As shown in fig. 1, a cleaning method of a charging inlet for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present application includes:
s10: the state signal of the charging socket cover 13 is detected.
It should be noted that, a charging socket cover 13 is installed on the charging socket 1, and when charging is not needed, the charging socket cover 13 is used for sealing the plugging cavity 11 of the charging socket 1 to ensure that the inside of the plugging cavity 11 is in a sealed state. Wherein the charging socket cover 13 is rotatably connected with the charging socket 1 to selectively close or open the plugging chamber 11 by rotating the charging socket cover 13.
That is, the state signal of the charging socket cover 13 includes an open state signal and a closed state signal, and specifically, the state signal of the charging socket cover 13 is detected, and a sensor for detecting an angle may be used to determine the state signal of the charging socket cover 13 according to an included angle between the charging socket cover 13 and the charging socket 1; or the position of the charging socket cover 13 is detected by a displacement sensor, so that after the activity of the charging socket cover 13 reaches a certain distance, the charging socket cover 13 is determined to be switched from the closed state to the open state; and then or directly through setting up the trigger structure to direct contact trigger structure after charging socket cover 13 rotates to certain angle, thereby confirm that charging socket cover 13 opens through trigger structure output trigger signal.
It is understood that the charging receptacle cover 13 is in a closed state when the user does not need to use the charging receptacle 1, and the charging receptacle cover 13 is rotated with respect to the charging receptacle 1 to open the charging receptacle cover 13 when the user needs to perform charging through the charging receptacle 1.
S20: when the state signal of the charging socket cover 13 is detected to be switched from the closed state to the open state, controlling the air pump 2 to enter the running state; in the charging socket 1 of the embodiment of the present application, the ventilation pump 2 is connected, and the gas in the gas pump 2 can enter the charging socket 1 to clean the inner space of the charging socket 1, so as to remove the dust and fine particles in the charging socket 1. It should be noted that, after detecting that the charging socket cover 13 is opened, the user needs to charge through the charging socket 1, and at this time, after detecting a signal of the opening operation of the charging socket cover 13, the air pump 2 is controlled to be operated to be turned on.
S30: the air pump 2 is controlled to blow high-pressure air toward the charging inlet 1.
That is to say, after the air pump 2 is opened the operation, can be to the operating power of air pump 2, operating duration etc. are controlled, so that the air pump 2 can blow to the cleanness of charging socket 1 inside, in order to guarantee that the debris in the socket 1 that charges can clear away effectively, like this, after will charge the rifle and connect to in the socket 1 that charges, can not form hindrance and extrusion at the socket 1 that charges at the internal debris formation of charging socket, prevent the friction between the grafting terminal 12 of the rifle and the socket 1 that charges, can guarantee the stable in structure of socket 1 that charges, therefore, can guarantee the cleanliness in the socket 1 that charges, security when guaranteeing to charge, and clean socket 1 that charges through adopting the mode of letting in gas in this application, the technical problem that the user's finger can't stretch into in the socket 1 that charges has been solved, and do benefit to the clean efficiency that improves the socket 1 that charges.
