The following method of using the double-wall bellows cutter 1 comprises the steps of:
step S1, hooping the pair of positioning hoops 2 in the ring grooves on the outer wall of the pipe T, and hooping the pair of positioning hoops 2 by using the hoop screws 25;
step S2, as shown in fig. 3, rotating the screwing snap ring 7 to make the screwing snap ring 7 move towards the head along the axial direction of the main thread cylinder 42, so that the screwing snap ring 7 presses the connection fork 6, the connection fork 6 drives the first connection piece 13 and the second connection piece 14 of the extension assembly M, and the clamping support 16 of the extension assembly M extends outwards until the position of the clamping support 16 reaches the edge of the pipe T;
step S3, as shown in FIG. 1, clamping the clamping brackets 16 of the three stretching assemblies M on the edge of the pipe T respectively, sliding the clamping slide block 17 to a proper position, and screwing the three slide block screw rods 18;
step S4, adjusting the blade screw 116 of the cutter assembly 11 so that the blade 115 obtains a proper cutting depth;
step S4, manually shaking the handle 9 so that the blade 115 cuts the inner wall of the tube T.
Due to the adoption of the three extension assemblies, the blades can effectively cut the inner wall of the pipe, the cut is neat and attractive, the operation is easy, and the cutting efficiency is high.
As shown in fig. 13 to 16, which are second embodiments of the present invention, only a partial structure is shown here. Different from the first embodiment, the cutter assembly 11A includes a pair of strip-shaped cutter holders 111A, a through adjusting window 1111A is disposed in the middle of the cutter holders 111A, a front inner wall semicircular groove 1112A is disposed on one side of the adjusting window 1111A, a rear inner wall semicircular groove 1113A is disposed on the other side of the adjusting window 1111A, a rotatable fine adjusting hand wheel 118A is disposed in the adjusting window 1111A, a hand wheel threaded hole 1180A is disposed in the center of the fine adjusting hand wheel 118A, a driving screw 119A is disposed between the front inner wall semicircular groove 1112A and the rear inner wall semicircular groove 1113A, the driving screw 119A penetrates through the hand wheel threaded hole 1180A, a separable push plate 1181A is disposed at the head of the driving screw 119A, a compression spring 1182A is disposed at the tail of the driving screw 119A, the push plate 1181A is slidably disposed in the cutter mounting groove 113, a cutter holder 1183A is disposed on the front side wall of the push plate 1181A, the insert holder 1183A has a size corresponding to the thickness of the insert 115, and the four corners of the holder 111A are respectively provided with a holder connecting hole 1114A, and the holder connecting holes 1114A are connected by a holder connecting screw 1110A.
The second embodiment of the present invention will be explained below.
During the cutting process of the blade 115, a user can directly use fingers to dial the fine adjustment handwheel 118A, so that the fine adjustment handwheel 118A rotates, the drive screw 119A advances and presses the push piece 1181A to advance, and the blade 115 advances forward, so that the cutting depth of the blade 115 is increased. When the user apparently feels that the blade 115 encounters a greater resistance, the fine adjustment handwheel 118A may be rotated in the opposite direction, causing the blade 115 to retract a portion.
Because the cutting depth of the blade 115 can be continuously finely adjusted along with the change of the cutting depth, the applicability is better, the cutting speed is higher, and the blade can be prevented from being broken due to overlarge resistance.
As shown in fig. 17 to 23, which are a third embodiment of the present invention, only a partial structure is shown here. Different from the first embodiment, a through spindle screw hole 50B is formed in the center of the spindle 5B, a through fine tuning window 501B is formed on a side wall of the head of the spindle 5B, a fine tuning long screw 54B is disposed in the spindle screw hole 50B, a first tapered head 542B is disposed at the head of the fine tuning long screw 54B, and a dial rod 541B is disposed at the tail of the fine tuning long screw 54B.
In addition, the cutter assembly 11B includes a pair of elongated tool holders 111A, a guiding semicircular groove 115B is further disposed on an inner wall of the tool holder 111B, a slidable driving bracket 120B is disposed on the guiding semicircular groove 115B, the driving bracket 120B includes a rod-shaped driving polish rod 121B, a sheet-shaped collet 123B is disposed at a head of the driving polish rod 121B, a collet opening 124B is disposed on a front side wall of the collet 123B, a size of the collet opening 124B is adapted to a thickness of the blade 115, a tapered second taper head 122B is disposed at a tail of the driving polish rod 121B, and the second taper head 122B is matched with the first taper head 542B.
The third embodiment of the invention will be explained below
As shown in fig. 24 and 25, during the cutting process of the blade 115, the user can directly use a finger to dial the dial rod 541B, so that the fine adjustment long screw 54B rotates downward, for example, in the direction of F1. The first conical head 542B of the fine adjustment long screw 54B directly presses against the second conical head 122B of the driving polished rod 121B below, so that the driving polished rod 121B translates along the direction F2, and at the same time, the collet 123B of the driving bracket 120B pushes the blade 115 to translate along the direction F2, so that the cutting depth of the blade 115 is increased. When the user feels significantly that the blade 115 encounters a greater resistance, the tap lever 541B may be rotated in the opposite direction, causing the blade 115 to retract a portion.
By utilizing the fine adjustment structure positioned at the tail part of the main rotating shaft 5B, a user can finely adjust the cutting depth of the blade 115 at any time, hands do not need to extend into the pipe body, and the operation is convenient.

Claims (1)

1. A double-wall corrugated pipe cutter with a fine adjustment structure is characterized by comprising the following components:
the positioning clamp comprises a C-shaped clamp main body, two ends of the clamp main body are respectively provided with a clamp connector, the clamp connectors are respectively provided with a clamp connecting hole, the clamp connecting holes are connected through clamp screws, and the outer wall of the clamp main body is provided with a plurality of uniformly arranged clamp screw barrels;

the connecting fork is arranged on the main thread cylinder and extrudes the reset spring, the connecting fork comprises an annular fork ring, three pairs of strip-shaped fork strips are arranged on the side wall of the fork ring, and fork head round holes are arranged on the fork strips;
the screw-in clamping ring is arranged at the tail of the main thread cylinder and extrudes the connecting fork, internal threads are arranged on the inner wall of the screw-in clamping ring, and the internal threads are matched with the external threads on the outer wall of the main thread cylinder;
