Abstract
The invention discloses a heating jacket for an outer coil of a stainless steel reaction kettle, and relates to the technical field of heating jackets of reaction kettles. The invention comprises a kettle body sleeve, a connecting sleeve and a heater, wherein the kettle body sleeve is bolted with the connecting sleeve, a heating pipe group and a heat-insulating sleeve are arranged in the kettle body sleeve, the heating pipe group comprises an outer coil pipe, a connecting pipe and an inner lining pipe, and the outer coil pipe, the connecting pipe and the inner lining pipe are mutually clamped and bolted to form a basket type structure. The invention simulates the structural composition of a reaction kettle by arranging the kettle body sleeve and the connecting sleeve. The reaction kettle is nested and wrapped by the assembly structure, so that the heating sleeve is convenient to mount and dismount, and meanwhile, the heating efficiency is improved; the outer coil pipe, the connecting pipe and the inner lining pipe are arranged, the outer coil pipe, the connecting pipe and the inner lining pipe are assembled into a basket type structure by means of bolting, clamping and the like, the U-shaped structure of the connecting pipe is nested on the inner side and the outer side of the reaction kettle, the heating pipe group heats the inner side and the outer side of the reaction kettle simultaneously, and heating efficiency is improved; through setting up the insulation cover, utilize the characteristic of hydrologic cycle to retrieve the waste heat that the heating pipe group released to reuse.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of heating jackets of reaction kettles, and particularly relates to a heating jacket of an outer coil pipe of a stainless steel reaction kettle.
Background
The reaction kettle is a common device in chemical production, and is often specially designed according to the specific reaction process and characteristics; according to the prior art, when a plurality of reaction kettles work, namely, when internal materials react, external heating is needed, so that the reaction can be promoted to be rapidly carried out, and the production efficiency is improved; the heating modes of the existing reaction kettle mainly comprise steam heating, electric heating, mixed heating and the like, wherein a relatively new and efficient heating mode is heating of an outer coil heating sleeve; however, although the existing external coil heating jacket can improve the heating efficiency, the installation and assembly process of the device is difficult, which causes inconvenience in use; in addition, due to the structural characteristics of the outer coil heating jacket, the conventional outer coil heating jacket often lacks a collection box for waste heat in the heating process, so that a large amount of heat is wasted, and unnecessary loss is caused; in view of the above, we have designed a heating jacket for an external coil of a stainless steel reaction kettle to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an outer coil heating jacket of a stainless steel reaction kettle, which solves the problems of complex structure, inconvenience in installation, assembly and use and heat loss caused by lack of a waste heat recovery device of the existing outer coil heating jacket.

the invention relates to an outer coil heating jacket of a stainless steel reaction kettle, which comprises a kettle body jacket, a connecting sleeve and a heater, wherein the connecting sleeve, the kettle body jacket and the heater are adaptive in size, the kettle body jacket and the connecting sleeve are in sealing fit, the heater is in an annular table body structure, the connecting sleeve is in an annular plate structure, the original reaction kettle is divided into two parts which are connected in a sealing way by mutually combining the kettle body jacket and the connecting sleeve, the original assembly mode is changed, the heating efficiency is higher by using the existing structural characteristics, and the installation and the assembly of the heating jacket are more convenient and faster;
the upper surface of the connecting sleeve is provided with a sealing pressure groove, the inner surface of the sealing pressure groove is provided with a plurality of connecting bolts, the peripheral side surface of the connecting sleeve is bolted with a plurality of locking bolts, the peripheral side surface of each locking bolt is provided with a locking clamping plate, and the locking clamping plate and the locking bolts are matched with each other to fix a sealing cover of the sealed reaction kettle;
the kettle body sleeve comprises a heat insulation sleeve and a heating pipe set, the heating pipe set comprises an outer coil pipe, a connecting pipe and an inner lining pipe, the outer coil pipe and the inner lining pipe are of annular pipe structures, the connecting pipe is of a U-shaped pipe structure, the circumferential side surface of the inner lining pipe is connected with the connecting pipes in a clamped mode, the circumferential side surface of the connecting pipe is connected with a plurality of connecting bolt caps through bolts of the outer coil pipe, one side surface of the connecting pipe is connected with a sealing pressure pad in a bonding mode, the outer coil pipe, the connecting pipe and the inner lining pipe are combined with one another to form a basket type structure, and the outer coil pipe, the connecting pipe and the inner lining pipe.
Further, the insulation cover is of a barrel structure, an insulation cavity is formed inside the insulation cover, an installation plate is adhered to the upper surface of the insulation cover, the installation plate and the connection sleeve are in bolted connection fit through a connection bolt, assembly and disassembly between the kettle body cover and the connection sleeve are facilitated, and the lower surface of the installation plate is adhered to the connection pipe and the sealing pressure pad.
Furthermore, the heat preservation cover has a water supply pipe in a side face glue joint, and another side face glue joint has the drain pipe, water supply pipe and drain pipe all communicate with the heat preservation chamber, through to the intracavity water that leads to of heat preservation, utilize the waste heat of water absorption heating jacket, avoid thermal loss.

