Claims (8)
1. An auxiliary straightening device for H-shaped steel during welding is characterized by comprising a supporting seat, a top pressing mechanism, a two-way pressing mechanism, an arc striking traction plate and a traction mechanism; the supporting seat is a semi-enclosed frame structure with a top, a bottom and one side closed and the other side open; the H-shaped steel is arranged on the bottom plate of the supporting seat during welding, and the lower flange plate is attached to the bottom plate of the supporting seat; the top plate of the supporting seat is higher than the upper flange plate of the H-shaped steel, a plurality of groups of top pressing mechanisms are longitudinally arranged at the top of the supporting seat along the H-shaped steel, top pressing rollers capable of adjusting the height are arranged in the top pressing mechanisms, and the top pressing rollers are pressed on the top of the upper flange plate of the H-shaped steel; two sides of the corresponding H-shaped steel web plate in the supporting seat are respectively provided with a plurality of groups of bidirectional pressing mechanisms along the longitudinal direction of the H-shaped steel; the bidirectional pressing mechanism is internally provided with a bidirectional hydraulic cylinder, a cylinder body of the bidirectional hydraulic cylinder is fixedly connected with the supporting seat, 2 cylinder rods of the bidirectional hydraulic cylinder respectively vertically extend upwards and downwards, the upwards extending cylinder rods are connected with an upper pressing roller, and the upper pressing roller is pressed on the bottom of the upper flange plate of the H-shaped steel; the cylinder rod which extends downwards is connected with a lower pressing roller, and the lower pressing roller is pressed on the top of the lower flange plate of the H-shaped steel; an arc striking traction plate is arranged at one end of the H-shaped steel, the arc striking traction plate is connected with a traction mechanism through a traction rope, and under the action of the traction mechanism, the arc striking traction plate pulls the H-shaped steel to move horizontally along the longitudinal direction; the welding gun is arranged outside the open side of the supporting seat, at least 3 groups of top pressing mechanisms and 3 groups of bidirectional pressing mechanisms are arranged between the welding gun and the traction mechanism, and the top pressing mechanisms and the bidirectional pressing mechanisms are arranged in one-to-one correspondence;
the top compressing mechanism consists of 2 telescopic adjusting devices, 2 top bearing seats and top compressing rollers, wherein the 2 telescopic adjusting devices correspond to two sides of the upper flange plate of the H-shaped steel, adjusting rods capable of being longitudinally and telescopically adjusted are arranged in the telescopic adjusting devices, and the adjusting rods penetrate through the top plate of the supporting seat and are connected with the top bearing seats; the top bearing seat is connected with a top pinch roller through a bearing; the bidirectional pressing mechanism consists of a bidirectional hydraulic cylinder, an upper bearing seat, an upper pressing roller, a lower bearing seat and a lower pressing roller; the cylinder rod of the bidirectional hydraulic cylinder which extends upwards is connected with an upper bearing seat, and the upper bearing seat is connected with an upper pinch roller through a bearing; the cylinder rod of the bidirectional hydraulic cylinder which extends downwards is connected with a lower bearing seat, and the lower bearing seat is connected with a lower compaction roller through a bearing; the bidirectional hydraulic cylinder is fixedly connected with the bottom plate of the supporting seat through the hydraulic cylinder fixing seat.

The auxiliary straightening device for welding H-shaped steel according to claim 1, wherein the supporting seat is of a split structure split along a horizontal plane from the middle part and consists of an upper supporting seat frame, a lower supporting seat frame and a connecting piece; the outer sides of the connecting parts of the upper supporting seat frame and the lower supporting seat frame are respectively provided with an outer connecting plate, and the 2 outer connecting plates are fixedly connected through connecting pieces; the inner sides of the connecting parts of the upper supporting seat frame and the lower supporting seat frame are respectively provided with an inner connecting plate, 2 inner connecting plates are arranged at intervals, 2 inner connecting plates are fixedly connected through connecting pieces, and distance sleeves are arranged on the outer sides of the connecting pieces between the 2 inner connecting plates.

The auxiliary straightening device for welding H-shaped steel according to claim 2, wherein the inner connecting plates and the outer connecting plates are arranged along the longitudinal direction of the supporting seat in a continuous or intermittent manner, and the inner connecting plates and the outer connecting plates are fixedly connected through a plurality of connecting pieces which are uniformly arranged along the longitudinal direction of the supporting seat.

The auxiliary straightening device for welding H-shaped steel according to claim 1, wherein the number of the top pressing rollers is 1 to more, and the plurality of top pressing rollers are uniformly arranged along the longitudinal direction of the H-shaped steel; the telescopic adjusting device is an electric synchronous hydraulic jack.

The auxiliary straightening device for welding H-shaped steel according to claim 1, wherein the number of the upper compression roller and the lower compression roller is 1 to more, and a plurality of upper compression rollers or a plurality of lower compression rollers are uniformly arranged along the longitudinal direction of the H-shaped steel.

The auxiliary straightening device for welding H-shaped steel according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the bottom of the top plate of the supporting seat is provided with distance measuring sensors respectively at positions right above the edges of the two sides of the upper flange plate of the corresponding H-shaped steel.
7. The auxiliary straightening device for welding H-shaped steel according to claim 1, wherein the traction mechanism comprises a motor, a speed reducer and a winding drum which are sequentially connected, and the traction rope is a steel wire rope and is wound on the winding drum.
8. The method of using the auxiliary straightener for welding H-section steel as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
the support seat is fixed on the ground or a workbench, H-shaped steel after assembly and spot welding fixation is arranged in the support seat, and a web plate at one end of the H-shaped steel is welded and fixed with an arc striking traction plate; a welding gun of the automatic submerged arc welding machine is arranged at one side of the opening of the supporting seat; the H-shaped steel is integrally compressed and welded through the cooperation of the top compression mechanism and the two-way compression mechanism; in the welding process, the welding gun is motionless, and the traction mechanism is matched with the arc striking traction plate through the traction rope, so that the H-shaped steel moves horizontally and uniformly along the longitudinal direction, and the connection welding is realized; the welding joint position is unchanged in the welding process and after welding is ensured through compaction, and meanwhile, the upper flange plate of the H-shaped steel is straightened through the combined action of the top compaction roller and the upper compaction roller, and the lower flange plate of the H-shaped steel is straightened through the combined action of the lower compaction roller and the bottom plate of the supporting seat, so that the welding deformation of the H-shaped steel is finally avoided or reduced.
