As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the electric vehicle charging socket cleaning device provided by the invention includes a handle 7, a housing 5 connected with the handle 7, a switch 6 arranged on the handle 7, a cleaning brush 1, and a driving motor 10 arranged in the housing 5 and connected with the switch 6 in a control manner. The cleaning brush 1 is made of a plastic rod with high abrasion resistance and hardness, and comprises a rotating shaft and brush bristles 3 arranged on the peripheral surface of the rotating shaft, and the cleaning brush 1 is insulated for ensuring the safety of operators. The rotating shaft of the cleaning brush 1 is of a hollow structure, an airflow channel is formed, and the size of the rotating shaft is matched with that of a charging hole of a charging socket to be cleaned. The housing 5 is provided with a mounting hole at a side opposite to the air inlet 8, and the seal roller bearing 4 is arranged at the mounting hole and is in seal fit with the mounting hole.
When the cleaning device is used for cleaning a charging socket, an operator holds the handle 7 by hands, inserts the cleaning brush 1 into a jack of the charging socket, presses the switch 6 on the handle 7, starts the driving motor 10 in the shell 5, and drives the output shaft 13 of the driving motor to rotate so as to drive the cleaning brush 1 and the blades 11 to rotate together. The blades 11 suck air outside the shell 5 into the shell 5 through the air inlet 8 by rotation, the air in the shell 5 enters the hollow rotating shaft of the sweeper brush 1 through the air inlet 12 on the output shaft 13 of the driving motor, and is finally discharged through the side air outlet 9 and the tail end air outlet 2 which are formed in the hollow rotating shaft. Foreign matters such as dust, oxides, plating residues and the like in the jack of the charging socket are brought out of the jack through the rotary cleaning brush 1 and the exhausted air, so that the purpose of cleaning the charging socket is achieved.
In the above embodiments, the cleaning device drives the cleaning brush to rotate by the driving motor, but in other embodiments, the cleaning brush may be rotated by other methods, for example, by a driving motor or manually.
In the above embodiments, the air flow enters the cleaning brush through the hollow output shaft and is discharged from the exhaust hole by the rotation of the blades on the output shaft of the driving motor, and in other embodiments, the air flow can be sucked into the cleaning brush in other manners, for example, a small air pump is arranged in the casing for sucking air, and an air pipe is arranged between the air pump and the air inlet.
In the above embodiment, the air outlet holes are provided in both the axial direction of the rotating shaft of the cleaning brush and the distal end surface of the rotating shaft, but in other embodiments, the air outlet holes may be provided only in the distal end surface of the rotating shaft or at least in a position close to the distal end surface of the rotating shaft.
