemented, an assembling pressing plate 428 is arranged on the separation sliding rod 422, and the assembling pressing plate 428 and the pipe head of the heat pipe form abutting and separation matching;
the assembly pressing plate 428 moves horizontally, so that the horizontal movement of the bent end can be effectively implemented until the heat pipe is pushed to the heat pipe fins to be assembled with the heat pipe orifices in a plugging manner.
When the heat dissipation fins of the heat dissipation fin backing plate are installed and the heat pipe elbows are inserted into the heat pipe orifices reserved on the heat dissipation fins, the whole assembly is installed, and after the assembly is installed, the assembly is conveyed into next production equipment, and the LED module and the radiator assembly are further installed, so that the LED module and the radiator are installed.
The automatic assembling method of the heat pipe fin comprises the following steps:
firstly, after a single radiating fin is produced by equipment, the single radiating fin is led out to a radiating fin feeding device 100, and a plurality of radiating fins are led out to a welding positioning device 200 by the radiating fin feeding device 100;
secondly, starting the welding and positioning device 300 to stack a plurality of radiating fins in order, so that the plurality of radiating fins keep equal intervals;
thirdly, starting the welding unit to perform welding operation on the plurality of radiating fins so that the plurality of radiating fins are connected into a whole;
fourthly, starting the drilling head 310 of the reserved heat pipe installation device 300 to perform drilling operation on the heat dissipation fins;
fifthly, horizontally pushing out the welded and drilled heat dissipation fins to the positions of a first installation pipe 340 and a second installation pipe 350 of the reserved heat pipe installation device 300;
sixthly, starting an installation driving unit of the reserved heat pipe installation device 300 to enable the first installation pipe 340 to horizontally move and interlock the reserved heat pipe to interpolate in the drill holes of the heat dissipation fins;
seventhly, starting a power unit of the reserved heat pipe installation device 300 to enable the second installation pipe 350 to horizontally move and to be linked with the nickel metal pipe to be sleeved outside the heat pipe so as to implement installation operation of the nickel metal pipe, the heat pipe and the heat dissipation fins;
eighthly, starting the conducting strip 260 on the welding positioning device 200, and guiding the heat dissipation fins to the position of the heat pipe assembly device 400;
ninthly, starting a radiating fin cover plate feeding mechanism, guiding a single radiating fin cover plate to the side of the heat pipe bending device 500, and starting the heat pipe bending device 500 to bend the heat pipe;
tenth, the assembling pushing head 410 of the heat pipe assembling device 400 is started, and the bent end of the heat pipe and the reserved pipe ends of the heat dissipation fins form an inserting fit to complete the assembling of the heat dissipation assembly.

a nickel metal pipe feeding device (600) is arranged beside the welding positioning device (200), the nickel metal pipe feeding device (600) sleeves a nickel metal pipe outside the heat pipe reserved at the outlet of the heat pipe installation device (300), a welding unit is arranged on the welding positioning device (200), and the welding unit performs welding operation on the outer wall of the heat dissipation fin and the nickel metal pipe.

a pressure head plate (140) is arranged above the feeding trough plate (110), the pressure head plate (140) vertically ascends and descends and vertically pushes the heat dissipation fins at the outlet position of the feeding trough plate (110) into a vertical guide plate (120), an electromagnetic adsorption mechanism is arranged on the pressure head plate (140), and the electromagnetic adsorption mechanism carries out adsorption operation on the single heat dissipation fins;
the deflection mechanism comprises a deflection shaft horizontally arranged on one side of the vertical guide plate (120), the deflection shaft is rotatably arranged on the rack, a deflection arm (147) is arranged at one end of the deflection shaft, a deflection rod is arranged on the deflection arm (147), the deflection rod is hinged to a piston rod of a deflection oil cylinder (148), a cylinder body of the deflection oil cylinder (148) is hinged to the rack, and the deflection oil cylinder (148) drives the vertical guide plate (120) to be in a vertical state and a horizontal state.

the gap retaining positioning head (132) comprises two gap retaining arms (1321) which are arranged in a hinged manner, the hinge axes of the two gap-retaining arms (1321) are horizontal and form a V-shaped structure with the gap-retaining positioning head (132) integrally, a torsional spring is sleeved on a hinged shaft of the clearance keeping arm (1321) and the clearance keeping positioning head (132), the torsion spring enables the overhanging ends of the two clearance maintaining arms (1321) to be far away, the lower end of the clearance maintaining positioning head (132) is provided with a guide rotating rod (1322), the guide rotary slide rod (1322) is vertically sleeved on the pipe sleeve (133), a spiral groove (1331) is arranged in the pipe sleeve (133), the guide rotary slide bar (1322) is provided with a deflection convex column (1323), the deflection convex column (1323) extends into the spiral groove (1331), the lower end of the guide rotating slide rod (1322) is connected with a piston rod of the clearance maintaining cylinder (134);

A heat pipe fin automated assembly apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the welding positioning device (200) comprises a pushing oil cylinder (210) arranged on one side of the discharging channel (130), the pushing oil cylinder (210) is horizontal and is arranged perpendicular to the length direction of the discharging channel (130), a positioning plate (220) is arranged in the pushing direction of the pushing oil cylinder (210), a positioning head (230) is arranged below the positioning plate (220), and the positioning head (230) keeps equal intervals among multiple groups of radiating fins and clamps the radiating fins;
a positioning compression rod (240) is arranged above the positioning plate (220), the positioning compression rod (240) is horizontal and arranged in parallel with the positioning plate (220), the positioning compression rod (240) is rotatably arranged at one end of a positioning cantilever (241), the other end of the positioning cantilever (241) is rotatably arranged on a positioning rack, a positioning torsion spring is arranged at the rotating end of the positioning cantilever (241), and the positioning torsion spring enables the positioning compression rod (240) to be suspended downwards;
the heat dissipation device is characterized in that positioning pressing plates (250) are arranged at two ends of the positioning plate (220), the positioning pressing plates (250) are close to each other and clamp the heat dissipation fins on the positioning plate (220).

the heat pipe separation head (420) comprises a plurality of groups of separation sheets (421) which are arranged at intervals, the surfaces of the separation sheets (421) are arranged vertically and at intervals, the separation sheets (421) are connected with a separation power mechanism, the separation power mechanism drives the separation sheets (421) to move horizontally and is inserted into gaps between adjacent heat pipes, the separation sheets (421) are inserted into the gaps between the adjacent heat pipes and rotate, the separation sheets (421) rotate to rotate the plurality of groups of heat pipes on the cover plate, and pipe heads of the heat pipes correspond to reserved heat pipe openings on the heat dissipation fins.
