the cleaning unit comprises a high-pressure water supply pump assembly, a nozzle assembly and a liquid storage tank assembly, wherein the nozzle assembly and the liquid storage tank assembly are respectively formed above and below the installation foundation; the liquid storage tank component comprises a cleaning liquid tank group and a cleaning water tank group; the cleaning solution tank group comprises a first cleaning solution storage tank and a second cleaning solution storage tank which are formed by separating a first retaining wall, and at least one first overflow hole for realizing the communication between the first cleaning solution storage tank and the second cleaning solution storage tank is formed in the first retaining wall; the cleaning water tank group comprises a first clear water liquid storage tank and a second clear water liquid storage tank which are formed by separating through a second retaining wall, and at least one second overflow hole for realizing the communication between the first clear water liquid storage tank and the second clear water liquid storage tank is formed in the second retaining wall; the high-pressure water feed pump assembly comprises two liquid inlet pipes which are respectively connected with a control valve, and the two liquid inlet pipes are respectively connected with the first cleaning liquid storage tank and the first clear water storage tank; the motor of the high-pressure water supply pump assembly is a variable frequency motor, and jet pressure of the cleaning water is adjusted by changing the frequency of the motor, so that the aim of adjusting the jet pressure according to different required pressures of workpieces is fulfilled;
the second cleaning liquid storage tank and the second clear water storage tank are respectively provided with a water collecting port communicated with the upper part of the installation base; a pneumatic lifting valve is formed at each water collecting opening and is used for opening or closing the water collecting opening; the pneumatic poppet valve comprises a valve seat, a valve core and a pneumatic driving assembly, wherein a wide-mouth structure is formed on the valve seat, and a spherical conical structure matched with the wide-mouth structure is formed on the valve core;
the sewage treatment unit is connected with the first cleaning liquid storage tank, the second cleaning liquid storage tank, the first clear water storage tank and the second cleaning liquid storage tank through pipelines respectively, and is used for purifying sewage in the selected liquid storage tank and returning filtrate obtained after treatment to the selected liquid storage tank.

The high pressure cleaning system of claim 1, wherein a partition is formed inside the second cleaning fluid reservoir, the partition is fixedly connected with the bottom of the second clear water reservoir, and the upper side of the partition is located below the top of the second clear water reservoir; the first cleaning liquid storage tank and the first clear water storage tank are internally provided with heating components for heating liquid respectively.

The high pressure cleaning system of claim 1, wherein the sewage treatment unit comprises an air flotation machine, a mud tank, a thickened mud tank, and a stack screw machine; the air floatation machine is connected with the first cleaning liquid storage tank, the second cleaning liquid storage tank, the first clear water storage tank and the second cleaning liquid pool through pipelines; and a filtrate outlet of the snail stacking machine is connected with a sewage recycling water pipe.
4. The high pressure cleaning system of claim 3, wherein the slurry concentrator is connected to a PAC and PAM full automatic dosing machine.
5. The high pressure cleaning system of claim 1, further comprising a screen assembly formed on the mounting base, each pneumatic poppet valve being located inside the screen assembly.

The high pressure washing system as claimed in claim 1, wherein said nozzle assembly comprises a plurality of lower nozzle units and a plurality of upper nozzle units, said lower nozzle units and said upper nozzle units respectively comprising a U-shaped frame and a plurality of nozzles formed on said U-shaped frame, each of said U-shaped frames respectively connected to said liquid outlet of said high pressure feed water pump assembly; the opening of the U-shaped frame of the lower nozzle unit faces upwards, and the opening of the U-shaped frame of the upper nozzle unit faces downwards; the upper nozzle unit is connected with a lifting driving assembly, and the lifting driving assembly is used for driving the upper nozzle unit to vertically move up and down.
7. The high pressure cleaning system of claim 1, further comprising a cleaning nozzle unit including a cleaning pump, a cleaning water tank, and a blow-dry gas supply assembly; the inlet of scavenging pump with wash the water tank and link to each other, the outlet of scavenging pump and weather the gas supply subassembly all with nozzle assembly links to each other.
8. The high-pressure washing system as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a washing room formed on an upper portion of the installation base, wherein a stainless steel waterproof rolling door is formed on one side of the washing room, and the stainless steel waterproof rolling door is used for forming a passage for the entrance and exit of the workpiece to be washed.

The high pressure cleaning system of claim 8, further comprising a track assembly formed on the mounting base and a reciprocating hoist, wherein the track assembly is formed with a traveling trolley, the traveling trolley is connected to the reciprocating hoist through a deflector sheave assembly, the traveling trolley is used for carrying a workpiece to be cleaned, and the reciprocating hoist is used for driving the traveling trolley to perform linear reciprocating motion in the cleaning room.