Further, the sealing pressure groove is a rubber groove, and the sealing pressure pad is a rubber pad, so that the sealing performance inside the reaction kettle can be enhanced during installation.
Furthermore, the heat insulation sleeve and the heating pipe set are in nested fit, and a gap is formed between the connecting pipe and the heat insulation sleeve, so that heat loss caused by direct contact between the heating pipe set and the heat insulation sleeve is avoided.

the structure composition of the reaction kettle is simulated by arranging the kettle body sleeve and the connecting sleeve; the reaction kettle is nested and wrapped by the assembly structure, so that the heating sleeve is convenient to mount and dismount, and meanwhile, the heating efficiency is improved; the outer coil pipe, the connecting pipe and the inner lining pipe are arranged, the outer coil pipe, the connecting pipe and the inner lining pipe are assembled into a basket type structure by means of bolting, clamping and the like, the U-shaped structure of the connecting pipe is nested on the inner side and the outer side of the reaction kettle, and when the heater is used for heating by electrifying, the heating pipe group heats the inner side and the outer side of the reaction kettle simultaneously, so that the heating efficiency is improved; through setting up the insulation cover, utilize the characteristic of hydrologic cycle to retrieve the waste heat that the heating pipe group released to reuse.
Of course, it is not necessary for any product in which the invention is practiced to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time.

Referring to fig. 1-5, the invention relates to an external coil heating jacket of a stainless steel reaction kettle, which comprises a kettle body jacket 1, a connecting sleeve 2 and a heater 3, wherein the connecting sleeve 2, the kettle body jacket 1 and the heater 3 are adaptive in size, the kettle body jacket 1 is in sealing fit with the connecting sleeve 2, the heater 3 is in an annular table body structure, the connecting sleeve 2 is in an annular plate-shaped structure, the original reaction kettle is divided into two parts which are connected in a sealing way by combining the kettle body jacket 1 and the connecting sleeve 2, the original assembly mode is changed, the heating efficiency is higher by using the existing structural characteristics, and the installation and the assembly of the heating jacket are more convenient;
the upper surface of the connecting sleeve 2 is provided with a sealing pressure groove 201, the inner surface of the sealing pressure groove 201 is provided with a plurality of connecting bolts 202, the peripheral side surface of the connecting sleeve 2 is bolted with a plurality of locking bolts 203, the peripheral side surface of each locking bolt 203 is provided with a locking clamping plate 204, and the locking clamping plates and the locking bolts 203 are matched with each other to fix a sealing cover of the sealed reaction kettle;
Preferably, the heat preservation sleeve 101 is of a cylindrical structure, the heat preservation cavity 1011 is formed in the heat preservation sleeve, the mounting plate 1012 is adhered to the upper surface of the heat preservation sleeve 101, the mounting plate 1012 is in bolted fit with the connecting sleeve 2 through the connecting bolt 202, so that the kettle body sleeve 1 and the connecting sleeve 2 can be assembled and disassembled conveniently, and the lower surface of the mounting plate 1012 is adhered to the connecting pipe 103 and the sealing pressure pad 105.
